Whichever comes first — either when BN is dead or Malaysia crumbles

“Asking enemies that totally hate you and want to see you destroyed to just leave, kind of reminds me what happened during the Lahad Datu intrusion.
If I put it that way, does that make it look like BN is soft and lenient or just weak and dumb? When the communists started their armed uprising decades ago, did the government of the day just asked the communists to leave the country?
Doesn’t really matter though, both are the same since the enemy can keep on the offensive until BN is dead or Malaysia crumbles.
Whichever comes first. I got a feeling that some people in BN are even probably taking measures in anticipation of both outcomes.”

Original title: Umno foot in mouth, question mark?
Please read Andrew’s comment @ 2013/12/28 at 3:44 pm.
When I posted ‘Lagi J-Star menghasut sentimen anti-BN‘ at 1.13pm, the J-Star article which I referred – i.e. ‘Zaitun: Leave Malaysia if you dislike BN govt‘ – had been Facebooked 1,000 times from the paper’s website.
Now, in the span of 3 hours, it is has been Facebooked 2,000 times from the J-Star portal.
This does not include resends from the invidual Facebook pages. We’re talking a multiplier effect here.
The story of the Kuantan Wanita Umno division chief cum Senator purportedly saying that people can migrate if they don’t like the BN government has definitely gone viral, much to The J-Star‘s great delight.
Will Umno swiftly deny or clarify the paper’s report? Or is it true?
Don’t have to ask people to leave. People criticise because they want the government to be better.
I think there are two issues here.
(1) The Wanita Umno chief is wrong to say (assuming she has not been misquoted) that Malaysians who dislike BN should leave the country. We are free to give our vote to whichever party we please. That’s democracy.
(2) Umno, and especially its aristocratic president, should realise what kind of people they’re dealing with. The BN’s opponent want to see Umno dead at any cost. And their propaganda is breeding a bunch of fanatical haters. And the evangelistas are worse than Dapsters in their capacity to memfitnah (fabricate the lies to incite the hatred).
If Umno won’t or can’t deal with the evangelistas, then Perkasa, Isma and other right wing forces will.
Helen, as up to this hour ( 9:50pm nih), has the said Wanita leader denies or clarifies her statement?
Not that I’m aware. But aside from the pro-DAP J-Star, TMI has reproduced the story as well as it’s making waves in Facebook, Twitter and other social media.
Umno is Parti Paling Tidak Apa, so whaddya expect?
I hope she stands by her words. I am for it… enough is enough
Ms H. My favourite American President once said, ‘ The Buck stops at my desk !’. He was stating that he was responsible for all the actions of the United States Government.
