A year ago on this date, I’d blogged ‘DAP SuperCyber Bully slams the judges‘ – referring to the DAP Serdang MP’s criticism of the judgment handed by the Court of Appeal on the Herald-Allah case.
DAP evangelista Ong Kian Ming said in his press statement on this day last year that “Allah has been and will continue to be used by Christians in Malaysia…”.

They’re always accusing the government agencies as “evil”
When they are brought before the law, they even accuse the court of being evil.
In 1953 the year of Nigeria’s independence, there were 45.3 percent Muslims in the population compared to 21.4 percent Christians and 33.3 percent belonging to other folk religions.
In 2010 it was estimated that 49.3% of the Nigerian population are now Christian compared to 48.8% Muslim. Meanwhile the animists and holders of traditional spiritual beliefs were almost totally wiped out. (more…)
The Kuala Lumpur High Court fixed the dates May 15-16 and May 22-23 to hear the libel suit filed by Marina Mahathir against Isma. Counsel for the defendant Azad Bashir Abdul Kariem Bashir was present in court this morning for the case management.
Prosperity gospel very big movement
Christianity in Asia is estimated to be growing 10 times faster than in Europe. One of Asia’s most profitable churches is Singapore’s City Harvest.
The City Harvest megachurch in Singapore is super rich because it collects one-tenth of the monthly salaries of its more than 20,000 congregation. The evangelistas practice what is called the “prosperity gospel” (i.e. wealth-affirming credo). They intend to turn Singapore into a hub for evangelical Christianity. (more…)

The City Harvest Church congregation applauded when ‘Reverend’ Kong Hee cried:
“For the first time in eight months, God, I heard Him cry. And he said ‘My son, Kong, thank you. Thank you for going through this. I need you to go through this alone, so that you and City Harvest Church can be the man and the ministry I call it to be. I’m so sorry, but you need to go through this by yourself, to bring a change to your generation.” (see from minute 1:40 onwards)
