Dapster sayang Firster Melayu

Faktor Jerusubang

Bekas Adun MCA tiga penggal di Subang Jaya, evangelista Datuk Lee Hwa Beng (video atas) berkata:

“The reason why Chinese did not vote for MCA in the last GE is because of Umno. Umno was trying to survive by itself by going after the Malay votes – so they did more pro-Malay things. They alienated the Chinese.”

  1. Now.. that I am finally free to comment again (as opposed to just read daily), let me start by saying did Datuk Lee smack his head on a wall somewhere before uttering those words?

“The reason why Chinese did not vote for MCA in the last GE is because of Umno. Umno was trying to survive by itself by going after the Malay votes – so they did more pro-Malay things. They alienated the Chinese.” – Say what? Is stupidity contagious? Seems more people are inflicted by it.

Oh Datuk .. if it’s not because of the ‘stupid’ malays that voted in some of the MCA politicians, MCA has bungkused long time ago.

NOTE: We all should stop cheerleading for stupid has-been politicians!

    1. Exactly said anakjamil. Wait till GE14, when Melayus run amok on Chinese MCA candidates and let see if they can still win.

      1. Is either UMNO kick MCA out or otherwise MCA opponents will definitely from DAP. Would the Malay willing to vote DAP in GE14?

        1. UMNO (and PAS) are not the only option that malay have..

ISMA through Berjasa is consistently campaigning to be an alternative to UMNO and PAS.

          1. ISMA had made it point to contest in a Malay/Muslim majority constituency should non Malay/Muslim is field. They have did it the last time. And I was made inform, first hand, that they will do it again. That is their official stand.

            1. Yeah In area like seremban, they gaining thesupport from malay day by day. A lot of malay don’t trust MCA anymore. As such, a lot has openly said next GE they wil support ISMA if MCA still represent BN.

              :l sarah

          2. Ibni Ismail,

ISMA simply does not have the clout the way UMNO enjoys. ISMA serves as a “spoiler” only.

            1. Understand and share with your worried about ISMA but they really take an opportunity with the ‘weakness’ of UMNO and PAS.

They campaigning about contest only the seat that UMNO or PAS not dare to fielded their candidate and their propaganda already started.. DAP and MCA help them a lot..

Me? ISMA vs BN MCA.. I vote ISMA..

    2. anak Jamil,

I hope UMNO learns the lesson. That MCA matter must be dealt with in firm manner. “firm” as to send message that it does not pay to double cross.

To me MCA is another DAP. Period. MCA enjoys the best of the world. It gets Malay supports from its alliance with UMNO. Yet it whacks UMNO on matters related to chinese community.

Together with DAP, MCA gives false impression to chinese that they can live in “cocoon” in Malaysia. that it is OK to “sapu” everything.

Part of the blame goes to UMNO and Najib too. so eager to please Chinese community. ample time Najib was warned that his irritating attitude of pandering to Chinese would not have brought in the vote.

and malays are proven right. Chinese almost entirely rejected BN. Including MCA members itself.

So why on earth allows MCA to contest in Kulim, Tanjong Piai, Kuantan among others. Look what happen to Alor Setar. Had UMNO contested there, 100% UMNO would have got the seat. Malays rejected MCA, splitting the votes and resulted in DAP representing the heavily Malay area.

Let MCA die. MCA simply refuses to “live”. a political party must not live on charity. If MCA wants to be relevant, it must fight for votes. Just like UMNO earns Malay votes and proudly says that it can form Federal and numerous state government because of Malay votes.

UMNO must realise that Malay tolerance is coming to its end. Remember Bandar Tun Razak, Kuantan, Alor Setar were won by “pembangkang” as the malays simply do not want MCA to represent them anymore.

  2. Mana ada menyinsih MCA? Look at the latest Chin Woo school issue. Tourism ministry back off and allow the school to ‘rent’ the land involved for next 20 years (extendable after 15 years) for RM1000 per year. MCA took credit for this.

          1. Pride problem. Can’t just compromise 100%. So both side have to get something so that not appear to lose face to their own community.
