Are the rest of the Umno supreme council listening?

The J-Star wants to kill Umno.

***   ***   ***

Member of Umno supreme council, Dr Wan Norashikin Wan Noordin, noticed that while the mainstream media including the NST had splashed the news of the Sultan of Selangor calling Chin Peng an “Enemy of the State” on their front pages, The J-Star on the other hand chose to bury the item deep inside on page 18.

Dr Shikin (drshikin) on Twitter 2013-09-27 09-29-24

Dr Shikin also tweeted that it is shameful how The J-Star is “so sensitive” to offending those who hold that Chin Peng was “merely misunderstood”.

She is being too kind.

In truth, the MCA-owned paper is deliberately acting with “malicious intent” in its coverage of the Chin Peng issue. The Star Media Group had been propagandizing to its younger, urban audience the idea of the communist guerrilla war as something that is today quite irrelevant, passe and so much behind the times that Chin Peng’s role need no longer be scrutinized.

In other words, The J-Star is intent on whitewashing the communist atrocities so that their Scissorati can fill the resultant narrative vacuum with their own Bintang Lima reconstruction of Chin Peng as an Independence hero. See, ‘MCA: Chin Peng adalah pejuang kemerdekaan

In her series of tweets on The J-Star this morning, Dr Shikin also highlighted the hypocrisy of those journalists within the (ostensibly) MCA paper who like to call others “racist”.

I’m noting for Dr Shikin’s benefit as well as for the rest of the Umno supreme council that the Scissorati have been fervently promoting the DAP evangelista politicians, especially the “DAP SuperCyber Bullies” Hannah Yeoh and evangelista Serdang MP Ong Kian Ming.

Twitterhannahyeoh may God have mercy on the racists

KJ and his Dapster press sec

Does the Umno supreme council know why @Khairykj is included in the Twitter personality list with regard to the tweet below by ‘Seagull’ [MCA presidential council member Ti Lian Ker] saying that the public must not set Utusan‘s standard on the high class Star?

Well, Khairy’s press secretary @reginalah is a Scissorati, that’s why.

tilianker Utusan standards

One of the men in the photo above is Chin Peng when he was young.

The Scissorati (whom I’ve juxtaposed with the communist leader) in the photo inset above is the J-Star former National Union of Journalists (NUJ) chairman Teh Eng Hock who had the following “Big Mama-hu hu hu” Twitter exchange with Hannah Yeoh — see screenshot below.

The J-Star reporters are as malicious as their DAP evangelista race-baiting patrons.

J-Star loses quarter million readers

The covert but consistently sly insults by The Sneaky Star has caused a backlash among the Malays. From the period of July last year to June this year, the MCA-controlled, pro-DAP newspaper has lost 254,000 readers, according to an NST report last week.

The J-Star editors often insinuate that Malays are stupid.

Only last month its head honcho Aunty editor June Wong took her dig, writing that those in power have been “keeping them [pro-establishment voters] stupid and poor in order to control them and making them dependent forever” — see ‘The Star thinks Malays are stupid‘.

Twitterhannahyeoh Perkasa = UMNO = Utusan

Malay exodus from The J-Star expected

The J-Star is to the DAP what Utusan is to Umno.

The Malay reporters in the paper are unhappy with the Dapsterism that is so rife in their office.

Therefore it is hardly surprising that the paper’s Malay staff are also the ones most keen to take up the J-Star‘s VSS (voluntary separation scheme but NOT ACTUALLY a “retrenchment” wor) offer.

The Star conglomerate currently has about 1,600 media staff in its Menara headquarters in Phileo Damansara alone.

Malays are expected to leave The J-Star in the same way that Malays have been steadily leaving Penang island.

Two race system, “Chinese hate Umno”

MCA vice president Gan Ping Sieu recently tweeted a comment that the “Chinese hate Umno”.

What the Chinese believe is patently true, i.e. that the MCA indeed “has no role in BN” … not anymore.

Nowadays reporters on the payroll of the MCA-owned newspaper even dare to imply in their public tweets that MCA senior leaders are donkeys — see ‘Star reporter called MCA sec-gen a “donkey”?‘. If that’s what the Scissorati really think about their MCA employer, what do you reckon that they’re saying about Umno?

The MCA mouthpiece which daily delivers DAP sermons tak berselindung lagi. Kalau dulu mereka baling batu sorok tangan, sekarang ni dah jadi lebih berani dah.

Are Umno bigshots reading the ground?

The angry Malay grassroots are expressing themselves by giving their protest votes to independents.

In GE13, they voted Isma’s ustaz candidates who contested on the Berjasa ticket. They gave Perkasa vice president Zulkifli Noordin a stirring show of support even though Zul had only parachuted into the Shah Alam Parliamentary seat at the very last minute.

And it is anticipated that many protest votes will go to Akhramsyah Sanusi in upcoming Umno Youth contest, reminiscent of how dark horse Sulaiman Palestin had once embarrassed incumbent Hussein Onn by garnering a vote tally of 1:3 in his challenge for the Umno presidency. (Also see online poll results, 4 out of 5 respondents reject KJ)

The Malay ground is silently shifting. Is the Parti Paling Tidak Apa still sleeping?

Kalu orang besar Umno masih tak bangun-bangun lagi, the Malay party will find itself overtaken by events and sitting on the opposition bench come GE14. Ni janji.

I have no Faceook or Twitter.

  1. Kurang ajar maksimum the star. They have belittled the king, our merdeka and now sultan selangor. All government and glc must not buy the star.

    1. Haha. The Star group will churn out record profit quarter after quarter. Utusan the liar paper have been consistently printing lies and they are forced to apologized to LKS and son because they con’t afford lawyer fee and compensation anymore. No wonder Najib ask GLC to support Utusan but then GLC consistently support the Star and MI or Malaysiakini. Just look at the ad in their webpages.

      1. and yet.. your species keep barking about malay and tongkat.. without this GLC, utusan still can build a new luxurious office..

The Star should learn from Utusan how to survive without GLC’s support..

        1. Huh? Utusan is being heavily subsidised by UMNO. What do you mean they don’t have GLC support. I work in a GLC and we are forced to buy the paper and advertise in Utusan

          1. Well then, would you mind telling us the name of the government linked company you work for ? I m sure the rest of us need a bit of convincing. I mean, anyone can make claims like the one you made. Now would you mind telling us which company ? We would be amused onlookers should you choose to remain silent.

      2. Recently Setiausaha Dewan Ulamak PAS also forced to use Utusan to write their articles. Not only STAR but Harakah has joint the ranks of kurang ajar racist pakatan media. Harakah should give their column to DAPster evangelist after this.

    2. Wow, 254 thousands readers in one year alone! Thats 20% year on year! Now if taking a circulation is 2.5 reader per circulation that is 100 thousand copies less! per day! Or 3 million per month or 36 million per year. The chinese in the STAR really living in a cocoon. A lost cause. As more Malaysian only speak BM thre will less english readers. Less readers means less ad revenue a double whammy. Can the market support 4 english papers the more anti govt MI, Mkini also which are english language base. Surely these will eat into STAR english bsed shares as well.

  2. So far i walk the talk, i havt even open the starsial online site, rather read kinisider, harakah and snippets of mkini for the pakatan opinions.

I only read joceline tan articles and directly google her opinion site rather than go thru the main site, its a principal.

  3. Chin Peng only crime is being a Chinese. Nobody care what crime he has done for the country. For UMNO, Chin Peng is the perfect bogeyman for being a Chinese and non Muslim and perfectly fit their agenda of associate him with DAP. For Chinese, any enemy of UMNO will be friend and needed to be supported blindly.

    1. For chinese, Chin Peng is a legend because he is the only chinese that have a ball to speak out loudly and clearly his intention to rule Malaysia. The others just like a dog which only know how to barking while Chin Peng just like toothless tiger that we keep in the zoo @ Thailand.. pity of this species..

      1. Wow you insulted the Siamese as well. For me the UMNO Malay are even worst. They can be paid Rm500 buck and they will sell their future. So easy to deal with Malay even though the Chinese voted unanimously against UMNO. UMNO Malay is the one actually more like dog, a toothless dog which know how to bark but no action. No balls to sack MCA and the Star!

        1. See so easy to know Chinese …you just tell them that they are not patriotic …they will curse Malay like hell…

FYI ,Malay is getting RM500 plus “program perkasaan ekonomi Bumiputra ” and we wish Chinese keep voting DAP in PRU14 , easy for UMNO to handle Chinese.

For MCA let them decide whether with BN or not . Why should UMNO decide ? Without MCA , BN still can govern this country.

        2. Re. the UMNO Malay are even worst. They can be paid Rm500 buck and they will sell their future

RM10 also can, asalkan bukan dengan CINA KETURUNAN KOMINIS dan DAP.

              1. Okay, so the cries of “KJ rasuah, KJ rasuah, KJ rasuah, KJ rasuah, KJ rasuah, KJ rasuah!” which we can hear in the video clip would have been referring to an amount far more than the BR1M RM500, like maybe add two zeroes at the back of the figure (for each delegate), is it?

                1. Graft ? Come on. Graft is no big deal, if you’re a big shot. In fact, being a big shot, you’re absolved of all wrongdoings. So what if you’re on the take, say RM1 million. You say “big deal ?” But if you’re a lowly fly, and if you’re caught with RM1 million, its a big deal for you. Big deal because you’re going to spend an awful lot of your waking hours staring into the abyss.

                  1. Are you hinting that we should add another zero each payment to the fiasco of “KJ rasuah, KJ rasuah, KJ rasuah, KJ rasuah, KJ rasuah!” cries that we hear in the video?

                    1. Why not ? They dig the holes for themselves in the first place. Now they’re paying the price.

                    2. re: “Now they’re paying the price.”

Padan muka Umno. Destroyed from the inside. That’s how empires collapse — from decay and the rot eating away from within.

            1. Imagine the event happen against this year ..KJ sekarang bukan saja setakat KP tetapi Menteri

              Mana PM nak letak muka

        3. malaysian,

With nearly 90% of chinese vote for PR, UMNO Malay still rule this country..

Why should UMNO Malay sack MCA? This walking dead MCA is not worth it at all even by your stupid accusation of RM 500..

        1. Bloody racist?? get used already with this bloody remark from your species..

We, especially malaysian, still waiting your GLC that really support utusan..

    2. Wow nice to see how the the racist kiasu mind defends Chin Peng a leader of an organization that went out of the jungle as freedom fighters when the Japs retreated in 1945. Did they free the people ? No instead they burn mosque with women and children inside and went to do genocide on civilians. They were even local militia form by the people to combat them in that period before the British came. Chin Peng and the commies are really more succesful that the Japanese in provoking the local people to uprise against them.

      1. re: “Chin Peng and the commies are really more succesful than the Japanese in provoking the local people to uprise against them.”

I wrote a few days ago:

Cuba tanya kenapa orang Melayu tidak pun mengamok dengan penjajah Portugis, tidak mengamok dengan penjajah Belanda, tidak mengamok dengan penjajah Inggeris, tidak mengamok dengan penjajah Jepun tetapi orang Melayu mengamok sakan dengan komunis yang cuba menjajah Malaya.

      2. Japanese killed far more Malaysian than the Communist and Najib’s father was trained as Japanese military officer.

          1. Whether they are Malay, Chinese, I tend to think of British trained officials as below average, and I m being kind by calling them below average.

    3. Chin Peng only ‘crime’? More like the only factor DAP and MCA idiots call him a hero.

Of course idiots like you don’t care about his crimes. You people are blind dumb arrogant bastards with no decency left.

  4. The Malay faithful have just got to keep a steady course on these important principles: (i) Every individual striving to “Know thyself and know your Lord” as the first commandment of true religion; (ii) enjoin what is right and prohibit what is evil (iii) endeavouring to be the best of communities for the sake of humanity, especially in Malaysia.

The DAPster and Pakatan liberal leftists have set themselves on a collision course with traditional propriety and religious virtues with their savvy polemics and exhibitionist tactics.

  5. Actually Helen, these J-Star are doing a good service for everyone. They are showing their true (all the while hidden) colours for all to see.

All these while cara hidup mereka macam zaman komunis, sembunyi dalam hutan, keluar rampas makanan, malam2 serang hendap, kidnap, atau bunuh the locals. Now in the open lebih elok le.

Nanti mereka sendiri duk mengoyan, hot tak habis2.. kalau Melayu macam tu le berkurun2, hangpa mai hangpa tak suka hangpa pandai le cari jalan balik! Takde siapa halang, noone will miss them.

    1. Yes Helen ..RINA is right. You are showing your true colours. The Malays are not that stupid. The only reality is today and now. Despite the Chinese voters forsaking the BN Government during PRU 13, BN still won handily n UMNO even won extra seats even when MCA was almost decimated. The Government should rightly reward it’s supporters and if Pakatan Rakyat had won would do likewise.

The next election will see the population profile changed further and surely all this rhetoric will go to naught. All it will do is to harden the position of the Bumiputras and the Chinese who will now be forever branded as DAP tools for makings ludicrous and confrontational statements.

Sanity should prevail when presenting your respective points and arguments. For now the winner of the Election is already known ..the people have made their choice.

      1. re: “the Chinese who will now be forever branded as DAP tools for making ludicrous and confrontational statements”

An overwhelming majority of the Chinese will vote DAP but they’re just ordinary rakyat exercising their democratic right.

The DAP tools are the J-Star‘s Scissorati. Umno is the one still rewarding the MCA-owned media with ads, subscription and sponsorship plus KJ’s appointment of Regina Lee as his press secretary.

Yes, the Scissorati are not only confrontational but they’re Dapsters. And the evangelistas control the J-Star editorial floor and board.

Kerana pulut santan binasa, kerana mulut badan binasa
        Kerana evangelista Cina binasa

  6. masih tak habis-habis dengan si apek ini ke? dah meninggal pun ada orang nak buat isu lagi. takde benda lain ke. baik tumpu pada ma pkmb

  7. Are they listening ? I believe they are listening to each and every word. But the way they respond to…….

Ah well, let’s just say, they “outsourced” everything to their “consultants”. and these “consultants” are paid by…

well, well, who ? Us. Yes us, our money, taxpayer money.

  8. The CHINESE Supremacy !!!
This article, though aimed at a US audience, gives an interesting insight into China’s growing economic power.
    A Little Known Reality.
June 8, 2013. Source: Michael Snyder, Guest Post (USA)

In future China will employ millions of American workers and dominate thousands of small communities all over the United States. Chinese acquisition of U.S. businesses set a new all-time record last year, and it is on pace to shatter that record this year.

The Smithfield Foods acquisition is an example. Smithfield Foods is the largest pork producer and processor in the world. It has facilities in 26 U.S. states and it employs tens of thousands of Americans. It directly owns 460 farms and has contracts with approximately 2,100 others. But now a Chinese company has bought it for $ 4.7 billion, and that means that the Chinese will now be the most important employer in dozens of rural communities all over America.

Thanks in part to our massively bloated trade deficit with China, the Chinese have trillions of dollars to spend. They are only just starting to exercise their economic muscle.

It is important to keep in mind that there is often not much of a difference between “the Chinese government” and “Chinese corporations”. In 2011, 43 percent of all profits in China were produced by companies where the Chinese government had a controlling interest in.

Last year a Chinese company spent $2.6 billion to purchase AMC entertainment – one of the largest movie theater chains in the United States. Now that Chinese company controls more movie ticket sales than anyone else in the world.

But China is not just relying on acquisitions to expand its economic power. “Economic beachheads” are being established all over America. For example, Golden Dragon Precise Copper Tube Group, Inc. recently broke ground on a $100 million plant in Thomasville, Alabama. Many of the residents of Thomasville, Alabama will be glad to have jobs, but it will also become yet another community that will now be heavily dependent on communist China.

And guess where else Chinese companies are putting down roots? Detroit. Chinese-owned companies are investing in American businesses and new vehicle technology, selling everything from seat belts to shock absorbers in retail stores, and hiring experienced engineers and designers in an effort to soak up the talent and expertise of domestic automakers and their suppliers. If you recently purchased an “American-made” vehicle, there is a really good chance that it has a number of Chinese parts in it. Industry analysts are hard-pressed to put a number on the Chinese suppliers operating in the United States.
China seems particularly interested in acquiring energy resources in the United States. For example, China is actually mining for coal in the mountains of Tennessee. Guizhou Gouchuang Energy Holdings Group spent 616 million dollars to acquire Triple H Coal Co. in Jacksboro, Tennessee. At the time, that acquisition really didn’t make much news, but now a group of conservatives in Tennessee is trying to stop the Chinese from blowing up their mountains and taking their coal.

And pretty soon China may want to build entire cities in the United States just like they have been doing in other countries. Right now China is actually building a city larger than Manhattan just outside Minsk, the capital of Belarus.
Are you starting to get the picture? China is on the rise. If you doubt this, just read the following:
    # When you total up all imports and exports, China is now the number one trading nation on the entire planet.
    # Overall, the U.S. has run a trade deficit with China over the past decade that comes to more than 2.3 trillion dollars.
    # China has more foreign currency reserves than anyone else on the planet.
    # China now has the largest new car market in the entire world.
    # China now produces more than twice as many automobiles as the United States does. After being bailed out by U.S. taxpayers, GM is involved in 11 joint ventures with Chinese companies.
    # China is the number one gold producer in the world.
    # The uniforms for the U.S. Olympic team were made in China.
    # 85% of all artificial Christmas trees the world over are made in China.
    # The new World Trade Center tower in New York is going to include glass imported from China.
    # China now consumes more energy than the United States does.
    # China is now in aggregate the leading manufacturer of goods in the entire world.
    # China uses more cement than the rest of the world combined.
    # China is now the number one producer of wind and solar power on the entire globe.
    # China produces 3 times as much coal and 11 times as much steel as the United States does.
    # China produces more than 90 percent of the global supply of rare earth elements.
    # China is now the number one supplier of components that are critical to the operation of any national defense system.
    # In published scientific research articles China is expected to become number one in the world very shortly.

And what we have seen so far may just be the tip of the iceberg. For now, I will just leave you with one piece of advice – learn to speak Chinese. You are going to need it !

“To fight the darkness do not draw your sword, light a candle”
Talent is God-given; be humble. Fame is man-given; be grateful. Conceit is self-given; be extremely careful !
“You can’t climb the ladder of success with your hands in your pockets”

    1. Just keeping it real but Michael Snyder is a Christian fundamentalist who believes that the Bible is literally true and is some sort of survivalist based out of Seattle with a dubious employment history.

If anyone is interested in an example of the growing influence of China, I found Cedric Muhammad’s article which can be read at – China’s Yuan Internationalization: Made In Africa, Not Hong Kong – very interesting.

“KUALA LUMPUR, June 2 — Most of Malaysia’s mainstream newspapers appear to have taken a hit since the May 5 general election for perceived biased reporting, Singapore’s the Straits Times (ST) said today.”

“The ST said Utusan Malaysia has been accused of biased reporting for years, and its circulation has fallen from 213,000 in 2006 to between 170,000 and 180,000 last year.”

“It has been overtaken by Harian Metro, now the largest Malay daily — its circulation rose from 210,000 in 2006 to 394,000 last year. Analysts told the ST that younger readers are drawn to its culture and lifestyle-based content.”

“Once the No. 1 English-language paper, the New Straits Times saw its circulation decline sharply from 1999 to the early 2000s, going from 180,000 to as low as 80,000.”

“The top news website in Malaysia over the past month was the independent, according to, a site that tracks Web traffic, said the ST.”

“Three days after the general election, electoral watchdog Bersih and the opposition parties called on Malaysians to boycott the New Straits Times, The Star, Berita Harian and Utusan Malaysia for perceived unbalanced reporting.”

The Star. Accused of bias from the Opposition, accused of being a double agent from the lunatic fringe within Barisan Nasional.
