By the way, FMT poll respondents were asked the question: “Should Pakatan Rakyat continue with its Black 505 rallies?”

The 4-day survey ended today with the news portal proclaiming in its headline ‘Most people want rallies to go on‘.

Such a title in its report is inaccurate. It is rather the FMT readers who took part in the online survey who want the rallies.

  1. Mereka ni semua anak org kaya atau mereka kaya dan tak perlu kerja. Buat rally – a new pastime. The hoity toity ma. The rest of us hoi polois have to work to survive so a definite BIG NO to rallies.

    1. What a waste of precious manhours of protesters and security forces, traffic jams, road diversions, cleaning up and damages to public properties. To create anarchy by holding rallies should be discouraged and barred from even being planned by anybody. Law abiding rakyat are now fed up with the antics of these ungrateful, unsatisfied and unthinking people who have no sense of guilt to commit this unlawful act. Please STOP.

    1. Stop the Lies is the alter ego of the The Star chieftain lah. That’s plain to see. Check out the STL archives and see how STL goes ballistic whenever The Star is touched, like most recently at P. Gunasegaram for Malaysiakini running the series on The Star‘s share prices plummeting.

      Would any of the other bloggers from either side of the political divide care if the chief editor of The Star got whacked?

      And haven’t you noticed that STL is so Anon that he doesn’t make a squeak as admin in the Comments section at all?

    Remember the Tamil church at Jonker Street. It is not well attended. When most Indians are educated and classy, they would attend English language services at the more affluent neighbourhoods. It would be good for educated Indian Christians to mix with their Chinese kinsmen and their Caucasian kinsmen too.

    Well I have this suggestion for Ambiga from my friend Nyonya Tan.

If they go to KB maybe Black Rally tukar nama kot, maybe Green Rally then kemuncak go to Permatang Pauh buat tengah sawah padi, confirm KDN lulus serta merta.

  8. In fact my friend sent his Takien (Tamil + Hockien) children to private school. Takien children should not be caught speaking Tamil. I would be great if the child speaks English and Mandarin. He must pretend he cannot speak Malay in public. The child will only use Malay for exams. This is the best way to keep the standard.

    1. I remember one Tamil Training Manager at one company who is married to a Chinese Guy and insisted that everybody call her Mrs. C… (the husband sir name). That is fair right? She only speaks English and Hokien. This is also fair right? “Yang lawaknya” she keeps telling people that she is not Indian but Chinese.

      Saya rasa bukan saja Jantan India tak sudi terima darah daging Tamil mereka diperturun kepada anak-anak bila kahwin dengan perepmpuan Cina (Mama Dapster is a case in point), tapi telah ada sejarah seawal tahun 90an yang begitu.

    1. The sample size of 3,053 is loaded. Can see from the FMT commenters — very pro-Pakatan and also making abusive comments against the establishment.

      1. Survey memang biasanya skeweed kesatu pihak, bergantung pada pihak yang buat survey.

        2. Survey ni macam menjala ikan kiranya. Kalau tebar jala dalam sungai dapatlah ikan sungai, kalau tebar di tepi pantai dapatlah ikan laut, dan kalau tebar di paya dapatlah ikan darat.
