Lim Kit Siang wrote his 3rd open letter to Najib Razak today. It has the long-winded title, ‘PR’s patriotic olive branch to PM and BN – to love and save Malaysia to preserve and promote unity, harmony and tolerance and ban spectre of May 13 to cobwebs of history’.
His son Guan Eng has the same penchant. See below where the DAP sec-gen calls Umno “religious extremists” and “racial bigots” who are provoking “the fires of racial and religious hatred”.
Lim Kit Siang’s first open letter to the PM and cabinet was on 8 Jan 2014 and his second on Jan 22. Today his third open letter is penned to urge Najib to come to a “national consensus” (whatever that means).
Kit Siang has been complaining about the “national crisis” which he claims has reached its “worst level” ever. He alleges: “It has reached a stage where a small group of traitors out to destroy the delicate fabric of Malaysia’s plural society in an incessant incitement of racial and religious hatred, tension and conflict …”
Please note Kit Siang’s DAP political vocabulary and his accusations against Umno — “traitors”, “out to destroy”, “incessant incitement” to “hatred, tension and conflict”.
The DAP mursyidul am cites two recent incidents:
• Penang Umno demonstrations against the #kangkung episode where there was “an unabashed and strident incitement of racial and religious hatred, tension and conflict, even raising the spectre of another May 13”, and
• Provocative banner ‘Jesus is the son of Allah’ by “irresponsible and reckless elements out to escalate the incitement of racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension”.
Note how Kit Siang attributes “incitement of racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension” to his party’s opponents.
And in the subsequent paragraph of his 3rd open letter, Kit Siang reiterates:
“The heinous activities of a small group of traitors bent on inciting racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension to destabilize the country to cause another May 13 is not a problem which had cropped up only in the past three weeks but a national menace which had been in existence and threatened the unity and stability of Malaysia in the past few years, worsening in the past eight months after the May 5 general elections of 2013.”
Note: See how he chants the mantra to tar his enemy as being “bent on inciting racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension”.
And once more in the next paragraph, Kit Siang writes:
“I am amazed at the ‘hands off’ attitude adopted by the police and the Barisan Nasional government, which seem to have given this small group of traitors out to destabilise the country through incessant incitement of racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension, a blank cheque to do their worst.”
Can you see how the Dapsters are being brainwashed through the endless repetition by Kit Siang (as well as his son) that Umno is conducting “incessant incitement of racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension”?
Reproduced below are more passages from Kit Siang’s third open letter to Najib:
“How pathetic – incessant incitement of racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension no offence but printing T-shirts a heinous offence!
“Malaysians are entitled to know why the Police had failed to act to interdict the treasonous activities of a small group of irresponsible and reckless people out to create national instability and another May 13 through incessant incitement of racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension – furthermore based on lies and falsehoods!”
Observe also the other catchwords and phrases utilized by Kit Siang repetitiously. He accuses his opponents of being “irresponsible and reckless” as well as carrying out “treasonous activities”. In the paragraphs cited above, Kit Siang calls them “traitors” — another leitmotif that the Firsters employ.
Next he accuses the police of not doing their job to check “the activities of the traitorous few out to incite racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension”. Again, he repeats the word “traitorous”, and in the following extract below, the word “treasonous” is also repeated.
From the way they talk, Lim Kit Siang and Lim Guan Eng must consider themselves to be Malaysia’s greatest patriots. In fact, Kit Siang even goes so far as to ask, “Why is the Prime Minister and the Cabinet so reluctant to do what right and patriotic for Malaysia”.
Below is Kit Siang’s call to the cabinet – that includes Minister KJ who has a Scissorati secretary – which meets today as per its weekly Wednesday schedule:
(Says Kit Siang) “Is the Cabinet prepared later today to direct the IGP to set up a special intelligence and security apparatus to deal with the treasonous activities of a small group of irresponsible and reckless people out to destabilize the country with incessant incitement of racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension?”
In the single paragraph above, Kit Siang has managed to regurgitate all his mantra keywords: “treasonous activities”, “irresponsible and reckless people”, “incessant incitement of racial and religious hatred, conflict and tension”.
Kit Siang declares that the purpose of his third open letter is to urge the PM “to reciprocate the act of patriotism” (again, the positive words for themselves, the negative words for opponents):
(Asks Kit Siang)”Is the Prime Minister and the Cabinet prepared to work with Pakatan Rakyat on the great national issue of the day – to love and save Malaysia by preserving and promoting unity, harmony and tolerance and to ensure that there will not be another May 13 to blot the development of Malaysia?”
These manipulative people – Grandpapa Dapster and his Son and their cucu-cicit the evangelistas – cynically abuse the open letter (Kit Siang has written 3 of them to Najib in this month alone) as you can see for yourself. To them, everything is up for grabs.
And in their Twitter, proteges of the Father and Son reprise the Lim ‘Open Letter’ act directed at Najib (see Hannah Yeoh and YouTiup’s tweets screenshot below). Madame Speak similarly challenges Najib to “stop all the incitement”.
Are there enough sane Malaysians out there to realise what kind of people ‘they’ are?
Does anyone on the pro-establishment side of the fence actually believe that a “national reconciliation” and “consensus” can be achieved with these kind of people?
