About the road conditions in Subang Jaya, I can confirm that they are at the worst ever. I have been staying in USJ area since 1997 (Jeff Ooi (YB now) was also there at that time). Funny thing is nobody cares to complaint. Imagine if Subang Jaya is still under BN/MCA, The Star will have a field day, everyday.
Speaking of the devil (Jeff Ooi), don’t you have anything to say about him? I personally believe he is the real devil behind Guan Eng. He is the mastermind of many of Guan Eng’s political maneuvers. Even as we speak, he is quietly planning some grandeur long-term plans behind the scene, I believe.
Guan Eng is not really that smart after all. Being from Melaka myself originally, I can attest to that. He can be even reckless and foolish at times. But Jeff Ooi is another thing altogether. Check what is he been doing (quietly) lately.

Imagine if Syabas is under federal gomen, The J-Star will have a field day, every day, highlighting the troubles that the rakyat suffer due to the water shortage. But b’cos the water rationing is Pakatan imposed, diam aje.

A friends told me that when you always know someone else will do the jobs that you required to do it yourselves, you tend to blames that someone as a reasons why you cannot do that jobs.
In the case of Selangor, for so long they becomes an oppo and usually they have some kind of backup either they become an oppositions controlling the parliament while BN controlling states or they controlling states while BN controlling the Parliament.
In this case rakyat was covered due to one persons do his/her jobs while others will campaigning day and night and collecting their salaries every month without lifting a finger.
But after PRU 2008 they facing the fact that they controlling both states and parliament in Selangor. What happen when both of the representative from states and parliament didn’t do their jobs can be seen in Selangor.
People tend to forgets that Faderal government can do so far as provided the fund and support, not the management because the management of the states fall in the shoulder of states government.
When you get someone who excell in campaigning day and night and not doing their work as a representative, what happen in Subang will continue until someone who willing to lift a finger and do a dirty jobs cleaning the whole areas and manage it to becomes the first class area again.
Otherwise it will continue to be broken and will takes years to built it back to it glorious day.
Serawak and Melaka already running head to head with Selangor and with the NS and Johor so close behind, it a matter of times before this four states will be ahead of Selangor.

Subang Jaya penuh dgn tikus, nyamuk dan sampah… Hana tau buat program yg berbentuk mempopularkan diri dia saja… tapi yg paling WORST ialah Subang Jaya patut di kenali sebagai Taman Taik Anjing sebab kebanyakan tuan punya anjing akan dengan sengaja membawa anjing peliharaan mereka berjalan2 sekitar kawasan perumahan untuk BERAK MERATA-RATA DAN MENINGGALKAN TAIK ANJING MEREKA DI:
– Tepi Jalan
– Depan pagar rumah orang
– tepi lomgkang
– bawah pokok
. dan lain2 tempat
SUNGGUH KURANG AJAR DAN TIDAK MENGHORMATI JIRAN
Terdapat juga tn punya anjing yg PANDAI iaitu bilamana anjing mereka berak, mereka akan tadah alas dan bungkus taik anjing mereka dan bawa pergi bersama (ini yg otak mereka kelas la)… tapi kebanyakannya tidak.
Kalau di Singapore, dia orang Cina itu terpaksa mengaup taik anjing peliharaannnya di tempat-tempat awam. Adakah orang DAP mahu meniru cara pentadbiran negara kejiranan kita juga?

Hi, Helen. Subang Jaya really looks bad, judging from the photos you posted. Poor sanitation will indeed be a breeding ground for all kinds of diseases.

I had to laugh at the whiny note of her article even though there is nothing funny about water rationing.
By the way, Helen, do you know what is the latest news on the water levels in our dams? Even though Selena wrote that the water level in our dams is above critical, I am not sure whether the amount of rainfall since 16th March raises the water levels by a significant amount.
All I know is that the critical water level is 30%. Even if the water level is 40% or 50%, there may be a need for water ration, especially when water consumption (demand) exceeds water supply. More areas are also subject to water ration beginning 4th April and the list even includes universities.
Whether all of us would like to admit it or not, this situation is partially due to poor state government management who lacks foresight on potential pitfalls. However, the state government will probably put all the blame on the federal government. Helen, you are right regarding ‘EPIC FAIL’ in terms of management.
Subang Jaya … add the colossal traffic jams along its main arteries.

Pn,Helen, walaupun masih ada lagi ramai bangsa Cina yang bersifat baik serta peramah namun DAP dengan pengikutnya telah berjaya membentuk perwatakan Cina yg tidak disenangi oleh Melayu..
Secara peribadi, saya sudah kurang berminat untuk berbicara dengan orang Cina. Kami orang Melayu tiada pilihan selain masih mengunjungi kedai Cina untuk membeli barang keperluan. Namun untuk beramah mesra atau berbual bual tidak lagi saya amalkan seperti dulu dulu walaupun tuan punya kedai itu, sudah bertahun tahun saya mengenalinya.
Selepas membeli barang, saya terus cabut.. Saya tidak memusuhi jiran atau bangsa cina tapi saya sudah tidak berminat untuk bergaul dengan mereka. Biarlah di peringkat pemimpin saja yang berbuat demikian.
Banyak kenyataan di FB & twitter dilemparkan yg menyakitkan hati org Melayu. Kini saya tidak rasa bersalah utk berkata “TIDAK TAHU” bila seorang Cina bertanyakan jalan, walaupun saya tahu tempat yg hendak dituju.
Anak jiran Cina yg mengucapkan “Good Morning, uncle” tidak lagi saya pedulikan kerana, kecil-kecil menjadi kawan, bila besar nanti menjadi lawan.
Evangelista DAP sebenarnya membawa malapetaka kepada masyarakat Cina.
Tapi MCA pun bagi pinjam kepada Evangelista DAP lidah rasmi mereka The Star. Ini membuktikan orang Cina sebenarnya percaya agenda Evangelista DAP pasti menguntungkan masyarakat Cina.
Usaha MCA hendak kembali semula ke dalam Kabinet BN hanya untuk menjadi kuda kuda Trojan. Sekarang ini pun sudah diseludup se ekor kuda Betina Trojan Cina DAP dalam peti kabinet Kementerian Belia dan Sukan.
