Hudud boleh diluluskan dengan majoriti mudah oleh Parlimen

Bekas Ketua Hakim Negara Abdul Hamid Mohamad memaklumkan bahawa dengan hanya ada majoriti mudah, Parlimen sudah boleh meluluskan undang-undang penggubalan hudud.

Parlimen ada 222 kerusi. Dengan itu, majoriti mudah ialah 112 kerusi.

Umno = 88 kerusi

PAS = 21 kerusi

Umno + PAS = 109 kerusi

PAS dan Umno perlukan tambahan 3 kerusi/undi sahaja supaya pelaksanaan hudud dipersetujui.

Siapa tiga orang MP Muslim yang mungkin sudi bergabung tenaga dengan PAS dan Umno untuk membolehkan hudud?

(1) Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB), iaitu parti Taib Mahmud di Sarawak mempunyai 14 kerusi.

(2) Mana-mana MP Muslim PKR pun boleh memilih untuk mengundi merentasi parti berdasarkantuntutan agama (bipartisan voting according to conscience)

(3) Ahli Parlimen DAP Raub, Mohd Ariff Sabri, juga pernah menyatakan sokongan beliau agar undang-undang negara diselaraskan dengan syariah. Ruj. ‘Malay DAP MP supports syariah law‘ (FMT, 22 Oct 2013)

Ingat, Umno bersama PAS sudah mencatat 109 orang MP.

Majoriti mudah ialah 112.

Dengan adanya hanya TIGA orang lagi Yang Berhormat yang mengiyakan usul bakal dibawa PAS itu … beres dah.

    1. If it gets through Parliament, then then the DUNs can streamline the law.

      PAS has 15 Aduns in S’gor (DAP 15, PKR 14). Collectively, the Malay and hence Muslim Aduns are a majority in Pakatan. So HY as Speaker may be presiding in future over the hudud debate in the S’gor state assembly.

      But I’m sure her Pak Lebai, ustazah and UiTM fans would like to know in advance her stand on the matter.

        1. Yes, it’s too late for the Chinese to be remedied.

          Which is why I’m advocating BN to break off the MCA and establish clean battle lines, mano-a-mano Umno vs DAP.

          Having the MCA still in the BN is only a hindrance, and BN risks being fatally stabbed in the back (at present it’s a thousand little scissors cuts).

          Don’t worry about the remaining 5% like me. We do not need any Pull factor (Chinese parties) in the BN. What motivates us is the Push factor, i.e. a clear-eyed realization of what the Dapster-evangelistas are.

Tapi reading TMI on ISMA’s ‘Non-Muslims have no right to question implementation of hudud’ AND especially the comments made by PR supporters themselves on the proposed Kelantan’s Hudud implementation makes me rasa puas hati. PADAM MUKA.

              The Dapster-evangelistas are caught in an action/reaction tug-of-war with Isma and sister Muslim NGOs.

              I know what you mean by the way the PR supporters talk. (For those who want to see how history is repeating itself, please read the May 13 White Paper prepared by the National Operations Council headed by Tun Razak.)

              Dari segi kelicikan, they are miles ahead of Umno-BN. Dan diorang memang memandai-mandai (too clever by half).

  3. For all non muslim, you all should not afraid or worries about Hudud as long you don’t steal, killing people, doing crime, snatching etc. It’s just simple, as long you’re behaving as good human than it’s ok.

    Only people or individual that having bad intentions or wants to do bad things such as stealing, robbing, snatching, raping etc will against Hudud. Hudud also can be use against corruptions. So apa you mau jadi… mesti mau jadi baik bukan jahat…:) :) :)

          1. Yahudi moden dah tak pakai hukum rejam tapi org Islam pula nak jadi Yahudi kuno. Rejam hukum Bible ayat Deuteronomy 22.24. Hudud bukan rejam & potong tangan saja malahan dlm Quran ayat 4.15 ada hukum kurung sampai mati. Hukum padang pasir.

    Lim dynasty must state its stand on PAS’s hudud

    DAP supremo Lim Kit Siang and secretary-general Lim Guan Eng should state their stand when Kelantan tables the bill to seek a declaration on the implementation of the Kelantan Syariah Criminal Code (ii) Enactment 1993 or commonly known as PAS’s hudud law.

    Although DAP Bukit Gelugor MP Karpal Singh had said that it was unwise to implement hudud in Kelantan, this is just Karpal’s personal view, and if DAP were a responsible party, the Lims cannot continue to keep mum on this issue.

    The passing of the hudud enactment will affect the life of the non-Muslims in the state. If Karpal can object against it and opine that it is an unconstitutional act, why can’t the Lims not tell everyone about their stand on this issue?

    Since Karpal has quit as DAP chairperson, he is just an ordinary MP. He can no longer speak on behalf of DAP. The Lims should make a stand to display their determination in rejecting hudud.

    The Lims have been quiet on this because they cannot afford to offend their PAS tai kor and make known whether the party supports the implementation of the Islamic law.

    If the party is against the implementation of hudud, why not say it clearly and let the people see how daring DAP is; and if DAP agrees with PAS, it should make its stand to tell the people that it is a common policy from Pakatan Rakyat.

    1. The DAP is a paper tiger. They are good at accusing the MCA of being subservient to Umno yet they themselves are subservient to Pas. Whatever it is, the ultimate losers are the Chinese.

      1. I dont think they are subservient. Ada udang disebalik batu. PAS as usual have made themselves the dungu.

  9. Ye. kerana sekadar penggubalan AKTA. AKTA tidak perlu 2/3. Sama juga jika akta ISA ingin diadakan semula, hanya perlu majoriti mudah. Saya menyokong hudud. Semoga ini menjadi titik tolak UMNO, PAS bergabung dan berdamai.

  10. UMNO perlu menyokong Hudud untuk menunjukkan kesungguhan untuk berdamai bersama PAS. Ini juga akan memberi SIGNAL kpd MCA. Jgn nak mengada2 menyokong DAP.
