Siri jelajah ‘Kenapa Saya Masuk DAP’ bermula pada Ahad lalu (April Fool’s Day) dengan ceramah julungnya yang dianjur bersama oleh cawangan DAP Subang Jaya dan portal parti Roketkini.
Berucap di acara itu ialah [kedua dari kiri] Ariff Sabri Abdul Aziz yang terkenal dengan nama bloggernya Sakmongkol, Zairil Khir Johari, iaitu setiausaha politik Lim Guan Eng, dan Aspan Alias.
(1) “Umno dan rasuah ibarat aur dengan tebing”
Sakmongkol berkata dia kecewa dengan gejala rasuah dalam Umno yang sudah tidak dapat terkawal, berbeza dengan DAP yang bebas rasuah.
(2) “Umno sudah sakit dan tidak boleh diubati”
Zairil berkata DAP mengamalkan keterbukaan serta tidak dibelenggu politik kronisme berbanding Umno yang sering mendalangi permainan perkauman dan agama.
(3) “Umno adalah kilang fitnah terbesar”
Aspan berkata walaupun tempoh yang dihabiskannya dahulu bersama Umno adalah suatu pembaziran masa, namun dia masuk DAP bukannya atas dasar merebut kerusi segera untuk bertanding PRU.

(1) Saya no comment tentang Sakmongkol buat masa ini. Tentang DAP, kita tengok nanti.
(2) Betulkah DAP tidak mempraktikkan kronisme? Jadi perkara Zairil dilantik CEO sebuah think-tank yang dibiayai pejabat Menteri Besar Pulau Pinang itu panggil apa?
(3) Sebenarnya mengikut Fasal XXX (10) (c) perlembagaan DAP, seseorang ahli yang menyertai parti untuk tempoh kurang daripada dua tahun tidak berkelayakan untuk dilantik sebagai calon parti bagi pemilihan sebagai Adun dan/atau Ahli Parlimen.
Meskipun begitu, Sakmongkol – yang sudah dijanji DAP akan diberi kerusi – mendapat kelulusan Jawatankuasa Tertinggi Pusat parti untuk dikecualikan daripada sekatan tersebut.
DAP sebenarnya tidak menghormati perlembagaan partinya sendiri.
Kalau pengecualian boleh diberi kepada anak emas seperti evangelis Hannah Yeoh, Teo Nie Ching, Jeff Ooi dan Sakmongkol – Aspan dan Zairil juga nanti [?] – untuk diletakkan sebagai calon walaupun tidak memenuhi Fasal XXX (10) (c), pastinya pengecualian akan diberikan kepada anak ‘Bapa DAP’ Lim Kit Siang dalam hal-hal lain.
Bakul sampahkan sahaja perlembagaan parti
Sudah tentulah Guan Eng dikecualikan daripada Fasal X (2) perlembagaan DAP yang menyebut “Setiausaha Agung tidak boleh memegang jawatan itu bagi satu tempoh yang melebihi tiga penggal berturut-turut”.
Guan Eng mula menyandang jawatan Setiausaha Agung DAP pada bulan Mei 2004.
Fasal VIII (1) perlembagaan DAP menyebut bahawa kongres kebangsaan parti – serentak dengan pemilihan 20 orang ahli Jawatankuasa Tertinggi Pusat – patut diadakan setiap tiga tahun sekali.
Guan Eng akan tamat penggal ketiga perkhidmatannya tahun ini.
Akan tetapi DAP telah memutuskan untuk menangguh pilihanraya parti kerana dijangka PRU13 akan berlangsung tidak lama lagi. Ini bermaksud Guan Eng kekal menjadi Setiausaha Agung tanpa bertanding masuk penggal ke-4.
Melayu mana yang minat DAP?
Adakah DAP berjaya menarik orang Melayu menyertai parti?

Saya diserang dengan kata-kata kesat oleh seorang DAPster yang telah mencipta poster lucah (lihat bawah) yang dimuat turunkannya online hanya kerana dia tidak berpuas hati dengan rencana FMT saya berjudul ‘Political animals gnaw at apostasy issue‘.
Saya juga dituduh di Facebook oleh sesetengah pembaca rencana tersebut sebagai berat sebelah dalam memihak kepada parti pemerintah serta “menentang percubaan DAP untuk mendekati pemilih kaum Melayu” (screenshot bawah).
Komen pembaca (atas) ada pada rencana saya tempoh hari, ‘Political animals gnaw at apostasy issue‘.
Dikongsi screenshots beberapa komen lain (untuk rencana yang sama) agar para pembaca budiman boleh tahu perangai si DAPster-DAPster yang mendakwa saya merekayasa propaganda untuk Umno serta/atau diupah MCA.
Tidak ada seorang pun antara mereka yang menyangkal saya punya “another atrocious article” dengan hujah mantap berasaskan fakta.
Selain memperli dan memfitnah, DAPsters nyata gemar mengganas ala terrorist Bintang Tiga dalam menjalankan kegiatan perang saraf mereka.
Dah lah saya tergolong dalam hanya segelintir (sekadar 5-10 peratus) orang Cina yang tidak mempersetujui cara dan halatuju DAP, ini pula soldadu-soldadu siber nampak macam mahu memastikan “pembangkang sifar”‘.
Bukan sekadar mereka mem-photoshop poster lucah (salin-tampal di atas) malah sampai mengugut untuk merogol saya — mereka mengajak untuk melakukan “gang bang” — hanya kerana rencana saya yang membidas DAP dan kenyataan Anwar Ibrahim bahawa “Umno controls religion”.
Inilah contoh perangai komunis siber Bintang Tiga.

How many people, especially women, will want to persist in writing critically about DAP if we are constantly being put through this kind of vicious harassment and unceasing smear campaign against our personal integrity and reputation?

You may want to add how DAP parachuted Prof Rama to ADUN, MP and then DPM2 posts within months of joining. And that’s in a state far away from his home state.
In fact I feel sympathetic to the Chinese community who have been hoodwinked by the sweet promsies of DAP to not just vote for them but to take part in actions that will ultimately damage the community’s relations with other ethnic groups and their own long term interests.
For example , by colluding with DAPsters and taken a leaf from DAP’s communist tactics, DJZ has damaged the cause of Chinese educations. Many Malays who wanted to send their kids to Chinese school would think twice as these schools seem to breed DAPsters who are as vicious as their PKM ancestors. If PKM used “bintang tiga”, now DAP uses “rocket” to achieve the same goals. If PKM has failed with AK47s, now DAP want to make it up with laptops and ipads.

Wonder where they have been all these while when Dr M had a jolly good ride while the public sat silently and nobody was interested to accepted the truth as the lalang as usual. All these years we the public swallow greedily any lie that flatters us but we only sip little by little the truth that we find bitter. In reality in Malaysia, truth breads hatred like what you see with the overzealous DAP fan club when you decide to speak the truth. Truth can only reveal itself when all preconceived individual ideas work for the community rather than I know best attitude. I am sure you did not depict yourself as a BN goon, yet the very fact that that you question the opposition for the truth puts you in that that bracket. I’m not saying I know the real reasons behind it but yesterday I noticed that two pro-Uthayakumar reader comments disappeared from the mKini story on him. As you may know MK is instant & unmoderated for their paying subscribers but in this case if the two readers did not themselves retract, then it could only have been done by the editorial staff.

Not sure if you had noticed but Hindraf used to be the golden child of Mkini and get a lot of publicity. But the moment they went after PR, they sort of disappeared off the grip as far as Mkini concerned. Anyone who supports Hindraf in comments sections gets censored.
Daim Zainuddin said something along the lines that DAP were “streetfighters” and Gerakan in Pg needed to have more spine to be able to confront them effectively.
Methinks this is what we have to keep in mind, i.e. DAPsters use streetfighting tactics — knuckle dusters & hitting below the belt.
Dear sis, keep the faith and keep true to your principles and style. Just ignore these DAPsters and mobsters and gangsters. The best way to get back to them for all their threats and intimidation is to keep doing what you are doing now,

IMHO the time to worry is not when these DAP stormtroopers are threatening you on line but when the DAP leaders take you to court to silence you.
In any case, I think it would be a good idea to lodge a police and SKMM report judge to teach the DAP Gestapos a lesson and be on the safe side.
Should ask these 3 mercenaries why they did not join PKR or PAS. The answer is obvious. They will get nowhere. Of course they will be welcomed initially (for propaganda purposes) and then completely ignored. By joining DAP, they are assured of becoming a candidate. But they will not be given the opportunity to contest in a Chinese majority area.

Let me repeat, derma dua juta ringgit kepada sekolah tersebut.
From my personal experience as a writer, the slander and defamation comes from the pro-Pakatan side whereas the police reports from the pro-establishment side.
I much prefer dealing with police investigators than with the lying tongues belonging to faceless chameleons who adopt fake identities.
Police may try to intimidate through throwing the book (law) but they’re not cybertrooper spindoctors who are paid to damage a person’s reputation as their main job.
And look at the outcome of a brush with the police. Guan Eng’s devotees make him out to be a hero from his jail time & can become a chief minister some more by milking the mileage.
I despise DAPsters & their twisting tongues concocting wild stories. At least when a person (i.e. writer-activist & not any suspect of crime) is questioned by ASPs, the guy at the other end of the interrogation table wears a name tag, is in uniform & has all the borang-borang to be filled & procedures to be followed and there’s a lawyer sitting in.

True. The families of Kugan, Aminulrasyid, and other victims of police misconduct will agree. Let me make it very clear that I do not support mindless slandering from anyone, be it BN or PR. And I would admit some BN bloggers too sometimes cross the line that separates constructive criticism and outright slander.
However, there is a difference between the 2 sides. In BN this slandering is the work of the far right of the party. And often BN leaders and supporters themselves do not support such slandering and even criticize it and disassociate themselves from such acts. For example, even the PM and DPM (despite spinning by MI) disagreed with in the case of LGE’s son. Gerakan and MCA slammed such tactics.
But look at PR. The slandering starts right from the very top starting with God-Sent Anwar himself. No doubt he’s the Opposition Leader (though I think he ought to be called the Missing Leader as he’s always overseas) but he never fails to make mindless and baseless accusations almost on daily basis. One Pakatan MP even called Najib a murderer in the Parliament. Another PKR leader photoshopped Najib’s pic with Altantunya. Hannah and likes of Chan Lilian accuses BN of oppressing Christians. While the DAPsters accuse UMNO of being racists. Dear Leader Lim slanders BN on daily basic. I cannot even name one PR leader who has not made slandering as their standard operating procedure. I read how DAPsters have been using Twitter and social media to slander and threatened MCA’s Ti and Tan (Kedah MCA). Do you recall how DAPthugs treated the ex-DAP ADUN Hii or MCA’s Jessie Ooi? Or how these Nazis tried to assault Wee at 325 rally? Do I need to go on ?
I wonder why you are bringing the cases of police misconduct here as this has nothing to do with BN. Even it is so, there are not above law and they have been punished for their wrongdoings.But the same cannot be said for PR / DAP leaders who always escape punishment covered up by their party leadership.

Did you notice also how much the DAPsters slander Rosmah and Najib’s children ? They throw all kinds of accusations and even bombard foreign unis websites to show their anger.
The latest was the case of Nazri’s son. He was accused of attacking a security guard when he wasn’t even at the scene. I didn’t see any retractions from MI or MKini or any PR leaders jumping in and defend Nazri.
FYI, I live in Penang and there is a strong basis for LGE’s son’s story. Talk to Penangites who know the background of this story.

If Dr Novandri had indeed used AC’s photo & as we know LGE’s pol-secs made police report(s) against several Umno bloggers, then the many pro-opposition sites would have carried this news backed up with evidence (like screenshots). Easy.

I understand Sakmongkol has unresolved problems with his ex-wife Mamasita. According to her blog, Sakmongkol has failed to fulfil his promises made prior divorce proceedings which include buying a new house, cash for selling of land, etc. For a single term ADUN, I wonder how he gain those assets & wealth in a short span. Rakyat would never vote and elect such politician to power. I reckon DAPsters is just using him for publicity stunt and not chose him as a candidate.

I’ve been a regular here the past few months or so. Having been a journalist myself, I am appreciative of your old school of journalism – getting the facts and source right!!! Old school but still valid, unlike the writings I find in the other portals that goes on accusing, labeling,judging without valid facts or evidence to back them.
Losers tend to be more emotional, and no matter what success they achieved, DAP is still not the number one student in the class. So, they whine, they cry, they roll down the floor kicking because they felt left out. That’s what all those comments are about.
They felt hurt because an intuitive, fact-checking writer like you is not representing them. They felt left out. Oh, let them whine. Let them label you this and that. Because that’s what they are – not the number one kid in class.
All I can say is, go and kick the right asses, and so far you are doing good!
Helen, I am curious about this strange beast called PAS Supporters Club. I am puzzled by their loyalty to PAS and their motivations. There has been news that PAS might even field the club’s member in the next GE.
I know there are Indians too. Most of them are poor and uneduacted Indians who were paid (yes, paid) and also given other promises to join the club. Most of them have deserted the club after the GE and I doubt the club even has a hundred Indian members. These people have been brought in by some Indians leadrs who were rejected as candidates for DAP and PKR so they joined PAS.

While I disagree with the crude stuff churned out by what you call DAPsters, I can’t help but smirk at your incessant hate for DAP. Granted, I’m not one to blindly follow the party line (in fact, I’m anti-vernacular schooling and also anti-LKS) but come on, are you going to deny merit and talent to someone just because they happen to share a bloodline? True, you raised valid points about LGE being an overdue Sec-Gen but you can’t deny that he’s done a good job with Penang. And Hannah Yeoh, I’ve personally conversed with her, and I’ve also followed her track record – can’t fault for anything major, other than the infraction against the party constitution.
As an aside, did a little reading on your other posts and I wonder, are you anti-Christian by any chance? It’s a casual question and I don’t mean to upset you if you’re otherwise.
