Jom kita main teka-teki, janji seronok

MCA mahu mentransformasi.

Kata timbalan presiden MCA Liow Tiong Lai: “MCA is not only listening to grassroots members and Chinese community leaders but also getting views from international political parties (Communist Party of China).”

MCA learning from Communist Party of China

“The MCA Deputy President then highlighted on the study tour to Beijing from 29 July to 3 August 2013 where exchange of ideas were made with representatives from the Communist Party of China (CPC). During the visit for six days, the MCA Transformation Special Taskforce managed to visit five important organisations. They are
.
1) Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee
2) International Department of the CPC Central Committee (special bureau where the CPC links with foreign parties)
3) Publicity Department of the CPC Central Committee
4) State Internet Information Office (on how the CPC regulates the internet)
5) Party History Research Bureau
.
Plans [are] afoot to enhance bilateral ties between MCA and CPC as relayed by Tiong Lai. […] In future, their leaders and ours can have more exchange programmes.”
.

1,000,000 ahli, konon

Sebelum ini, MCA pernah mendakwa parti mereka mempunyai sejumlah satu juta orang ahli.

TEKA-TEKI #2: Sekiranya pendaftaran semula dilaksanakan, berapa ramai orang ahli agaknya yang masih akan melekat bersama MCA?

Cuba anda teka …

  1. After 50 odd years MCA decided to get some tutorials tips from CCP,

“Plans [are] afoot to enhance bilateral ties between MCA and CPC as relayed by Tiong Lai. […] In future, their leaders and ours can have more exchange programmes.”

And very soon MCA can change their name to MCCP

What next? MIC to send a rombongan to Kerala India to get tutorials from Communist Party of India (CPI)

        2. adieu 1999. How right you are ! Maybe this calls for a trip to visit the good old KMT in Taipeh too.

    1. Ms H. Is it the Singaporean Trojan Horse DAP is part of the PAP which the brilliant Lee Kuan Yew with his failed 9 Policies for Singapore is buddy with Washington DC ? So for easy counter-balance, the MCA leadership goes to Beijing. Good question. WHAT THE HELL THE CHINESE, THE MALAYSIAN CHINESE HAVE BECOME – Communists, Singaporeans, new Christians, or everything except being Malaysian Chinese !

      1. Ms H. Do not tell me the Chinese are now divided into RED Chinese and BLUE Chinese and no Malaysian Chinese. What an unholy mess !

  2. Hai ramai juga balik Mainland China lepas PGU13 ya? Hmmmm educational tour?

Bulan lepas jiran saya, bapa emak siblings dan uncles pulang ziarah kampung halaman tok mereka disana. Lawatan tinjauan rancangan nak bangunkan high-rise apartment kat tanah tok mereka disana. Kira educational tour la juga tuuuuuu.

Jiran tu semua gang DAP. Kat sini mereka melalak tiap hari business takde, hidup tertindas susah nak cari makan, kerajaan bodoh dan macam2 lagi. Duit belambak sembunyi maasih duk bawa balik kampung!

    1. Re. “Hai ramai juga balik Mainland China lepas PGU13 ya? ”

Nak import pengundi hantu kot? Hari tu bangla tak berjaya.

      1. Teka teki saya tak lama lagi pasti ramai Rakyat Cina akan mula beli properties kat sini, hmmmmm. Gelang Patah lai lai

  3. You can be DAP, MCA, Gerakan, SUPP, CCP, PAP, political parties will be political parties. But at the end of the day chinese will always be chinese irrelevant of where you live, what religion you profess or how rich or poor you are, they will close rank amongst themselves. Racist to the core.

Good example is this rombongan to tanah besar china. I guess MCA has their own agenda, not wanting any a chinese in the cabinet they are trying to make themselves relevant to the chinese masses that they are championing their culture, education etc. Like you always say “Baling Batu Sembunyi Tangan”.

    1. Awww, c’mon. Are we going down this road again?

Studies have shown children or adult are naturally drawn to others of their same color. Probably some embedded survival instincts in our DNA.

Let’s not attribute such self-segregation as racism when it is nothing more than some kind of human coping mechanism.

People of all races do stick to their kind. Not only the Chinese, the Malays do so too. And especially the Malays.

Take the last GE, didn’t the Malays ‘close rank’ (your words) among themselves and thwarted PR’s Putrajaya dream? No?

      1. HH must have done the study. Please do not quote any scientific study unless you make a clear reference to it. Otherwise I can some up with many studies without quoting my source to contradict yours.

        1. Tim Beaver

The study is a book I read once many years ago on consumer behavior and its biases. It touched on studies indicating consumer do put in consideration on skincolor of the salesperson in deciding the veracity of their product claims.

For the life of me, I can’t find it on the internet. So you got me.

  4. Adakah sesiapa baca Tweet terbaru OKM?

    Ong Kian Ming ‏@imokman 5h
http://bit.ly/15H6vKs Pengalaman saya semasa berpuasa hampir satu bulan.

Sah! Puasa dijadikan bahan TV realiti kristian OKM.
Kalaulah ikhlas berpuasa takkanlah dibuat dokumentari RoketKini DAP dalam YouTube.

    [YouTube]

Anak angkat puasa, konon! Tweet Al Quran dalam Tweeter.

    Kalau dibaca Tweet terdahulu:

    rakyat / Jimie ‏@twt_malaysia 12h
Correct me if I’m wrong but I thought you can still drink water? RT @alonzomarvis: @twt_malaysia fast during lent season.
    Ong Kian Ming ‏@imokman 11h
@twt_malaysia @alonzomarvis yeah, most Christian fasting during Lent involves abstaining from food but not water.

OKM cuba kaitkan puasa Islam dengan puasa Kristian. Nampaknya puasa OKM bagi saya TAK IKHLAS. Cuma bahan tontonnya RoketKiniDAP. Puasa OKM berbau politik. OKM dan DAP memperolok-olokkan ibadat Puasa. Lebih despicable daripada Alvivi! Oh puasa boleh minum air! OKM so despicable.

  5. Just look at DonKey Kongs stance on extra hour for Bahasa Malaysia in SJKC, so can we assume that the teaching of Bahasa Malaysia is nothing to do with survival or DNA but alas Mandarin is more important then Bahasa Malaysia.

As for GE13 it was the chinese who closed rank hoping to hoodwink other with their crap from DAP PKR and PAS to have their Putrajaya wet dream.

If you really want to see the malays close rank look ahead to GE14 , and if PAS decides to to have some say in this matter all the better as the malays now have a much more clearer picture of what the chinese agenda is.

Memang hakikat! Tak payah tanya depa, buang masa saja, depa takkan mengaku punya. Macam pepatah kata, berak tengah jalan, sapa nak mengaku?!

    2. No comments on the school hour thing. I don’t follow much education news as my child is all grown up.

[Quote: As for GE13 it was the chinese who closed rank hoping to hoodwink other with their crap from DAP PKR and PAS to have their Putrajaya wet dream.]

Most of you talked about the strengthening of Malay unity against what you perceived as Chinese takeover in GE 13. In fact, not only you, many others before you had said the same thing. So why the indignance (no?) when I pointed out the same thing, Malay unity as an example of survival instinct against perceived threat? There is no need to automatically assume this is a condemnation having come from a non, it is just an observation.

[Quote: If you really want to see the malays close rank look ahead to GE14….]

I have no doubt you will and that just proves my point.

      Cheers

      1. HH,

The Malay rejected both Ibrahim Ali and Zulkifly Nordin, although both are very vocal about championing the Malay issue. That is a sign that there is still a bit of trust and hope in Malay-Sino relationship.

What happen in Gelang Patah, showed that the Cina DAP were really going out all against the UMNO/Malay. That was the defining factor/moment for the Malay’s distrust over the Cina DAP.

Fair enough to say that higher percentage of Malays voted UMNO/BN and this has been the trend for a long time except in 2008 during Tun AAB’s tenure. Do take note that the Malay still voted MCA and MIC during the last election that gave both party their winning seats; unlike the Cina DAP who abandoned the hope and trust between Malay and Chinese altogether.

        1. LOL

[Quote: Cina DAP who abandoned the hope and trust between Malay and Chinese ..]

I am not making excuses for DAP, but in their ceramah-ceramah, they were very specific about the distinction between UMNO and Malays.

It is just that many Malays do not recognize the distinction. :)

          1. HH,

“in their ceramah-ceramah, they were very specific about the distinction between UMNO and Malays.”

They always know better than everybody else RIGHT?

          2. ‘It is just that many Malays do not recognize the distinction. :)’

Maybe to the few that you choose to circle yourself with. The big chunks of them that I know of, by living side by side with, having been related to them, from the kampungs to the bandars, sure knows when DAP is talking about UMNO and when DAP did talks about the Malays.

In 2008 although having voted for the DAP, I was made extremely uneasy by the sms that seems to be going around in Penang few days into the polling days. It was sent to my friend and he in turn had shared it with me, amongst others, of course. The lingo was to the sound of ‘gomen guna tax money hanya bagi sama sekolah Melayu’, resent by my ahli PAS seumur hidup Chinese pengyu (a term he called me on, when he feels rather soft, I finds, dunno why at times). I had to correct him saying that, for all of its wrongs, it is a Sekolah Kebangsaan that was put in place, in fact as a replacement of the Sekolah Melayu. The Malays made the sacrifice and left with only Sekolah Agama, as Sekolah Melayu had been made, amongst others, nationalised, which most of us choose to forget, I might add.

Knowing the victimisations theme that was used upon the Chinese, rather successfully, and to a certain extent on the Indians, Hindus or otherwise, by the DAP, that particular sms was not only irresponsible made to belief mantra by none other than someone who knows very well the animosity long existed, with some quarters championing it, time and again, towards the Sekolah Kebangsaan vis a vis Sekolah vernakulars. Simply, also, to sells that UMNO the great Malay oppressor are constantly sidelinings the Sekolah vernakulars with ‘our very own (tax) money wor’!

With that also the sms is telling the Chinese, rather staringly in the face, and asked them the obvious, ‘so somemore wants to vote for them meh?’. We know what had taken place in Penang afterwards, but not to my and my pengyu delights, I might add. But not for long. When they starts showing their ‘petaling street’ attitude by questioning the wearing of songkoks and what not (I know they are not used to it, but they must also not forgetting the fact that it was them that wanted to be Yang Berhormat, in the first place), which is rather petty actually but of course by their mastery had turn into a minority made victims by UMNO/Malays government again.

So the distinction made by the DAP between UMNO and Malays is very telling indeed. Surely they can’t be referring Huanna Tu to a Chinese!

  6. As someone who brought this up, I wonder what is KJ’s opinion on this issue. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. Maybe this is all part of the plan by the MCA to sacrifice themselves for the greater good by encouraging the perception that all Chinese are communist. I love it when a plan comes together.

    1. And what do we think of the green crescent symbol that Mkini is wearing like some Islamic bling, hmmm ? And what of Ramasamy declaring that the DAP is not a racist party ?

        1. The green crescent symbol that Mkini is wearing like some Islamic bling is rather Ong Kian Mingish.

  7. The Batu guy is a fraud. Just because he donned a Malay attire does not make him one. But in the case of PR hacks, anything becomes real.

Sell the image. As I said yesterday, you need to learn how to sell an image. Its all about perception, which is closely related to how you project an image of yourself.

The reason why the opposition is so successful in getting the urban vote is because they know what the urban folks want. Now you must be thinking, how did they do that ? How did they know about what urban folks want ?

I tell you. You listen okay. Truth is, they, the opposition hacks, they did not know what the urban folks want. They merely invented something and they sell these stuff as stuff urban folks want, need.

Remember what I said about the English language. They invented this facade that the mastery of English is crucial to the success of our country. I don’t dispute the fact that mastery of English is important. What I don’t agree with is the excessive focus on mastering English without clearly identifying the steps we need to take in order to achieve our objective.

Now, simply inventing a need, a demand alone is not going to help the opposition to win the urban vote. You need the platforms in order to sell the need, the demand to the unsuspecting public. This is where The J Star and other opposition affiliated media platforms come into play. These “tools”, as I call them, they need to perform the con jobs for their political masters if the “sale” is to be concluded. And before that, you need to infiltrated these media platforms, place your spies, hacks into these platforms.

    This takes time, years perhaps.

Now you know what is really happening. But of course not all people will agree with me and what I’ve just said. That’s okay. We need dissent some of the time.

Have a nice day folks. I hope what little I’ve just elaborated on helps in any way possible to understanding how these political apparatchiks operate, and hopefully, some readers could provide us with some insights as to how we could debunk the myth that the opposition “knows” what the people want.

  8. Why Perkasa, JATI and other Islam based NGOs not making any objection on this?
