TalentCorp adalah syarikat consultancy di bawah Jabatan Perdana Menteri yang telah dibayar upah beratus juta ringgit. Ia satu lagi PROJEK IDRIS JALA.
Mengikut bajet 2014, projek khas TalentCorp tahun ini sahaja dianggarkan memakan kos RM58,450,000.
Skop kerja TalentCorp disebut seperti berikut.
“We develop initiatives based on 3 strategic thrusts:
(1) Optimise Malaysian talent,
(2) Attract and Facilitate Global Talent &
(3) Build Networks of Top Talent”
Buzzword: Ethnic diversity, promoting best and brightest
TalentCorp mahukan “diversity” (kepelbagaian) di tempat kerja dari segi jantina, umur dan keturunan.
Itulah nasihat yang diberikan kepada Najib Razak oleh konsultannya TalentCorp.
Ditekankan supaya ada “diversity” di tempat kerja dan ini wajib kerana Malaysia adalah sebuah negara masyarakat majmuk berbilang bangsa.

Kabinet Najib tidak cukup syarat “diversity”nya (kepelbagaian) dari segi perwakilan kaum Cina.
Menteri-Menteri kesemuanya ada 32 orang tetapi Menteri asal kaum Cina setakat seorang sahaja.
Seorang Menteri, iaitu Senator Paul Low Seng Kwan di kalangan kabinet 32 orang anggota hanyalah 3 peratus walhal etnik Cina adalah 25 peratus penduduk negara.

Untuk mencapai sasaran “diversity” (kepelbagaian) optimal yang disyorkan TalentCorp, Najib harus melantik sebanyak 8 orang Menteri Cina.
Jika dikekalkan Paul Low dalam rombakan kabinet nanti, bermakna masih ada 7 kekosongan lagi untuk diisi wakil-wakil parti Cina BN.

It brought a smile to my face because I just automatically smile when I look at pictures of babies and toddlers. But looking closely, I realise they are at Parliament House.

Indonesian Chinese speak bahasa Indonesia, all study under one school system in bahasa Indonesia, have indonesian names and are fiercely patriotic and nationalistic. You’ll never catch them badmouthing their own country to foreigners.
As for the majority of OUR Chinamen….., enough said!!

Yeah. Cina kiasu dan Cina Dapster memang bangsa amat kurang ajar. Semua rakyat di negara-negara lain pasti akan benci mereka yang berhati busuk ini. Malah orang Cina di tanah besar pun bakal menyampah dengan mereka ini.
Helen its 3 am, maybe my eyes had played a trick on me. Do correct me if I’m wrong, but did you had just asked the PM to appoint more Cinas into the cabinet? Am I reading it right Helen?
(1) Talent Corp, which is the PM’s hundreds of million ringgit worth consultancy, is now promoting diversity in the Malaysian workforce.
(2) Diversity is the balance of gender, age and ethnicity. That’s what TalentCorp tweeted yesterday.
(3) Najib Razak participated in a Diversity roundtable organized by TalentCorp yesterday.
(4) Going by the criteria (balance of gender, age and ethnicity) set by TalentCorp, which considers it their job to recommended the diversification of the entire structure of the Malaysian workforce, then Najib’s current cabinet falls short because it has only one Chinese minister out of 32 members.
(5) One out of 32 is 2.3 percent whereas the Chinese are 25 percent of the population. If we go proportionately according to population make-up, there should be fairly 8 Chinese Ministers in the Cabinet.
(6) That’s what Najib’s RM7.2 billion consultants are doing. They are promoting all these “progressive” ideas such as reversing the brain drain by persuading overseas Malaysians to return, diversify the workforce, hosting lots of workshops (remember? KJ wanted to task Pemandu with haveing a lab to find out more about the rising costs of living).
(7) In theory, there should optimally be 8 Chinese cabinet ministers to accurately reflect our population. But then again, have the Chinese parties delivered a quarter of the total votes given to BN to MERIT them being appointed to head 8 Ministries?
After all, that’s what TalentCorp is supposed to be about – meritocracy – right?

Realitinya, HY dan DAP disokong oleh 90% masyarakat berketurunan cina di Malaysia. Cakap-cakapnya sudah tentu menggambarkan apa yang masyarakat cina mahu.
