Sebabnya Sakmongkol, Aspan dan Zairil masuk DAP

April 3, 2012 at 5:19 am 65 comments

Penyelenggara acara Mazir Ibrahim (penyelaras 'Roketkini'/berbaju biru)

Sumber: The Malaysian Insider

(1) Saya no comment tentang Sakmongkol buat masa ini. Tentang DAP, kita tengok nanti.

Bakul sampahkan sahaja perlembagaan parti

Fasal VIII (1) perlembagaan DAP menyebut bahawa kongres kebangsaan parti – serentak dengan pemilihan 20 orang ahli Jawatankuasa Tertinggi Pusat – patut diadakan setiap tiga tahun sekali.

Adakah DAP berjaya menarik orang Melayu menyertai parti?

Inilah contoh perangai komunis siber Bintang Tiga.

.

How many people, especially women, will want to persist in writing critically about DAP if we are constantly being put through this kind of vicious harassment and unceasing smear campaign against our personal integrity and reputation?
.

Salam.

as with everything in this world, those with a modicum of self-discipline and self-respect can navigate themselves with dignity in any medium. i think your wall would be a refreshing stop to many reasonable people who are tired of other sh*t-laden malaysian temboks.

you don’t have to accept comments there, just use the wall as a link for a wider/different reach. that way you won’t ever be in danger of doing a “sj yb yg ss” as you’d only need to visit it now and then*.

You may want to add how DAP parachuted Prof Rama to ADUN, MP and then DPM2 posts within months of joining. And that’s in a state far away from his home state.

In fact I feel sympathetic to the Chinese community who have been hoodwinked by the sweet promsies of DAP to not just vote for them but to take part in actions that will ultimately damage the community’s relations with other ethnic groups and their own long term interests.

For example , by colluding with DAPsters and taken a leaf from DAP’s communist tactics, DJZ has damaged the cause of Chinese educations. Many Malays who wanted to send their kids to Chinese school would think twice as these schools seem to breed DAPsters who are as vicious as their PKM ancestors. If PKM used “bintang tiga”, now DAP uses “rocket” to achieve the same goals. If PKM has failed with AK47s, now DAP want to make it up with laptops and ipads.

    Calvin,

I had done a bit of Googling earlier & it seems that Dr Rama was a party member some years earlier, unlike HY, TNC & JO. But otherwise agree with your take on the Chinese trajectory.

There are times that I just want to cekik you and hang you upside down for having such a different opinions than mine. But seriously you are entitled to your own view and I like it that way.
You know I thought being under Tun Mahathir is really bad. But never in million years I want to be under DAP. Their supporters are equally at the same level as the Taliban. You cannot tell them what is wrong. You don’t have a freedom of speech. You have if you say something along the line they want to hear. And they attack people who are not like them like how they attack you. They practice double standard. They keep advocating hates. I for once regretted that I empowered these people 308.

    Dear Helen,
I am sure this is nothing new for you. Look at them commentors, the typical semua tahu Malaysian with the waves to dictate under the DAP flagship. Wonder where they have been all these while when Dr M had a jolly good ride while the public sat silently and nobody was interested to accepted the truth as the lalang as usual. All these years we the public swallow greedily any lie that flatters us but we only sip little by little the truth that we find bitter. In reality in Malaysia, truth breads hatred like what you see with the overzealous DAP fan club when you decide to speak the truth. Truth can only reveal itself when all preconceived individual ideas work for the community rather than I know best attitude. I am sure you did not depict yourself as a BN goon, yet the very fact that that you question the opposition for the truth puts you in that that bracket. Truth rarely lives in an agenda (with exception of kiasu Malaysianswhether it is BN or PR) but what is natural and moral should be your truth. It is not to convince anyone who do do not know it it but for the sake of defending those who do that. Keeping doing what you are doing, as all great truths begin as blasphemies whether political or otherwise.

Yes, hang on there, Helen. I know you know politicians and celebrities face all sorts of music. You are a celebrity now – they have helped you become one. Ordinary readers know you write meaty stuff, complete with research and googling results.

So, let’s laugh at them. Bill Maher (“the name is pronounced Maar”), sharp and witty social commentator, said laughter keeps one young. And he got accused all sorts, too. Yet his programme is well liked by the sane and thinking American public.

    Anon,

You’re right about censorship practised by the pro-opposition camp. Such double standards! considering all their pious preaching.

I’m not saying I know the real reasons behind it but yesterday I noticed that two pro-Uthayakumar reader comments disappeared from the mKini story on him. As you may know MK is instant & unmoderated for their paying subscribers but in this case if the two readers did not themselves retract, then it could only have been done by the editorial staff.

Daim Zainuddin said something along the lines that DAP were “streetfighters” and Gerakan in Pg needed to have more spine to be able to confront them effectively.

Personally I ignore all these threats and comments as I take it as a badge of honour. These DAPsters will not take you seriously unless you had hit them where it really hurts. I guess you had really touched a raw nerve !

IMHO the time to worry is not when these DAP stormtroopers are threatening you on line but when the DAP leaders take you to court to silence you.

Should ask these 3 mercenaries why they did not join PKR or PAS. The answer is obvious. They will get nowhere. Of course they will be welcomed initially (for propaganda purposes) and then completely ignored. By joining DAP, they are assured of becoming a candidate. But they will not be given the opportunity to contest in a Chinese majority area.
    ____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

You’re right. Since DAP hates Umno so much, they should take on their bitter enemy (the big boy) by contesting in Malay areas in addition to the Chinese ones where they’re going to wallop (their whipping boy) MCA. — Helen

The opposition supporters hate bloggers like Papagomo, but they are using the same tactics and crude methods to smear anyone who criticizes them.

I think even papagomo tempers his criticisms especially with respect to issues concerning race because, from what I understand, he is married to someone of chinese descent.

I am not defending papagomo. He does tend to exaggerate the peccadilloes of certain politicians. But now the opposition wants to supplant papagomo and become the leader of political mud-slinging and character assassination. Is that what they aspire to? Do they want to be UMNO2.0?

Hullo, Dave: “Even Helen was tagging along for awhile” (?)

In the LGE son story, I brought up the “coincidental” timing of a RM2 million (mock cheque, pix here) donation from a business association headed by LGE’s new best buddy Tan Sri Tan Kok Ping to the affected school (#17) shortly after the alleged incident was supposed to have taken place.

Let me repeat, derma dua juta ringgit kepada sekolah tersebut.

From my personal experience as a writer, the slander and defamation comes from the pro-Pakatan side whereas the police reports from the pro-establishment side.

I much prefer dealing with police investigators than with the lying tongues belonging to faceless chameleons who adopt fake identities.

Police may try to intimidate through throwing the book (law) but they’re not cybertrooper spindoctors who are paid to damage a person’s reputation as their main job.

And look at the outcome of a brush with the police. Guan Eng’s devotees make him out to be a hero from his jail time & can become a chief minister some more by milking the mileage.

I despise DAPsters & their twisting tongues concocting wild stories. At least when a person (i.e. writer-activist & not any suspect of crime) is questioned by ASPs, the guy at the other end of the interrogation table wears a name tag, is in uniform & has all the borang-borang to be filled & procedures to be followed and there’s a lawyer sitting in.

Whereas DAPsters are streetfighters with an ‘anything goes’ credo & functioning at gutter level.

        >>quote: From my personal experience as a writer, the slander and defamation comes from the pro-Pakatan side whereas the police reports from the pro-establishment side.

Not to mention when pro-establishment group like perkasa make threats, a police report n calls for detention without trial under ISA… based on their feeling from reading an article. And the police acts on it.

I’m sure thats not intimidation. amirite?

        >>quote: Police may try to intimidate through throwing the book (law) but they’re not cybertrooper spindoctors who are paid to damage a person’s reputation as their main job.

True. The families of Kugan, Aminulrasyid, and other victims of police misconduct will agree. And its just convenient things like parangs, yellow tshirts and petrol bombs suddenly appear. or bombs inside police traffic barriers go off after a high profile trial and is blamed on the opposition peoples.

You’re defaming Dr Novandri, Dave. He never published Anya Corke’s photo in his blog. And whoever the blogger it was who had the ‘bright’ idea to use AC’s cropped photo really shot himself & the whole pro-Umno bloggers network in the foot. And stop shifting the ground. Activists questioned by police are not detained in our cars or after car chases. — Helen

DAVE it take two hand two clap , for every action ,there is an equal and opposite reaction,

suggest , you look into the comments archives even before 2007 on the Malaysia Todays site, Mikni, Minsider .

Then see the what year the pro goverment site started to even exist. also see what year perkasa was form.

Look like i say it takes two hand to start. It all started with the politic of envy, then to politic of hate, now politic of confrontation and demos.
What is next????????. you tell me

We live in an interesting time, either we make or brake our society.

Suggest you don’t be a parrot and play the blame game.

But if you have solution , or and idea you are most welcome to contribute, but if you want to play the blame game F/OFF.

        Dave,

Let me make it very clear that I do not support mindless slandering from anyone, be it BN or PR. And I would admit some BN bloggers too sometimes cross the line that separates constructive criticism and outright slander.

However, there is a difference between the 2 sides. In BN this slandering is the work of the far right of the party. And often BN leaders and supporters themselves do not support such slandering and even criticize it and disassociate themselves from such acts. For example, even the PM and DPM (despite spinning by MI) disagreed with in the case of LGE’s son. Gerakan and MCA slammed such tactics.

But look at PR. The slandering starts right from the very top starting with God-Sent Anwar himself. No doubt he’s the Opposition Leader (though I think he ought to be called the Missing Leader as he’s always overseas) but he never fails to make mindless and baseless accusations almost on daily basis. One Pakatan MP even called Najib a murderer in the Parliament. Another PKR leader photoshopped Najib’s pic with Altantunya. Hannah and likes of Chan Lilian accuses BN of oppressing Christians. While the DAPsters accuse UMNO of being racists. Dear Leader Lim slanders BN on daily basic. I cannot even name one PR leader who has not made slandering as their standard operating procedure. I read how DAPsters have been using Twitter and social media to slander and threatened MCA’s Ti and Tan (Kedah MCA). Do you recall how DAPthugs treated the ex-DAP ADUN Hii or MCA’s Jessie Ooi? Or how these Nazis tried to assault Wee at 325 rally? Do I need to go on ?

I wonder why you are bringing the cases of police misconduct here as this has nothing to do with BN. Even it is so, there are not above law and they have been punished for their wrongdoings. But the same cannot be said for PR / DAP leaders who always escape punishment covered up by their party leadership.

        Dave,

Did you notice also how much the DAPsters slander Rosmah and Najib’s children ? They throw all kinds of accusations and even bombard foreign unis websites to show their anger.

The latest was the case of Nazri’s son. He was accused of attacking a security guard when he wasn’t even at the scene. I didn’t see any retractions from MI or MKini or any PR leaders jumping in and defend Nazri.

FYI, I live in Penang and there is a strong basis for LGE’s son’s story. Talk to Penangites who know the background of this story.

Hey, I even read articles and replies on this blog and predictabley they all go to the R&R red herring. It looks like the far right loony faction is really the majority in BN

        Dave,

Since you’ve repeated your libel against Dr Novandri, I’m repeating my challenge to you. You DAPsters take another person’s good name too lightly. Imagine if – god forbid! – the likes of you were hold the reins of power.

If you want to accuse Dr Novandri, you need to produce your proofs. If Dr Novandri had indeed used AC’s photo & as we know LGE’s pol-secs made police report(s) against several Umno bloggers, then the many pro-opposition sites would have carried this news backed up with evidence (like screenshots). Easy.

Can you show anything to substantiate your claim against Dr Novandri? — Helen

Helen, sometimes your political analysis is akin to a bitter pill, it’s difficult to swallow for some people (me included). Also, people tends to only read what they want to read (only hear what they want to hear), it’s all human nature. Your analysis are providing a different perspective in our very murky(?) political landscape. Keep it up and take care…

I understand Sakmongkol has unresolved problems with his ex-wife Mamasita. According to her blog, Sakmongkol has failed to fulfil his promises made prior divorce proceedings which include buying a new house, cash for selling of land, etc. For a single term ADUN, I wonder how he gain those assets & wealth in a short span. Rakyat would never vote and elect such politician to power. I reckon DAPsters is just using him for publicity stunt and not chose him as a candidate.
    ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

In a Facebook exchange with blogger Zorro & which Zorro later reproduced in his blog, Sakmongkol revealed he’d gotten an undertaking from DAP that he would be fielded as a candidate. — Helen

PS. Mamasita has taken down the hot posting (about her divorce arrangements) which you mention but not before tons of people have already read it.

Namza, even if Sakmongkol had gathered his wealth via illegal means, all these had been cleansed the moment he joined DAP. By defintion, PR leaders are pure as driven snow and any accusations of wrongdoing must surely be some conspiracy by the “evil” BN/UMNO folks.

Dear Leader LGE and his fellow PR leaders always accused UMNO to be corrupt and racist but that doesnt seem to stop them pinching candidates from BN. Whose next ? Khir Toyo ? Sheikh Kadir ? Tamrin Ghaffar ?
      ___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

An astute observation, Calvin, wrt to how DAPsters believe that ex-BN pollies who join their party automatically undergo a baptism of purity. Click HERE to see a priceless DAPster comment I screenshot about “the axis of evil” & how the BN-Umno folks “all support evil”, muahahahahah, most amusing. — Helen

Wow, the supports you have. Bravo.

I’ve been a regular here the past few months or so. Having been a journalist myself, I am appreciative of your old school of journalism – getting the facts and source right!!! Old school but still valid, unlike the writings I find in the other portals that goes on accusing, labeling, judging without valid facts or evidence to back them.

Losers tend to be more emotional, and no matter what success they achieved, DAP is still not the number one student in the class. So, they whine, they cry, they roll down the floor kicking because they felt left out. That’s what all those comments are about.

They felt hurt because an intuitive, fact-checking writer like you is not representing them. They felt left out. Oh, let them whine. Let them label you this and that. Because that’s what they are – not the number one kid in class.

All I can say is, go and kick the right asses, and so far you are doing good!

Helen, I am curious about this strange beast called PAS Supporters Club. I am puzzled by their loyalty to PAS and their motivations. There has been news that PAS might even field the club’s member in the next GE.

I know there are Indians too. Most of them are poor and uneduacted Indians who were paid (yes, paid) and also given other promises to join the club. Most of them have deserted the club after the GE and I doubt the club even has a hundred Indian members. These people have been brought in by some Indians leadrs who were rejected as candidates for DAP and PKR so they joined PAS.

I can feel your pain especially when your own folks condemn and some even cursing you. Please keep a sane mind, and like calvin said, take those criticsm as a badge of honour. I don’t write much, not a good writer actually, more of a listener. Hope to write more later.

I’m new to this blog fyi.

While I disagree with the crude stuff churned out by what you call DAPsters, I can’t help but smirk at your incessant hate for DAP. Granted, I’m not one to blindly follow the party line (in fact, I’m anti-vernacular schooling and also anti-LKS) but come on, are you going to deny merit and talent to someone just because they happen to share a bloodline? True, you raised valid points about LGE being an overdue Sec-Gen but you can’t deny that he’s done a good job with Penang. And Hannah Yeoh, I’ve personally conversed with her, and I’ve also followed her track record – can’t fault for anything major, other than the infraction against the party constitution.

As an aside, did a little reading on your other posts and I wonder, are you anti-Christian by any chance? It’s a casual question and I don’t mean to upset you if you’re otherwise.
