Selangor DAP $peakers and their tens of million ringgit pension

How much increase in pension will the former Selangor Speaker Teng Chang Khim be drawing each month on his previous job? (He precedes the Madam)

But one thing’s for sure, Selangor is going to be paying Hannah Yeoh tens of millions of ringgit in future pension. Madam Speaker is after all only 34. Selangor will be required to support her cushily for the rest of her life. (In comparison, police and army widows get very little.)

No wonder these DAP politicians will do anything to get into office.

  1. Above quote:
“No wonder these DAP politicians will do anything to get into office.”

Besides the above statement, sometimes most of us forget the proverb “Masuk rumah cuci kaki saja.” Everything are already in placed.

That are what the ruling governments of Selangor and Penang are.
    Masuk office cuci kaki saja!

    Orr Mee Toh Forr…

  2. Even if they loose in the next elections, they will still get pensions. Whoever voted them in – bad and expensive move. There goes our tax money.

    1. Very expensive indeed.

Hannah is only 34. Selangor will still need to pay her pension for the next 50 years even if she is not Speaker next term.

Your children and grandchildren will be paying Hannah Yeoh’s pension.

HY will be collecting more pension than even the DPM.

      1. Ms H. We must expect most of us will touch 100 these days, not because of the good doctors who are the same as always but the good and cheap medicines. This is the problem. So your subject will have another 66 years to collect. Please work this out !

  3. Selangor and PP were developed by BN. Senang-senang they came in and then will be claiming millions of pension? How sickening. Please BN, take back at least Selangor. They demonized UMNO because they want to grab the millions for themselves. Imagine from old Proton Saga to expensive luxury cars (happened to lots of DAP becoming exco), they would do anything.

    1. Yes, BN federal ministers use Proton as policy.

Whereas the Perak Pakatan exco famously gave themselves Toyota Camry.

Selangor excos use Camry too and have the option of buying their official car after 5 years.

Speaker Selangor will be claiming millions of pension because she is young. She is Malaysia’s youngest Speaker, as her party likes to boast.

  4. I dun see DAP morons on the ground helping the flood victims. We see it is the Malay face riking their lives piloting the helicopters, steering the boats and driving the trucks to the victims. I dun see any DAP faces at all, kalau ahli DAP jadi gomen servant.. habislah mcm ni, semua nak amik gaji puluh ribu makan bakuteh di Klang Valley saja bawak vios, tgk astro wahlatoi hidup sbg second class citizen.

I cuba Google DAP Flood Relief Pahang. yilek takde pape. Tengok sendiri website DAP, tak habis habis nak fitnah kerajaan tak tolong rakyat, rakyat susah di pantai timur takde DAP nak amik peduli, haram jadah betul
    http://dapmalaysia.org/

And Stevie Chan says these DAP are more Islamic than Malays. Oh, maybe Stevie Chan were referring to DAP Chinese.. lol.

    1. Intermission, for readers who may want to help the flood reliefs indirectly, here is a Mercy Malaysia website to directly contribute fund via credit card either monthky or one off donations.
      http://www.mercy.org.my/

I have contributed and our neighbourhood in Shah Alam are actively packing foodstuffs and collecting donations to be sent to the East Coast. I have always had no qualms donating to relief efforts, I have spontaneously donated to Typhoon Haiyan victims via Facebook when Facebook facilitated the International Red Cross/Crescent appeal.

I believe the East Coast and natural disaster victims needs morale support and not just harap bantuan kerajaan, having other people helping another boosts morale.

      1. Are you non malay mr forrestcat? If u are, salute to u. Being a malay in malaysia, i must admit there are many more non malay humanitarians when the time comes for help those in need, even if the victims are malays or muslims.

And more often than not, the honest non malay or non muslims are not daps. More n more chinese n indian daps are arrogantly showing how racist they are, after the last election in selangor, penang. May god repay their bad deeds justly soon.

    2. And Stevie Chan says these DAP are more Islamic than Malays. Oh, maybe Stevie Chan were referring to DAP Chinese.. lol.

Certainly Chris is very Malay. OKM Insya Allah

    3. Did you expect them to get their hands and legs wet and dirty. No way jose!

We as rakyat (at least those who realise the damage done by the pakatoons more so DAPsters) have to put a stop to this.

BN has its faults; they are no angels but they at least walk the talk.

Agree with rakyat007; they came in when sgor n pp were developed.

They got to go go go in pru14.

    4. Friends from Gerakan, MCA and MIC also lending their hands. During these difficult times, everyone must look beyond racial and political ideologies to help snother fellow human being.

    5. ‘ dun see DAP morons on the ground helping the flood victims’.

sebab mangsa banjir hampir 100% melayu.

  5. even their facebook dun carry news about the floods that affect three to four states and in PAS area. The FB focus on Sabang Impia with the apeks brainwashing the natives playing satanic songs on guitar.

Stevie Chan memang betul, DAP Malaysia is unislamic ahd third world!!! They cant even care about the East Coast Malaysia. Nak negdri kaya minyak mcm Sabah dan negeri maju mcm Selangor.

  6. Let’s just face the facts– bullies win. They win on the playground, in petty verbal debates and arguments, in the workplace and , of course, in the political arena.

In today’s society, whoever wants to rise, has to start out as social bullies. But when given the chance to resolve differences through actual fights, those same social bullies would shy away.

I wish we brought back the days where people could take out the petty bullies through actual fights, moderated or refereed by a third party. Back in the day, European gentlemen would engage in pistol duels to resolve differences that involved honour and reputation. We should consider to do it,maybe with parangs

The new form of politician has no honour. DAP has shown that their latest generation of members and supporters to be the most dishonorable of all in malaysia. Let’s see what sort of Chinese is willing to make remarks like ‘kucing kurap’ to the face of a Malay? Certainly not a DAP one.

Now DAP hides behind concept of ‘freedom of expression’ and ‘equality’ in order to annoy the sleeping majority. The provocation will only last so long before the parangs come out.

  7. no. u have to understand DAP logic on this

flood or anything very expensive or not worth doing, they will do nothing except say to rakyat that this is ‘government RESPONSIBILITY’ ok fine so government is helping the rakyat then i am very sure DAP can say it out loud that UMNO and BN are responsible country managers. or maybe once the hard works are all done, they will come and say bad stuffs about government dont do enough dont do this dont do that (DAP just shake leg and pointing fingers)

    haha

and another thing is, pahang and east coast all malay dominated constituencies. so no point going there. DAP go by issues. they dont go help fair and square. everything with return, then only go. it is a very good policy to be honest. very calculative and of course working very well. otherwise how CM penang is someone comes from MELAKA?

    hahahahahahahahaha

for malay dominated places, they require PAS and PKR. but they cant trust PAS. so thats why they go sabah sarawak with christianity route. you see. these are calculated moves. they know sabah sarawak, beside the fact they are fixed deposits, the two states are very rich. and money rules. u must have heard about CM barking to people questioning DAP new headquater?

    1. That is DAP christian logic for u…tak habis habis condemn people to hell.. at least we Muslims worry about ourselves going to hell, not other people.

      1. ROTFL

FC, your comment “at least we Muslims worry about ourselves going to hell, not other people” is a classic!

I must, must, must highlight it.

  8. “Selangor is going to be paying Hannah Yeoh tens of millions of ringgit in future pension” Can you be more specific? Like quoting exact amount of pension she might get per month after she retire.

    1. Selangor gov.my wesbite is not forthcoming. However you can got to the JPA site under ‘pencen’. They have a digital calculator where you can key in the figures (salary amount) to get your answer.

      1. The speaker salary (after the raise) is RM 22500. Assume that she reitire today, her pension will be RM 11225 per month and if she lives 50 years, her total pension will be RM6.9 million.

        1. You forget that she has also her Adun pension.

And that before she leaves office, her basic salary may be raised yet again. After all, Selangor raised the Aund allowances in April 2011, and now they’re going to raise the salaries after a mere 2 years. And there may be future readjustments for inflation.

My headline states ‘Selangor DAP $peakers and their tnes of million ringgit pension’. It is correct as it refers to two speakers and “their” pensions.

Teng Chang Khim is still an Adun, and furthermore a senior exco. Excos will be paid in access of RM20k as well under the revised salary scheme.

So with Teng, you have someone collecting Adun, exco and Speaker pensions. It does add up to tens (plural, more than the first 10 million) of million ringgit in pension alone.

This is not to mention the free healthcare in hospitals and other gomen perks that senior officials are eligible for.

          1. pencen adun dibayar oleh federal gomen & exco dibayar oleh state. bukan gaji saja akan dinaikkan dimasa hadapan (inflasi la katakan), bahkan bilangan exco highly likely bertambah. kalau boleh semua adun pemerintah otomatik jadi exco.

          2. Is this against the law? PM too get pension from PM post, various cabinet posts, MP post as well but still is within the law.

              1. So it is not wrong either if I say “No wonder these BN politicians will do anything to get into office”?

                1. You all already saying all the time that Umno is corrupt and robbing the country blind.

And anyway BN politicians have been in office since 1955 (continuance from the Alliance), so what’s new.

But you all also at the same time insisting that your DAP pollies are pure as snow and the only reason they’re in politics is because they are freedom fighters for justice, they are keen to serve the rakyat and they’re so full of love that they must spread it all around in the mosques and suraus.

                  1. What is this got to do with their pension?
“Umno is corrupt and robbing the country blind.“ I am sure those who oppose UMNO don’t make their conclusion that they are corrupted because of the amount of pension they received. How about quoting some examples similar to NFC, RM 7.5 billion consultant fee, the hugh losses of MAS, the RM3billion kept in Cayman Island etc of Pakatan?

                    1. YOU SAID: : “So it is not wrong either if I say “No wonder these BN politicians will do anything to get into office”?”

To which I replied: “anyway BN politicians have been in office since 1955 … so what’s new.”

The second part of my reply goes: “You all already saying all the time that Umno is corrupt and robbing the country blind.”

Note I wrote that it is “you all” who keep saying that Umno is corrupt and you prove my point by bringing Shahrizat’s cows, etc.

Back to you original comment: “So it is not wrong either if I say ‘No wonder these BN politicians will do anything to get into office’?”

If you want to say, say lah. After all, you all say things like BN is the anti-Christ, evil, wicked, syaitan, so what’s a few more epithets.

However, you all also saying that Pakatan (especially the DAP component) is clean, incorruptible, transparent, accountable, honest, hero, saint etc, etc.

As for whether anything has got to do with pensions, well what have “private jets”, “diamonds (ring)”, “First Lady” and “only toys”/”my 2 babies”-do-not-get-any-gomen-contracts have got to do with the salary scheme of SELANGOR Aduns?

You answer me first, then I answer you. Can or not?

                    2. No No No. Your blog is always trying to use the trivial issues to imply that Pakatan is worse than UMNO but conviniently forgo the big sin of UMNO. Afterall you are acting the same saying that Pakatan is anti Islam, evil, homosexual, anti Malay, antiNEP. I am not DAP supporters, I supported Pakatan out from no choice. If BN politician can perform better, I may change side. You are assuming all those who oppose UMNo must be DAPster. That’s your logic. DAP = anti UMNO = anti Malay = anti Gov = unpatriotic. So you concluded DAP must be unpatriotic. Since many DAP politicina are Christian, you assume that CHristian must be unpatrotic and anti Malay. Your conclusion is often not based on facts but based on association. I am just here to make the enviroment more lively.

                    3. re: “Your blog is always trying to use the trivial issues to imply that Pakatan is worse than UMNO but conveniently forgo the big sin of UMNO.”

HY’s take-home pay is 50 times Malaysia’s minimum wage, and as a high office holder, she voted to give herself that obscene payrise. She’s the Speaker and thus No.2 in the state executive hierarchy after the MB.

(note: In USA, the Speaker is No.3 after the Prez and the VP. Selangor does not have a deputy MB, so Speaker is No.2)

Her deputy (Speaker) gave himself a 373 percent payrise. If you’re working in an office and your salary is RM3,000, can you demand that your boss increase your salary to RM15,000 next month?

In what way is the behaviour of the S’gor Aduns a trivial issue?

re: “After all you are acting the same saying that Pakatan is anti Islam, evil, homosexual, anti Malay, anti-NEP.”

I do not say that Pakatan is anti-Islam. I’m saying that the DAP evangelistas are chameleons who keep creeping in the mosques and suraus wearing their flimsy tudung that only half covers the hair and thus defeating the purpose of tutup aurat in the first place.

The DAP evangelistas use words like “Insya Allah” when they do not believe in the one God as conceptualized by the word and may not even believe that Nabi Muhammad is Rasul Allah. They #sahur when puasa is a religious obligation upon Muslims and one of the pillars of Islam, and not a gimmick for them to score political brownie points.

I do not say Pakatan is “evil” (which is Christian sin talk). I say they’re sneaky.

I do not say that Pakatan is homosexual lah. Since when has my blog ever shown any interest in LGBT issues?

As for anti-Malay, I’m pointing out that the DAP is hypocritical in their profession of love for the Malays when you see the way they treat other skin-colour groups such as mamaks, Bangladeshis, Indons and Indians (and Chinese mualaf).

And I do not take issue with DAP as being anti-NEP. Again I’m pointing out their hypocrisy because the Lim Guan Eng administration makes a big boast of giving class F contracts to all Malay contractors (trying to indicate that this practice shows how much the party loves the Malays).

re: “You are assuming all those who oppose UMNO must be DAPster. That’s your logic.”

On the contrary, I’m aware that some who oppose Umno are PAS. Some of these folks occasionally comment in this blog too.

re: “DAP = anti UMNO = anti Malay = anti Gov = unpatriotic.”

DAP is anti-Umno. The ex-DAP Selangor Speaker most recently tweeted that a comparison between Mandela and Umno is like comparing heaven and hell. Their party sec-gen keeps calling Umno “Nazis”.

Are DAP anti-Malay? They’re anti Umnoputras who number 3.4 million not including spouses and children.

re: “So you concluded DAP must be unpatriotic.”

                      They’re always badmouthing Malaysia.

re: “Since many DAP politicians are Christian, you assume that Christian must be unpatriotic and anti Malay. Your conclusion is often not based on facts but based on association.”

I think it is save to assume that Christians are anti-BN (and thus anti-establishment) from the political activities that the Church engages in, including the politicking of Bishop Paul Tan.

re: “I am just here to make the environment more lively.”

That is fine. Agree that it would be boring if the environment became an echo chamber.

                    1. Bulls eye helen. Loving owns root does not mean we are obsessed and blinded to our weaknesses. In this era, we cant afford to take any promises blindly just for the sake of our immediate benefit.

Anybody with sound and just brain and heart can see the intentions of the pakatan manifesto. BN has its major weaknesses too, but it took pakatan only four years to cause the damages in selangor and penang, compared to 56 years by BN. Imagine what can happen in another 4 years bfore next GE? Meantime, how the low income groups, esp malays will fare?

  9. With the current mini tsunamis happening in various dap offices around the country coupled with the ‘ dubious cec election’ would it make dap reps either adun or mop (member of parliament) also tak legit. Yes, they were elected thru pru13 under dap banner but dap technically tak legit. So how?

    Shouldn’t they resign en-block?

    1. Fazillah. There is a saying which fits what you are saying about the Singaporean Trojan Horse DAP – ‘From the Sublime to the Ridiculous !’

  10. Ms H. I invite all Bloggers to view http://www.emeritus.com/2013/12/06/from-Swiss-standard-to-Indian-dream/ and its redoubtable comments. Once upon a time, the Republic of Singapore wanted to emulate Switzerland when it wanted to turn Ang Mo Kio into the Canton of Graubunden and Jurong into Valais etc. But it was discovered that the whole of Singapore could be fitted into just the largest Swiss lake, not even Lake Baikal, Russia which is 10 times bigger. Now the Republic has discovered the delights of Mother India (which I experiienced 60 years ago) and the Singapore Lion is doing derring-do with Mother India and spurns the friendly Malaysian Tiger – the red ant riding the Indian Elephant just like it rides the American Donkey in the infamous TPPA caper to screw our beloved Malaysia like the famous 1962 Water Agreement. Over 10 years ago, the brilliant Lee Kuan Yew rushed to set-up the Singapore-Suzchow Industrial Park with his guns blazing to show the natives the proper way to do things. Astutely, the Suzchow City Council waited and launched their own SUZCHOW INDUSTRIAL PARK which under cut the Singapore version by selling land at cheaper prices. The latter failed.
THE ABOVE EXAMPLES SHOW THAT IF YOU PAY TOP DOLLAR TO POLITICIANS YOU DO NOT NECESSARILY GET THE BRILLIANT LEE KUAN YEW. We might as well pay PEANUTS !

  11. Helen,

Re: But one thing’s for sure, Selangor is going to be paying Hannah Yeoh tens of millions of ringgit in future pension

How you arrive at the figure?

Re: Selangor will still need to pay her pension for the next 50 years even if she is not Speaker next term.

Is this a new practice under the PR government? Or it has been the same since BN days?

    Thanks.

    1. so, there is never be any difference la. so why u vote for PR last time?

i bet these kind of excuse will crop up in the future.

rakyat : why PR do this that thing? very expensive.

PR people : why cant us? BN do before can.

rakyat : why Mrs Speaker brought her spouses to an OFFICIAL function?

PR people : why cant her. BN do before can.

rakyat : why pay Adun/Speaker very high?

PR people : why cant us? BN do before can.

rakyat : why raise salary allowance too high?

PR people : why cant us? we got 2/3. who cares can go sue in court

so all these ‘because BN do before, then PR can do as well’ will be the best used excuse whenever a crap like this chap above, open his stinky mouth

      1. Yes, I agree with you. When LGE used such excuse in his recent overseas trip, many opposition supporters especially the Chinese do question his logic and forcing him to ‘promise’ to revealed the breakdown of the expenses.

  12. How have the lives of Selangorians improved for the past 6 years? Did any one of you receive any benefits directly? Are states really that powerless to help their own people, and instead, put the responsibility on the Federal Govt?

Think of it this way, come next year, most will be struggling with rising living costs, while your elected reps will be living it up. They and their families belong to the 10%.

These politicians are getting a free ride because the people allow it.

Since the state has got so much money to splurge, this is the best time the people of Selangor look out for themselves and DEMAND the good life these politicians promised you. It is your right. If these politicians think they deserve their dues, don’t you, as VOTERS, think you deserve yours?

Those you voted for are certainly wasting no time securing their own future to the tune of millions.

BN politicians are constantly under the scrutiny of their own supporters, who are very vocal in their criticisms. Do PR supporters ever criticise theirs, even when they step out of line? Where’s the check and balance?

There should not even be any salary increments. Allowances, maybe. Not salaries. That can wait until after the next GE is announced.

  13. Feeling jealous ah cibai ang ang? Hannah Yeoh is a million times better than you. She has principles, unlike you. You are only fit to continue your miserable life as a boot licker and chua pee yong’s ass kisser.

The DAP is honest unlike your bosom buddies in mca and umno.

Listen, I would gladly pay the Selangor SAs and the Speakers pension. Worth ever sen unlike the trash you write.

    1. Re. Hannah Yeoh is a million times better than you

Indeed, she is better than the whole wide world including her KELING HUSBAND aka JANTAN TAK ADA MARUAH DAN DAYUS.

      Re. She has principles,

Yeah! Me Me Me and Only Me

Re. The DAP is honest unlike your bosom buddies in mca and umno.

      1. CEC Debacles
      2. Party Anak Beranak Sdn Bhd
      3. Kampung Buah Pala
      4. Ugly Bald Betty Botak Kepala while one is not even Buddhist

Re. You are only fit to continue your miserable life as a boot licker and chua pee yong’s ass kisser.

And you must be Hannah Yeoh’s ARSEHOLE Kisser then…

        1. Waa, Helen itu orang sejak gaji naik sudah kaya raya macam bos besar mah, sudah boleh ambik ramai cybertrooper red beaners mah, sudah boleh maki sama you dalam alam cyber mah, berapa ramai dia gajikan, you ada info or not?
