Sudah terkantoi, Lim Guan Eng sekarang mendakwa bahawa ‘S’pore speech a private conversation‘. (Malaysiakini)

Dalam ‘penjelasan’nya, Guan Eng memberi alasan bahawa: “If I had made the statement, let’s look at the context in which it was made… it was a private conversation.”

” If ” konon.

***   ***   ***   ***   ***

SURAT JEFFREY (1)

Jeffrey dalam jawapannya ‘Careless granting of guarantees not this Penang’s style‘ tidak menumpu kepada menangani isu yang dibangkitkan tetapi sebaliknya mencemuh si penulis serta membuat tuduhan melulu.

“The writer’s latest diatribe against Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng in his letter merely exposes his continuous attempts to undermine the Penang state government by deliberately distorting facts.

“To mix fiction with fantasy that there is no shortage of electrical and electronic engineers in Penang is typical of a serial spin messenger who only sees what he wants to see.

“If this serial spin messenger is indeed from Penang …”

“I read with incredulity Jeffrey Chew’s acidic reply to Calvin Sankaran’s earlier criticism. I was shocked to read Chew’s strident tone for never in my 52 years of existence I have seen such venom and emotion from a public servant toward a public complaint.

“In my view the response from Chew showed a lack of maturity and a worrying refusal to accept honest criticisms. It is indeed disturbing that Chew had resorted to making unsubstantiated accusations and personal attacks rather than rebutting point-by-point the issues brought up by the writer.

“While DAP had been all these years had been subjecting the ruling government to scathing criticisms and attacks almost on a daily basis, it is rather perplexing why the party itself is displaying such hyper-sensitivity to constructive feedback from the public.”

SURAT JEFFREY (2)

Maka Jeffrey pula menembak balik Ronald serta menimbulkan rasa ragu-ragu bahawa Ronald seorang pengurus senior. Jeffrey menulis: “As the writer [Ronald] merely parrots the same spin right up to the strident call for Lim’s resignation, I find it hard to believe Khoo’s claims that he is a senior techie …”

“The time has come to affect the PR Penang government’s promises of change, to quote the Penang chief minister, “by stopping playing games of ‘truth or dare’ but to simply tell the truth.”

Kah kah kah kah kah (Helen ketawa terbahak-bahak mendengar Jeffrey kata bosnya ingin memberitahu orang lain bercakap betul.)

SURAT JEFFREY (3)

“It’s been a while since the BN cyber-trooper Calvin Sankaran continued his mindless diatribes against the PR Penang administration of Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng and covering up the scandals and abuses of the BN adminstration.

“His recent frothings are nothing new. Except that he would do well to listen to his own advice that honesty is the best policy.”

Kah kah kah kah kah (Tertawa lagi Helen sampai terguling-guling di lantai mendengar orang Guan Eng memberi nasihat supaya bersikap jujur sedikit.)

“But for Calvin to dismiss Lim and his administration contributions is both devious and dishonest.

“To blame Lim when the figures are no good but dismiss him when the figures are good is dishonest at best and egregiously devious at worst. …”

“His failure to take BN to task for these losses only exposes him in broad daylight for what he really is — a BN virus and worm to disable our logical thought and congnitive processes to attempt to numb the populace to blindly worship BN by ignoring its corruption, abuses and sheer robbery of the public’s treasury.

Inilah gelagat Jeffrey Chew pegawai pembantu khas Lim Guan Eng. Ya lah, bos borek anak buah rintik.”

LGE apparently has not properly read or understood the lessons forwarded by the classic book The Art of War. He is CM of a state that is very vulnerable to…say a natural disaster, which could see:

      1) The collapse of the main links, i.e. the Penang Bridge and soon, the 2nd bridge.
      2) The disruption of water supply, i.e. mainly from Sungai Muda in Kedah.
What is Penang without the bridges or water supply.

We are now seeing the true colours of our so called ‘future DPM’ and I hope people start realising this, especially the people of ‘Peoples’ Republic of Pulau Pinang’…..

The true character of a leader is when he or she is faced with continuous criticism and crisis. Unfortunately, LGE and his press people chose to be defensive simply on the irrational assumption that they never do any wrong. LGE thinks he is the “Special One”, the untouchable. And uncouth Jeffrey thinks he is the “Super Special One”. I recall the joke where when the husband is a Colonel, the wife thinks and acts like she is the General.

statement on Johore by LGE reminds me of what LKY did several years ago.

After all DAP is the PAP of Malaysia. and PAP themself is struggling in Singapore

Our politician should learn something useful from the Gambler.

They should know when to shut up and know, when to talk.

And more important, they should know when to play politics, and when to do their work with the interest of all stakeholders in mind.

Unfortunately … Penang people wants to keep this reject from Melaka and Johor.
