Orang yang tak mengaku bolehlah saman.
Kalau yang sudah mengaku itu, bermakna tiada tarikh lupus untuk menegah peristiwa gelap tersebut diungkit-ungkit lawan.

“Wasn’t our Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak so comfy on stage with the immoral MCA president Dr Chua Soi Lek when officially opening the forum which featured the worthless Lim-Chua Debate?
The debate achieved nothing, other than to confirm the rowdy and gangster-like MCA audience. Surprisingly, the DAP supporters present at the debate were restrained and well-behaved.
Since I find the debate worthless, I am turning my attention to Najib’s presence. Why?
Is he a true Muslim? If so, why is he so supportive of zina Chua? Does Najib not know the Quran, Islamic Law and Hudud?
I must state here that I am not a Muslim and I know very little of the Quran and the religion. I am just observing and using common sense.
Committing zina means committing adultery. And, this much I know – that committing adultery is forbidden in Islam.”

“So, Chua’s bootlickers and cronies will argue that their immoral leader is not a Muslim, so zina cannot be applied? What about Section 377 of Malaysia’s Penal Code on committing unnatural sex?” …
“That was in 2008 [sex tape leaked]. We are now in the year 2012. There is ample evidence to charge but why are the police and Attorney-General’s Chambers not acting? Have the police closed the case with its standard NFA (No Further Action)? Is it that difficult to charge Chua?
“Why is the Barisan Nasional (BN) government, led by an Umno Malay, condoning zina and unashamedly associating with an immoral man in public? Just unbelievable!”
Jackson juga bertanya kepada ahli-ahli Wanita MCA kenapa mereka masih tergamak menyokong Dr Chua dan sama ada mereka merestui suami mereka berzina.
Brother Jackson mengakhiri khutbahnya dengan kesimpulan: “It has suddenly dawned on me that Malaysia is in serious trouble – socially, economically and politically – because the majority of Malaysians seem to condone immorality by continuously re-electing the same type of immoral politicians to lead them.”
Tampak begitu bermoral sekali penyokong-penyokong Lim Guan Eng. Mereka juga mengalu-alukan pelaksanaan hudud supaya Dr Chua boleh dijatuhkan hukuman rejam.
Ustazah DAP seorang lagi juga tidak ketinggalan mengecam penzina-penzina BN (lihat video).

Ratu Twitter sudah membuat sejumlah 11 tweet hari ini dan 12 tweet semalam. Adakah puan ustazah kali ini akan mengulangi syarahannya melarang zina?
Ustazah-manusia-sempurna-ini-yang-tidak-pernah-berdosa wajib mengekalkan high class standardnya dalam memupuk akhlak tinggi orangramai.
Selaras itu, patutlah orang Pakatan enggan mengendahkan konsep ‘statute of limitations’ (maximum time after an event that legal proceedings based on that event may be initiated) dan dengan itu maka tidak putus-putus ejekan mereka terhadap Dr Chua sehingga hari ini.
Saya pernah diajar – sewaktu menjadi kadet wartawan – bahawa tindakan saman malu dibendung ‘statute of limitations’ tempoh 6 tahun. Lalu kami dinasihatkan supaya menyimpan buku catatan (wawancara) selama jangkamasa itu juga.
Para politikus di belah Pakatan tidak liat mengugut untuk mengambil tindakan undang-undang – macam dalam kes Jessie Ooi terbaru ini – dan termasuklah si ustaz yang berpenyakit insomnia.
Jadi samanlah, jangan tak saman. Tapi beringat supaya memfailkan saman sebelum tahun 2018.

Hannah is trying to tug at the heart strings of malay/muslims.
As I wrote in another comment post, EMOTION dominates the religious voter.
I have seen many in my family who are always polite to those non-muslims who wear perfunctory tudungs. They think such gestures mean the non-muslims are closer to embracing Islam.
This is of course a fallacy. But how to disprove?
The religious voter believes it is GOD who motivates EVERYONE, even the non-believer. They believe that if GOD ‘moves their heart’, then all their sins would disappear.
SO, it is FANTASY of theirs to see DAP convert!
Remember this: Jackson Ng Kee Seng CV should be like this, former Star, former blahblah, and former NST news editor (even if it was for a while not so long ago).
