Lim Kit Siang yang lahir 20 Feb 1941 dicalonkan untuk bertanding kerusi Parlimen Gelang Patah, Johor.
Parlimen yang ke-13 nanti dijangka tamat pada 2017. Maka apakala masuk akhir penggal Parlimen kelak, Kit Siang akan berusia 76 tahun.

Kit Siang terjun di Johor demi mengorak langkah bagi anaknya Guan Eng menguasai syarikat keluarga Lim Beranak itu dari utara sampailah ke selatan.
Cuba tengok keahlian majlis tertinggi DAP yang sarat dengan orang Guan Eng ataupun dengan golongan evangelis kesemuanya.
Pengerusi DAP Johor Dr Boo Cheng Hau wakil negerinya yang tunggal dalam CEC.
Bagi para penyokong dinasti DAP, Kit Siang yang melompat-lompat dari Kota Melaka (1969/1974) ke Petaling Jaya (1978) balik ke Kota Melaka (1982), kemudian ke Tanjong (1986/1990/1995) dan seterusnya ke Bukit Bendera (1999) sebelum menghinggap di Ipoh Timur (2004/2008) masih seorang-seorang yang paling layak untuk bertanding di Gelang Patah.
Kerusi DUN Skudai yang dipegang Dr Boo adalah terletak di dalam kawasan Parlimen Gelang Patah. Kalau Kit Siang hendak ambil Gelang Patah, Dr Boo akan bertanding di Parlimen mana pula?
Syabas kepada pengikut puak pembangkang kerana pandai memilih pemimpin yang tidak kenal penat-lelah serta ingin berkhidmat kepada rakyat sehingga ke dinihari.
Tahniah juga kepada MCA atas jasa jentera medianya yang begitu galak membela orang DAP semenjak tsunami melanda. Sekarang tiba masa todak melanggar.

sorry about this Helen, but I just want to share this bit of sarcasm with readers. I hope you don’t mind.
Nobody Does It Better……..that’s the song playing in the minds of PR leaders when they con their supporters. they congratulate themselves by playing this song “Nobody Does It Better” every time their supporters take the bait.
when they want people to re-elect them, they will remind the people “You Only Live Twice”. they will say, people don’t have anything to lose. if people are not satisfied after 2 terms, then they can vote us out.
but then another election comes along and we hear the song “Live and Let Die”. this time they will say to the people “mistakes happen. people should give us more time. we will do better next time. please vote for us again. we promise better things to come”.
another election comes again and this time, they will hire “The Man with the Golden Gun”. we have met, seen this man with the golden gun countless times. he comes in here and other blogs to shoot wildly, mostly baseless accusations and then he disappears. then he comes back again and again. he never gets tired.
when they think of promises to con the people, they will say “For Your Eyes Only”. yes that song. because that’s what they think the people should see. and yes people get conned.
speaking of another matter, when they run out of ideas to attack the government, “A View to a Kill” comes to mind. when the song is playing, poops ! an idea comes out. yes ! stage a new street demo. if the government cracks down harshly, then we can accuse the government of being cruel. that’s why before they stage a demo, they must play this song to raise their confidence.
as for their election manifesto, well, truth be told, they even said that a manifesto is not a promise. its for voters’ eyes. when voters scold them for not fulfilling their election promises, PR will tell them to listen to the song “The Living Daylights” and PR will tell them that the manifesto is for the eyes only. after all, daylights was the word used to describe the human eyes in English literature. there, the voters have been conned yet again.
after people are mad at them, PR will unleash their cyber troopers. they will tell their troopers that “you have License to Kill” and so we have PR troopers coming here and hurl accusations at people and calling people names.
more than that, a PR trooper is also known as Goldeneye. these Goldeneyes, you see, they troll all over cyberspace, watching over people and when people, especially people like who write bad stuff about PR, exposing their misdeeds, they will swing into action.
Tomorrow Never Dies. that’s why the day after tomorrow, and tomorrow, PR will come up with even more preposterous promises and alleged exposes and expect the people to believe them. why not ? after all, judging from the comments of PR troopers here and other places, there are plenty of takers. and if people don’t buy their false promises, they can always Die Another Day.
lately new photos of The Butt Man with another man have surfaced. this time, they, the PR troopers say “these are doctored pics. the man in the pics, its not Anwar.” oh my, where’s Dr No ? if only Dr No can come forward and tell us that the pics are indeed real. but hey, even if Dr No says the pics are real, he will be accused of taking BN’s money. speaking of BN’s money, they will say its from UMNO a.k.a Goldfinger. after all, they say, i mean the PR troopers and PR say UMNO has a war chest of millions, billions.
but PR too have a war chest of millions, billions. the money’s From Russia with Love…oops sorry From America with Love. my apology for the typing error. after all, Diamonds Are Forever, err….I mean diamonds are a girl’s best friend and America is The Butt Man’s best friend and America will reciprocate by saying that The Butt Man is The Spy Who Loved Me.
but if America can’t come to The Butt Man’s rescue, there’s Octopussy. just ask The Butt Man’s officer in charge of procuring “dolls” for The Butt Man. by the way, was it a doll in The Butt Man’s latest sexcapade ?
look at the way they rob, steal from the people. the sand mining scandal, the transfer of land, tailorgate and so on, to them, “The World is not Enough” they must own everything, even your soul.
that’s why a certain political party preaches about politics using religion. actually its 2 party using religion as their tool. they will say, if you don’t support us, then you will face “Thunderball” by that, well, you know what I mean………….
they call themselves Pakatan Rakyat. that’s why they always say “we are here to serve the people. even Lim Guan Eng said, during his debate with Chua Soi lek, that PR is not using the people. PR is in fact prepared only to be use by the people. now you remember the music score “On Her Majesty’s Secret Service” and the song “We Have All the time in the World” ? now PR will tell voters “just vote us in and we will fix this country” and the song We Have All the time in the World will hum along nicely.
then to top it all, when they fail to honor, fulfill their promises, they will play the song “You Know My Name”. and their supporters, well some of them anyway, will realize that “PR are liars. they are liars. that’s their name. liars !”.
now that GE13 is near, they will tell the people to just once, please vote for PR. it is a gamble the people must make if Malaysia is to move forward, to new politics, to beyond race, beyond religion politics. hello, we are not playing poker at the casino ! PR thinks we’re all watching Casino Royale the past 5 years. Ubah to what ? Casino Royale so that we can have a Quantum of Solace ?
or if we don’t Ubah, then what ? the sky will fall, Skyfall ?

Satu ironi kerana kawasan yang ditandinginya bernam Gelang Patah. Jatuh tertiarap dan pergelangan tangannya patah.
Perwira-perwira DAP ni bukan orang biasa macam kita. Tulang mereka besi dan darah mereka raksa.
Sudah 76 tahun umurnya masih mahu bertanding jadi wakil rakyat? Agaknya penyokong generasi baru Pakatan tetap dengan kebutaannya kerana menyokong seorang tua yang tentunya tidak relevan dengan aspirasi orang muda.
Rata-rata semua rakyat tidak kira parti sedang menaruh harapan supaya tokoh-tokoh muda, muka baru atau seseorang calon yang tidak terpalit dengan kontroversi menjadi calon pilihanraya.
Jadi, apalah bezanya Pakatan dengan BN apabila calon tua yang penuh dengan noda diletakkan bertanding?

Tak faham lah…one of the things that people, esp PR supporters and anti BN people used to say is that BN is full of dinosaurs, i.e. org lama. They cried for new faces, for new blood. And yet, PR is still with the same old people.
Tak de org lain ke? Kalau you kata you boleh menang, org semua support you kat mana mana, apasal tak taruk aje any local DAP man/woman there at Gelang Patah. Why must bawak the oldest dinosaur yg mata pun dah mula rosak to contest? Me think they are not confident of winning, thus have to bring their big guns.
I am still waiting for the day that the old leaders from PR will retire…nik aziz, kit siang, karpal, anwar…retire aje lah…org dah boring tengok muka sama aje, dah boring dengar these empty vessels speak. or you guys still belum rasa anak you all dah ready to take over the helm? Bila anak dah ready, baru retire ke? But are you not against cronyism and nepotism?
Dulu masa Tun M was still PM, apa yang pembangkang tak kata. Nak tongkat langitlah….segala macam. Sekarang ni siapa yang nak menongkat langit? Lim Kit Siang, Nik Aziz, Karpal bla bla bla.
Bak kata Tun M (kalau tak silap), janganlah overstay with the welcome of your followers and supporters (something to that effect la kot). Nak juga tengok fresh faces, Tapi kalau boleh tak nak la muka macam Hannah Yeoh atau Nurul Izzah.
Makin dekatlah nak melambai-lambai tangan say hello pada mentor dan sanak saudara diseberang tiap-tiap hari. Mungkin juga bercita-cita nak membina terowong dasar laut hasil ilham kreatif anaknya di bahagian selatan pula.
Ayat klise penyokong tegar PR, mereka tidak peduli pemimpin mereka samada LGBT, tua reput, bekas banduan, bertanding 2 kawasan parlimen/DUN dsb, asalkan bukan UMNO & BN.
Yang peliknya pengundi mereka tak kisahpun wakil rakyat jenis tak reti nak duduk setempat. Orang tua-tua selalu cakap pada anak-anak, kalau makan suka beralih banyak tempat, bininya banyak. Tapi itu semua mitos sebab tujuannya nak mengelakkan anaknya makan berterabur, bersepah-sepah supaya jangan nampak anaknya macam tak beradab .

Lim Kit Siang sepatutnya bertanding di kawasan majoriti Melayu agar terbukti beliau “Malaysian First, Chinese Second”.
Saya rasa Zairil harus bertanding di kawasan majoriti Melayu agar terbukti dia diterima masyarakat Melayu sebagai seorang wakil wajah Melayu DAP. Jangan diletakkannya pula di sebuah kerusi selamat Cina.
I wonder how thick DAP politicians’ skins are when they tell the public with ‘muka selamba’, that DAP is a multi-racial party when it’s major election strategy focuses on winning seats at Chinese majority areas.
I see these DAP fellas as hypocrites to the highest degree!

just reading your blog. I am a chinese myself and after seeing how our PM is positively changing things after the last political tsunami, I am more or less made decision voting for BN this election and do believe that BN will be retained as the govt.
however, I am just that bit worried that the biggest losers will be the chinese due to majority of the votes may go to DAP meaning less representation of MCA and Gerakan, which means less representation in the govt …
