Namun orang yang benci pada Umno beserta mahu kuburkan parti itu masih lagi mahu bertinju dengan Tun.
Sebenarnya Dr M tidak memegang apa-apa jawatan kerajaan. Dr M hanya tinggal sebagai penasihat Proton (iaitu sebuah syarikat swasta) ekoran beliau melepaskan jawatan penasihat Petronas pada penghujung tahun 2013.
Selain itu, bukannya pun Dr M berlagak selaku Menteri Bayangan Keselamatan Dalam Negeri atau apa-apa.
Akan tetapi politikus pembangkang tidak dapat lari daripada memomok pandangan-pandangan yang dikemukakan beliau.

Kalau penerbitan paling pro-Kristian di Malaysia sanggup memberi tumpuan sebuah lidah pengarang ‘Six reasons why Dr Mahathir wants to censor the Internet’ (atas) kepada seorang pesara berumur 90 tahun, maksudnya cetusan minda Tun masih berupaya mengganggu-gugat keutuhan pola propaganda puak pembangkang evangelista.
Oleh kerana Internet Malaysia pada masa ini tidak ditapis maka bolehlah Evangelista Bintang Lima terus bermaharajalela dan menabur fitnah di merata-rata sesuka hati.
Jika Tun boleh mengambil berat tentang isu Internet disalahgunakan, tidak hairanlah kita apabila seorang pembuli siber yang paling licik di alam maya cuba memperli beliau — lihat tweet Hannah Yeoh atas.

You would notice that the MH370 is the toughest challenge yet to Najib’s administration. Ever since the announcement on Monday that the passengers and crew have perished by Najib, the states and the state authorities are not in unison in decisions pertaining death rites and half mast.

This creates a lot of problems for the families as the status of their loved ones are in limbo. They can’t start estate law proceedings etc. There is actually no closure of any sense.

This is the best way to shift all the bad attention from the Daily Telegraph article.
In fact the decision of the Kangkung Minister to allow F1 and to cancel all the music events have pissed many. The decision has even placed Malaysia in an ever horrid light. (after the FMA fiasco).
