“Silence is not an option”, says National Unity Consultative Council member Mujahid Yusof who visits churches as often as Hannah Yeoh visits mosques.
Thus it comes as no surprise that Madame Speaker appreciates the “bold stand” taken by the Mujahid — the PAS “true leader who is secure in what he believes” unlike the rest of the easily confused Muslims.
The “Christians bashed” news has been picked up by Goggle News Philippines (see below) as well as been aggregated in Singapore news listing via Malaysia Chronicle.

They keep saying that they are being “persecuted“.
And now they’re saying that they’re being “bashed”.

It is all about politics. There’s the vote bank remember ? 9% is not insignificant when you consider the fact that a slight shift can alter result towards victory or defeat at the polls.
9 percent only?
It’s like the Umno 88 seats, DAP 38 seats situation. DAP are so loud.
I say man, the 9% shout the loudest, and with 90% Chinese as back up, that makes them a very formidable force.
I think it’s more than 9% already. They keep on quoting that magic number so as not to sound threatening.
Then again, isn’t being duplicitous the mark of the evangelists?

Yup, they keep on bleating “we’re only 9 percent” like a talisman. But we have to wait another 6 years before the next national census.
I hope the enumerators next time will do a more thorough job of enumerating the young generation. I suspect when they (pekerja yang ambil banci) visited the Chinese houses, there was only Grandpa and Grandma (who are Buddhists/Taoists) at home.
It is the young generation who have converted.
They need to change their census methods and do both home and office census and a cross check in order not to duplicate.
From what I know, those who converted make it a point to go to NRID to change their classification to Christian post haste. I doubt there is under counting if the census cross check against NRID.
If being the operative word here.
Anyway, being small in number makes no difference. They see themselves as David against the Goliath of Malay – Muslim majority. So the narrative has a biblical parallel which sustains them. 0.9% pun tetap lawan, believe me.
Btw, now they also target the old folks ok? Tea time party, lunch get together, subtle proselytising calling them my brother, my sister, “why your temple never organise these for lonely pensioners like you”. .. Don’t think we don’t know what the evangelists are up to, ok

DAP uses Christianity to bait for supports from Christians. DAP projects Christianity is under threat(from UMNO, a Malay Muslim party).
And this is made possible when people like Mujahid is ever willing to sell Islam for “habuan di dunia”.
Just as PAS styles itself as “islam”, DAP equates itself with Christianity. Criticizing PAS is deemed by PAS as insulting islam. Similarly, questioning DAP is perceived as attacking Christianity.
No wonder someone said Mujahid is a hypocritte. He is , really.

Who bashed the Christians in Malaysia? They should not lie and Mujahid must not support the liars.

Within PAS there are so many bosses. We have hadi, nik aziz, haron din.
Mujahid finds its confusing and therefore decides to be his own boss. He says and does what he wants to say and do.
Mujahid just wants to be popular and therefore will sing and dance with whoever that will help elevate his position.
It is purely politics. PAS is a hypocritical party and should not be supported because they do not uphold islam as they profess.

Seriously, with people like him around in PAS and PKR, UMNO doesn’t need to worry about Malay votes. No wonder Najib’s strategy is trying to get the Chinese.
Also, the praises coming from those people are worth nothing, only making him look like their lapdog. Also it’s known that once you go against them like Tunku Aziz did, their change is so immediate it makes me wonder if they really like anyone supporting them in the first place.
Their ridiculing and labelling of people against them like ISMA is creating an opposite effect too. Being called ultras, extremists or racists is now like a badge that says you stand for Malay rights instead of being like this Mujahid or Najib.
BTW PAS, Amanat Hadi will not be forgotten, when you act towards fellow Muslims this way and say you defend Christians later, I pity the Christians who buy into your bullshit. Or maybe they pretend to buy your bullshit, hard to tell with people nowadays. Like in that Psych song. Embrace the deception. Learn how to bend.

Many Christians believe and teach about a future “end-times event” when all true believers who are still alive before the end of the world will be taken from the earth by God into heaven. The term describing this event is “the Rapture.”
Although the term “rapture” is not found in the Bible, the theory is based on Scripture. Those who accept the Rapture theory believe that all non-believers on the earth at the time will be left behind for the tribulation period. Most Bible scholars agree the tribulation period will last for seven years, the final seven years of this age, until Christ returns to set up his earthly kingdom during the Millennium.
The English word “rapture” is derived from the Latin verb “Rapere” meaning “to carry off,” or “to catch up.”
It is probable then that many of our local Christians are suffering premonitions about the tribulations of the Anti-Christ, whether it be the truth or not. One wonders if Mr. Mujahid himself will be swept off his feet to join the Christians should such a rapture occur in the future? Of course his political party president have given us all a big scare with his radicalism as manifested in the Ibrahim Libya and Al-Maunah violent revolutionism.

I feel you should repeatly emphasise this and label it to them. So that they at least sedar sikit what they are actually doing without even realising that there are bringing condemnation upon themselves.

MS h. WHAT PERCENTAGE OF THE 9% ARE THE ACTIVISTS ? I thought what these maverick Christian activists are doing is contrary to the teachings in the Bible – un-Christian like. Or they behave llike the hedonists which they decry. Right. SO WHAT SORT OF ANIMAL ARE THEY – FISH OR FOWL ? And how many of the 9% do not condone such un-Christian behaviour of wanting to fight and to confront and to destroy ? We will discover at the end of the day. there are only one or two who are active for their daily bread !
For the ferocity of his defence and support for the Malaysian Christians, I can’t help thinking that Mujahid Yusof must have been drunk on holy water and I will not be surprised if soon those “persecuted, oppressed and bashed” cry-baby Christians will soon worship him as their saviour instead of Jesus Christ…!

You seen to be happy to been seen as a PAS maverick. Meanwhile PR/ PAS is fast sinking with not a pip of a squeak from DS A Hadi since early 2013.
Concerning proseltyzing- Let’s take the word of the Church leaders. Malays meanwhile can hope that Chinese and Indian Peninsula Christians will not be overly keen to change, use the word Allah.
