9 month-preggers PAS about to pop hudud baby: Ex-Johor DAP deputy chairman

Who is responsible for the stage of hudud in Malaysia today?

If the hudud bills pass with a simple majority, the responsibility should be borne by (in order):

  • Umno
  • DAP
  • PAS

DAP midwife delivering the hudud baby

For more than 60 years, PAS on its own steam has not gotten very far with its Islamic State push. It is only when the DAP began playacting their Khalifah Umar ‘Lim’ Abdul Aziz and Selendang Squad ploys that PAS is pivoted into the mainstream of national politics and successfully obtaining its present leverage on Umno.

“PAS is now in labour and about to deliver the hudud baby while DAP is the midwife assisting in the birth,” said Norman Fernandez, the former Johor DAP deputy chairman, in a text message.

“PAS has lost the goodwill of non-Muslims particularly the Chinese, and DAP is guilty by association however much it now wants to distance itself. Both are certain to pay a heavy price,” Norman further said in his sms.

May 2013: In the eye of the hudud hurricane

In his article yesterday on Norman’s views pertaining to the current hudud developments, SinChew executive editor Lim Mun Fah wrote:

“I hope you remember that during the 13th general elections last year, this man [Norman] openly urged the voters not to vote for PAS candidates because the party had the ill intention of enforcing the hudud law and Islamic penal code, causing quite a big stir back then.”

Such a caution coming from a DAP leader – at the time when his party was at the height of its reckless political expediency – created a firestorm indeed.

Nonetheless as pointed out by SinChew, Norman is actually someone who “has good understanding of the hudud law, unlike many of us [the paper’s Chinese readership] know very little about it”.

Note: Norman had studied Syariah law in the International Islamic University (UIA).

http://www.mca.org.my/en/non-muslims-should-reflect-on-norman-fernandez%E2%80%99s-remarks-about-pas/

Victim of factional DAP smear campaign

According to SinChew‘s Lim, Norman, the then Johor DAP deputy chairman, had come “under tremendous pressure from his party as well as disapproval from his own party comrades who felt he was acting against the party’s interest with the general elections just around the corner”.

At the material time, the DAP election campaign was in the throes of “Ubah”, “Ini kali lah” and “ABU”.

Norman was also thrashed by many Pakatan supporters as a traitor, added Lim.

[Lim has omitted to mention that due to his conscientious objection, Norman also become the object of a vicious smear campaign by DAP detractors from the north.]

ABU

In the run-up to GE13, all the stops were pulled by the DAP for the sake of its “wu yue wu huan zheng fu” including the Pakatan “agree to disagree” suicidal sop which meant a tacit acquiescence to PAS’s perennial Islamic State ambition.

Like Norman said, the DAP is guilty by association. PAS promoted hudud and DAP assiduously promoted PAS while ruthlessly burying any reasonable queries as to the viability of such a self-serving partnership.

The DAP managed to convince the Chinese that hudud would have no effect on non-Muslims. The DAP also fanned the bloodlust among Dapsters to see the hand of Umno people chopped off.

Anthony Loke
Does Anthony Loke creep you out or what?

DAP evangelista’s tactic of labelling their opponents “anti-Islam”

“If we are not involved in crime, why should we worry over its implementation or punishment. What MCA is doing is demonising Islam …”, Anthony Loke reassured (see Malaysiakini report, 4 Sept 2012).

MCA has been receiving the brunt of the demonisation exercise by the DAP who constantly accused the BN Chinese party and other non-Muslim critics as “anti-Islam”.

When it was their own party chairman who voiced his objections against hudud, the DAP 3.0 cabal would dismiss Karpal Singh’s views as his own personal opinion only.

Hannah Yeoh Madame Speaker after 6 years in politics

Anthony Loke is a standout example of DAP rank hypocrisy.

The Sinchew article recalls that Anthony, the DAP organizing secretary (who recently told off PAS to leave Pakatan if the Islamist party was adamant on implementing hudud), had previously threatened to take disciplinary action against Norman for the latter’s anti-hudud stance.

These kinds of double-dealing by the two-faced DAP top leadership have the effect of endorsing the PAS push for an Islamic state.

In order to keep their unholy matrimony intact for the purpose of capturing Putrajaya, the DAP savagely hunted down and character assassinated anyone who questioned their unconscionable political methods selling out the non-Muslims.

.
SinChew
executive editor Lim Mun Fah said he believes he can understand why Norman today gets so enraged.

“Obviously he [Norman] was telling the truth before the last general elections but unfortunately finding himself under attack from the people,” reasoned Lim.

It is the DAP 3.0 that has been lying and misleading the public.

And not only that, the party sends out its hit squads that will blitzkrieg anyone who poses any kind of threat to the DAP hegemony. These DAP hatchet men stop at nothing and the DAP evangelista spindoctors have no qualms whatsoever in hacking away at the last vestiges of rational and critical thinking among their sheeple.

DAP scares the shit out of the Malays

It is hoped that the Sinchew editors will register how much the DAP is freaking out the Malays, and try to instill some restraint and sense back into the Chinese community.

Just over 48 hours into our ‘DAP and Islam’ poll, more than 90 percent of the 1,035 respondents (results screenshot) said that the possibility of “DAP in Putrajaya” is more scary than the implementation of hudud in Malaysia.

  1. Well it is good that Melayus in UMNO and PAS are bandied together on hudud. It is about time to clean up the Malay Islam corruption bagages as viewed by non malays and turn us Melayus into a better principled race. From early merdeka until now. It is us the Melayus management expertises from Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam that oversee the building up of this nation while the then`communist` DAP was busy playing firestones.

Hudud akan menukar bangsa Melayu kepada bangsa yang lebih dihormati dan menjauhi korupsi politik, korupsi kuasa , korupsi kewangan dan berbagai bentuk korupsi lain lagi.

Well it is good to know that UMNO led government has set up a committe together with PAS Kelantan government to study implementation of hudud in Kelantan. Semoga ALLAH SWT merahmati tujuan tersebut, insyaallah.

    1. Hudud has not made the countries that practise it well-regarded in terms of anti-corruption in the eyes of the world.

      1. Helen, what other hudud practised nations ( not many anyway) failed, we shall prevail. Melayus are different breed of people. We are a `sabar` and adaptable race. We will adjust accordingly to make it through. Don`t believe and trust the Malay people, Helen?

        1. re: “Don`t believe and trust the Malay people, Helen?”

          Onn Jaafar – yes

          Khairy Jamaluddin – no

If we turned the tables and conducted a poll among the Chinese and Christians, the results will show just as large numbers of non-Muslims freaked out by hudud too.

          1. Helen, borrowing Razko`s word `Wait till Melayus run amok… the time will come…` The time has indeed came and Melayus are now running amok politically and spiritually!

              1. Why should and would Malays run amok physically? Are you out of touch Helen? Zaman purbakala dulu bolihlah and now we educated Malays do not do that.

We amok by bandied together ( kata Razko ) peacefully according available political means and strategise our position against adversaries and also to redeem the lost faces as perceived by Chinese.

Don`t you all Chinese said that Malays are synonymous with corruption? Not anymore after this hudud.

                1. Yea, and the Cinas should be glad. Can somebody please tell me why are they still complaining again?

                  Apa Lagi Cina Mahu?

          2. `Large numbers of non-muslims freaked out by hudud too`. What a jest! Of course they freaked out. Tak bolih lagi nak merasuah Melayu Islam. Kami kini berpegang teguh pada hukum Allah. Now the non-muslims doing any `business` with us are by the book and rules. Tak ada lagi tarik-sorong kiri-kanan .

            1. It’s the same phobia like that which the Malays have about DAP occupying Putrajaya. Both sides are phobic.

              1. No phobia Helen. We have lived with our Chinese friends for the last 100 years here. They ( Chinese ) understood the cultures of the majority Malays and supremacy and fairness of Islam. Dap in PutraJaya, Islam and malays will be marginalised.

In DAP Penang, Malays are `forced` to Seberang Perai and Kedah to buy cheaper houses and earning livelihood.

Since independent, do we Malays forced Chinese to Taiwan or Republic China? Is Melayu Singapura doing well under `father` PAP. Any Malay general in singapore police or army? I have seen and met many Chinese commissioners and generals in Malaysian police and army and few director generals in Malaysian administrative services.

Malays and Islam in PutraJaya? All races especially Chinese thrive by the millions.

                1. re: “generals in Malaysian police and army”

                  What re their names?

re: “and few director generals in Malaysian administrative services”

                  Which departments under which Ministries?

re: “Malays and Islam in PutraJaya? All races especially Chinese thrive by the millions”

Then why 90 percent reject Umno?

                    1. And also because through Anwar they (the Chinese) thought they could get Putrajaya and hence the control of the country. By putting Anwar as the PM and LKS as the DPM, they would have a say. Unfortunately they lost and the Malays have realized this and that is also the reason why UMNO and PAS have bandied together to push for the implementation of Hudud.

                  1. `Generals in police, army and DG in administratives`. and 90% Chinese reject UMNO. As if you did not know! well Helen, it seems the Chineseness in you have suddenly emerged! Kalau sudah Cina tetap juga Cina ( one of the one-star police general in KL was removed from his post to administrative duties in Bukit Aman for perceived corruption case. Helen tak dengar berita or baca paper ke? )

90 percent Chinese reject UMNO and MCA because they think through PR they can control PutraJaya and destroy the Malays political bastion in Malaysia.

Melayus are different! We believe in fair games and justices. Yesterday DS Najib reinvited MCA again into Malaysian Cabinet ( despite MCA is now redundant party and a small dote in Malaysian political scene) for Chinese representation. Such great wisdom from this towering melayu (DS Najib) for citizen of all races here.

                    1. re: “As if you did not know! well Helen, it seems the Chineseness in you have suddenly emerged!”

Of course I’m Chinese. What else would I be?

If I denied my ethnicity, I’d be as screwed up as the DAP Firsters — can have one kid registered as “Cina”, and the kid’s sister (same father, same mother) registered as “India” while the parents scream at the top of their lungs “There are no Chinese nor Indians in the country, only Malaysians”.

re: “Kalau sudah Cina tetap juga Cina ( one of the one-star police general in KL was removed from his post to administrative duties in Bukit Aman for perceived corruption case. Helen tak dengar berita or baca paper ke? )”

This Chinese fella only suspended, you’re saying. Those who already convicted by the court you don’t wanna mention: Mohd Yusuf Bahari, Mohamad Sani Sham, Nor Shahazlina Sulaiman, Mohamad Huzzail Ahmad, Mohamad Izuwanshah Samsuri, Mohd Jamil Mohd Noor, Shahrunnazri Abdul Samad etc, etc

So kalau saya ikutkan kamu vis-a-vis talking about corruption, I can also say “Kalau sudah Melayu tetap juga Melayu”.

re: “90 percent Chinese reject UMNO and MCA because they think through PR they can control PutraJaya and destroy the Malays political bastion in Malaysia.”

                      I voted MCA-BN, see my posting on 5 May 2013 @ https://helenang.wordpress.com/2013/05/05/did-the-star-reporters-vote-for-mca/

re: “Melayus are different! We believe in fair games and justices.”

Then how come you’re given a housing discount of 7 percent which I don’t qualify for?

re: “Yesterday DS Najib reinvited MCA again into Malaysian Cabinet ( despite MCA is now redundant party and a small dot in Malaysian political scene) for Chinese representation.”

Already we have the leaks from Cabinet and Regina Lee-connected Scissorati scoring scoops, https://helenang.wordpress.com/2014/01/27/pembocoran-maklumat-sensitif-daripada-pejabat-menteri-umno/

now you want the MCA in Cabinet? What if the state secrets are leaked to the DAP?

re: “Such great wisdom from this towering melayu (DS Najib) for citizen of all races here.”

A lot of Umno people disagree with towering Melayu DS Najib’s decision on this.

                  2. Whats wrong Helen? Cannot take critism from Mael Kota aah? Be the woman lah! I am a Melayu and tetap Melayu sampai mati.

By the way of the top 3 stars Chinese general in Malaysian police force was Datuk Koh Hong Son, who then the head of CCID a very important Commercial Crime Investigation Division. Division strength lah woman, not a state or a department which smaller.

                    1. re: “I am a Melayu and tetap Melayu sampai mati.”

                      Good for you.

Unfortunately the evangelistas who control DAP 3.0 are trying very hard to “ethnic cleanse” my race. I take exception to that.

re: Mael Kota saying “well Helen, it seems the Chineseness in you have suddenly emerged!”

What he says implies that Chineseness is bad. On the contrary, Chineseness should not be regarded as bad or negatively.

There are 1.3 billion various Chinese in China. The 7.5 million diaspora here in Malaysia is but a drop in the ocean and ‘Chineseness’ should not be measured by the behaviour of the GREEDY gold-digging, personal glory-seeking evangelistas here running the Dapster show.

                    2. The virtuous and the evil will always be at odds with one another. Racial grouping just like family lineage do not make you good or evil naturally. Strive O people to know your own soul and to acknowledge your Creator and Sustainer. Peace be to you one and all.

                  3. ‘Then why 90 percent reject Umno?’

That is why we must be asking again and again, Apa Lagi Cina Mahu? Apparently they deny this, but over time, its seems that nothing can be enough for the super kiasu Cina folks!

Perhaps Norman Fernadez would be take seriously if he is a Cina. I hope the man learned his lesson.

                    1. re: “Apa lagi Cina mahu?”

                      (1) Cina mahu hudud. Apa hak yang Melayu ada, diorang pun mahu juga

                      (2) Cina mahu mamak diusir keluar dari Tanjung. We can see a strong backlash against the mamaks in Penang to the point that Buletin Mutiara had to apologize for calling them “Melayu celup kopi”.

There must be something about the mamaks that cause the Chinese to launch their boycott against nasi kandar as well as the animosity shown against this sub-ethnic by the Dapsters.

                    2. Re. There must be something about the mamaks that cause the Chinese to launch their boycott against nasi kandar as well as the animosity shown against this sub-ethnic by the Dapsters.

                      a. Tun M;

                      b. The Mamaks conjure a unique characteristic that defines Pulau Pinang more than the Chinese e.g. Nasi Kandar, Pasembur, Anak Mami etc; thus this must be eliminated systematically as what PAP did to the Malays in Singapore. It is some form of ‘Cultural Revolution’ process i.e. rob them off from their sense of identify and the rest will follow;

What can you say something distinctive culturally about Chinese in Pulau Pinang other than DAP now?

                    3. re: “What can you say something distinctive culturally about Chinese in Pulau Pinang other than DAP now?”

Your comment should be put somewhere like The Malaysia Chronicle or in The J-Star where the readers vociferously will counter your claim.

For all you know, my blog has more mamak commenters than it has Chinese commenters. So I doubt that you’re going to get a spirited rebuttal here LOL.

                    4. Re. Apa Lagi Cina Mahu?

We should watch out for their next move instead. The Malay-Muslim-Centric strategy doesn’t jive well with them as planned, now that HUDUD issue has re-emerged to bite them back in the ass. They practically lost the balancing act:

                      a. PAS is now adamant about HUDUD and UMNO is working hand in hand with PAS to make it happens as evidenced with the support of UMNO ADUN in Kelantan and positive reaction and statement at federal level;

                      b. Karpal Singh is dead;

                      c. Anuar Ibrahim is no longer a crowd puller and soon going to be doing time in jail;

                      As I have said in another entry, what happens next in Kelantan will pave a new way for UMNO-PAS cooperation in the long term, and it can be replicated in Selangor;

                    5. Re. Your comment should be put somewhere like The Malaysia Chronicle or in The J-Star where the readers vociferously will counter your claim

True. But what is actually unique about them? Take Melaka for example, the Rumah Melayu Melaka, Baba and Nyonya, Chetiar, Portugist are characteristics that define Melaka and well preserved.

Heck they can’t even get a local born to be their Chief Minister.

    2. It would be good if Hudud indeed will curb corruption but I fear it will still end up with the smal fry being prosecuted and punished, whilst the big fish get away.

  2. A year later, karpal’s dead and PAS want hudud. Umno, that sneaky main party, play a blind eyes about this “hudud”. The rest of the parties opposition & BN alike is against it.The game now as chinese see it, who blink first, DAP or Pas.

As late Karpal Singh says ‘Over my dead body”.If DAP blink first, MCA & gerakan going to have a field day mocking DAP. If it is PAS, UMNO’s theory of PAS being a mule to DAP correct to many. Pas will be a ” kapal” that sink.

    1. Politics is just like playing chest. Each political party moves their pieces (strategies) in order to checkmate their opponent(s). In our current political scenario, UMNO has checkmated both PAS and DAP. Their strategy is to kill 2 birds with one stone.

      1. Re. UMNO has checkmated both PAS and DAP.

  3. a few chinese/indian in the army left, highest rank rank major general, brigade commander if lucky division commander, none in mindef, maybe staff college.

For international peace keeping all malay generals, for military attache UN always is malay general.

corp commander, field commader, always malay

Regimet Ranger which is derived from sarawak renjers it took them 37 years to promote an iban to 1 star brigader in 2010, he is still holding that rank today, but many have been promoted over him

As such not many indian/chinese generals left, what with the promotion of all askar melayu officers very junior in experience and senority but share a common trait 97% malay and apple polishers true and true.

    1. give the malays a chance. chinese have singapore, taiwan, hong kong, PRC, UK, US, Macao.

    2. At least some the non Malays did become generals in Malaysia. In Singapore, the Malay remain lieutenant and never become a colonel or general sampai pencen.

      1. Former police head of commercial crime was a 3-star Chinese Commissioner( now retired) and a former 2-star Penang police chief.

        1. re: “a 3-star Chinese Commissioner (now retired)”

Last time got lah. Since the Melayu policy kicked in, very few.

          1. Haiya Helen don’t be so kiasu la, its not that the Cinas in the polis that many anyway. Its never enough with you guys meh?

            1. Haiya islam1st, don’t lah berniat jahat by falsely accusing me of being kiasu.

If you follow the thread of exchange above, you will see that it started with Mael Kota commenting:

“Any Malay general in singapore police or army? I have seen and met many Chinese commissioners and generals in Malaysian police and army and few director generals in Malaysian administrative services.”

and Jebat Derhaka saying something about “the top 3 stars Chinese general in Malaysian police force”.

The pie chart I put up merely explains that nowadays you cannot see a Chinese appointed as generals (or Chinese police top brass) for the reason that there are no Chinese joining as army or police cadets from the bottom up.

There are only 0.2 percent Chinese in the army, as the stats show. So how to have a Chinese eventually become a general (or police chiefs) from a talent base of 0.2 percent, and to rise up through the ranks of Corporal, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Major, Colonel if no Chinese are now joining the army (or the police)?

I’m being very reasonable and logical here. What is so kiasu about that? You just simply like to say (stereotype) only.

              1. ‘Since the Melayu policy kicked in, very few.’

With a Cina policy oso, Cinas lagi suka join itu Red Rock daripada join Mata maa. So jangan la cakap macam itu Melayu talak kasi join polis, sebab ada polisi Melayu.

                1. I agree it cuts both ways. Chinese also not interested to join police and army.

I think this is an important national issue. Although both sides are to be faulted nonetheless the problem has to be addressed.

                  1. The fact remains Helen, a Cina just don’t like to take orders from a stupid sakai. Full Stop. No two ways about it.

Kudos to those who did. I pegi komtar last few months, masuk toilet dekat popular bookstore, selisih dengan polis cina, I say to myself, now he is the tough one. Now how many Cinas would want to tahan taking orders and being hurls abuses from stupid sakais?

I say not many. Very few from that, joins the police. The rest at Red Rock!

      2. Very hard in future for a Chinese to become an army general in Malaysia because the Chinese are not joining the army ranks.

        null

        1. Personally have not met face to face with Cina in Police, Army, Bomba, Immigration or Customs uniforms.. where are they hiding? Kalau pi Genting Highlands rasa dapat lihat tak?

  4. As such not many indian/chinese generals left, what with the promotion of all askar melayu officers very junior in experience and senority but share a common trait 100% malay and apple polishers true and true.

  5. re: “The Sin Chew article recalls that Anthony, the DAP organizing secretary (who recently told off PAS to leave Pakatan if the Islamist party was adamant on implementing hudud), had previously threatened to take disciplinary action against Norman for the latter’s anti-hudud stance.”

It’s the categorical hypocrite that denies his promises, lies when he speaks, and betrays his trust. He betrays his trust to the non-Muslims, and expediently disowns his own political comrade in going against his party’s objectives. It is said that hellfire awaits such a one … aren’t these types the source of chaotic politicking and social dissonance?

    1. It is for these reasons – hypocrisy and betrayal – that the DAP 3.O, of which the evangelistas have taken control, are a menace.

The same hypocrisy and betrayal in the J-Star where the Scissorati have no shame in collecting their fat salaries from an MCA-owned company but at the same time can blithely turn around and stab the BN in the back.

      1. Sayyidina Muhammad – peace be on him and his progeny – is reported to have said:

“All creatures belong to the family of Allah; thus, the most beloved of creatures to Allah, is the one who brings benefits to His family the most.”

This dictum avails us with an important vision: appreciate the people you see outside your circle as those whom God Himself is taking care of, so deal with them justly and with compassion.

    1. ‘It will be interesting to see how the votes go in subsequent by-elections and the next GE.’

      Apa Lagi Cina Mahu?

  6. Re It is hoped that the Sinchew editors will register how much the DAP is freaking out the Malays, and try to instill some restraint and sense back into the Chinese community.

Not going to happen. Despite being a high circulation paper, tell me, how many of their readers read such articles ? They only read the business and entertainment stuff.

Restraint ? This is akin to entrusting the monkeys to look after your banana estates.

Instill some sense back into the Chinese community ? Why wait until now ? They smell something is not right now and they are making a u turn or what ?

We should not expect Chinese language newspapers to help us. They won’t. They have a readership base that’s anti Malay and anti government.

Hudud is coming and no one is going to stop it. Norman Fernandez warned the people who supported PR before 505 that if they vote for Pas, then its no way back. Now he’s proven correct.

By the way, that Antony Loke boy, he had better sort himself first. Hudud will not affect Non Muslims ? Really ?

Wait la. Still early. It will only be enforced, if all goes according to plan, in Jan 2015.

Yang Bukan Islam dah mula risau, mula bimbang, mula gementar kah ? Kan Norman dah kata awal awal lagi, tak nak dengar nasihat Norman, bukan itu saja, malah Norman di hentam sana sini kerana lain pendirian dengan Geng Biawak DAP.

If Hudud comes into force in Jan 2015, you can expect more spin by DAP, putting the blame squarely on Umno yet again.

    1. re: “If Hudud comes into force in Jan 2015, you can expect more spin by DAP, putting the blame squarely on Umno yet again.”

Umno holds the 88 MP votes (40 percent of the Parliament representation) for the hudud bills to pass. So it is really Umno’s call, whether ‘Yes’ or ‘No’.

Also Umno has the de facto Ministry of Religion (Islam), and Jamil Khir Baharom has announced that Putrajaya is forming a hudud technical committee in cooperation with PAS.

      1. Ah blaming Umno yet again but ask yourself, who “pushed” Umno to make such a decision in the first place.

Speaking of which, I m going to link this article to you and see for yourself how anti Malay and anti Muslim the opposition supporters really are.

Read the comment by Stanley Ti

“I am also “accusing PAS of betraying the pledge it made to Pakatan, distorting facts and telling lies, causing many Chinese voters to lose faith and respect for the party”.

It seems that muslims have no honour in their words and deeds. They can lie to suit their day. umno has proven that and now pas had done so too.”

        1. re: “who ‘pushed’ Umno to make such a decision in the first place”

I’m aware that a desperate party Umno has to take desperate measures for the sake of its political survival. And since the BN Chinese parties all bombed big time, then obviously BN cannot hope to get more than 5 percent Chinese votes in GE14.

But look at it from the DAP point of view. Guan Eng previously called on Penangites to make their state “zero opposition”, meaning he and the DAP believe in going all out — winner takes all, for the loser, nothing.

The DAP have their target and their objectives. They want to make it that there is zero support for the BN in Penang, and zero support from the Chinese for the BN.

DAP was so successful in making the Chinese tsunami happen that they’re nearing total achievement. As you’ve said: “… how anti Malay and anti Muslim the opposition supporters really are”.

Every political party aims to win. And win big. And assume absolute power. DAP is another step up and now the second biggest party in Parliament.

DAP achieved racial consolidation – “untuk bangsa (Cina), agama (Kristian) and negara (dalam acuan meritokrasi diorang nanti)” – in GE13.

In fact, DAP was successful in creating the very “Chinese Unity” akin to the “Malay Unity” that Umno is harping on.

So why blame DAP for being tremendously successful and the DAP’s immense success pushing Umno into doing desperate things?

(Point for you to ponder: The Chinese are rich because they’re SUCCESS-oriented.)

          1. Re So why blame DAP for being tremendously successful and the DAP’s immense success pushing Umno into doing desperate things?

Why make loud noises when Umno and Pas are talking about Hudud ?

            1. re: “Why make loud noises when Umno and Pas are talking about Hudud?”

The PAS people were waving DAP flags during the election campaign and the DAP people were wearing PAS bandannas and reassuring all the non-Muslims that they do not need to fear hudud if they do not commit any crimes.

It was the Chinese votes that swept PAS into the mixed semi-urban seats like Temerloh, Sepang, Parti Buntar, and several Selangor DUN seats.

The ABU-ABU-ABU Chinese wanted Pakatan in power and to take over Putrajaya. Pakatan is DAP+PKR+PAS.

For more 60 years, Alliance-BN has never tried to table hudud as law. The Chinese voted Pakatan which is trying make hudud the law of the land.

And they will kill you if you’re a critic who dares to question the DAP and its strategic decisions.

In essence, the Chinese voted for hudud. PAS has never hidden its Islamic state ambitions.

The Chinese must learn to live with what they voted for even though their future generations will curse the Ubah cabal.

              1. Maybe Pakatan Rakyat could consider renaming their pact Pakistan Rakyat after Hudud after the private bill is passed ?

          2. “In fact, DAP was successful in creating the very “Chinese Unity” akin to the “Malay Unity” that Umno is harping on.”

The change of support of the Malaysian Chinese (and now increasingly, the Malaysian Indians) toward the PKR, DAP, and PAS was greatly helped by Umno’s attitude in the Barisan Nasional.

    1. re: “after abandoning BN to vote for change, they are now demanding that BN stop PAS”

ROTFL, the irony is so delicious that my stomach feels full even though I haven’t eaten breakfast yet.

They’re actually banking on Umno and particularly Dr M to stop hudud — this is so precious that I won’t even need to eat for the rest of the week.

PAS for all, Allah for all, hudud for all! Hidup Jerusubang!! Ubah, ubah, ubah

      1. But it is not a laughing matter for these people. Now they know what fear is, they are screaming like Chicken Little.

I have a suggestion. Since Norman Fernandez has a law degree, okay to be more precise, a Syariah law degree, why don’t they ask him to explain to the Chinese community what hudud is.

Or maybe, after Norman did the explaining, they fear a backlash from their supporters ?

        1. Norman has “dual degrees” (Sinchew‘s words). Am assuming he did the Syariah at UIA post-grad. Not sure if degree or diploma (add on).

          1. ‘Or maybe, after Norman did the explaining, they fear a backlash from their supporters ?’

No lah no matter how highly Norman thinks of himself the Cina DAP and the Cinas that voted for the DAP simply don’t listen to none other than themselves. Not to Huanna and not to O Oh.

      2. Maybe you should read this one too

        http://www.mysinchew.com/node/97972?tid=12

        This one paragraph is ingenious

“If we lack the ability to make sound judgments, we will be easily influenced by the politicians. Since everyone knew PAS’ ulterior motive is to establish an Islamic state, why were we still swindled by its disguise?”

Perpetual hysteria ? Smear campaign to silence the critics ? Character assassination ?

        1. re: “Perpetual hysteria?”

          Don’t forget “quite delusional”.

They hallucinate and see pictures of life that are so unreal.

They hallucinate and DRAW FOR THEMSELVES pictures of life that are so unreal.

            1. The Cinas in China are praising Shila as having a very pretty set of eyes. But yet, thanks to STAR, in Malaysia, the Malays are having a set of Cinas mata sepet. HOW RACISTS!

  7. perbezaan antara pas dan umno ialah hudud, tanpanya pas tak boleh hidup. umno pun tanpa ketuanan melayu boleh tutup kedai.

  8. Hudud is an issue becoz BN is weak. BN is weak becoz of Chinese tsunami. PAS is still relevant becoz of Chinese tsunami. Since BN majority supporters in Peninsular are Muslims, they can’t simply dismiss hudud anymore if they wish to keep their political power.

As Daim has already warned the Chinese, when the push comes to shove, the Malays will unite (under religion banner) against them (the infidels). Dapsters may want to blame this fiasco on UMNO but I will blame the Chinese for their greedy short-sightedness.

Now we are all in trouble!

    1. re: “I will blame the Chinese for their greedy short-sightedness.”

The Gold, Glory, Gospel mafia personifies Greed.

      1. 3G ? Since we’re talking about DAP 3.0, the number 3 is indeed appropriate.

HINDUS URGE SINGAPORE PM LEE TO END HOUSING DISCRIMINATION AGAINST INDIANS

    http://therealsingapore.com/content/hindus-urge-singapore-pm-lee-end-housing-discrimination-against-indians

    1. The problem is, the Muslims themselves are not complaining but the non Muslims that had contributed among others, the ten things mentioned by TMI’s are telling the Muslims what to observe and what not to observe.

Imagine if the Muslims in America or even Europe were to tell the Christians there on how to observe their religion. What would happen to the Muslims then? Just imagine…

  10. It scared me more if DAP is at Putra Jaya. A lesson learned from Singapore and Penang.

  11. Go play your fires elsewhere in the bedroom, la.

Amendment to the Federal or State Constitution needs 2/3 majority right for Hudud laws to be passed and replaced current laws?

So , some states in Semenanjung may have Hudud passed. So what if the majority wants it in those states. Don’t like can migrate to other states.

But for the Federal Constitution, how may I ask the Moslems are able to get the 2/3 votes required? Don’t expect Sabahan’s and Sarawakians where Christians are a strong voice to vote for BN in this issue. Isn’t the 20 or 10 points agreement still valid for Sabah and Sarawak?

Maybe in another 50 years when the Moslems with the help of the EC and NRD can delineate the electoral boundaries to ensure that there will be 2/3 Moslem MPs majority will it ever happen.

So, what’s the Hoo Hah all about now? Isn’t it all about politics under the guise of who is a holier Moslem in wanting to implement Hudud?

For Moslems who want Hudud now before they meet their creator, maybe they should consider migrating to Brunei, Pakistan, Middle East, Afghanistan or Kelantan or eventually Trengganu and Kedah when Hudud is implemented.

If Hudud is forced on the whole of Malaysia replacing the current laws, the world may see a very much bigger Lebanon in South East Asia. Then we have America having another strong ally sooner than later and Malaysia may be renamed the 54th state of the United States of America.

    1. You’re spinning here.

For the record, Pas is not asking for the Federal Constitution to be amended. What they are asking is for Parliament to pass a bill that will allow them to implement Hudud in Kelantan. For that bill to pass, a simple majority is needed, which is 112.

      Who is dreaming here ?

After you and your lot conned the people who voted for you by telling them that DAP will not stand for Hudud, and Pas is proceeding even with your protestation, you have no other means to counter the facts staring right in your face, you play the 2/3 card. That’s what’s left of you. Pui !

Asking Muslims to migrate ? What are you smoking ? Iguana crack ? This is a Muslim majority country ? Who are you to demand that Muslims migrate to other countries ? Kau ingat ini bukan negara Islam ?

Now that you and your lot have been exposed as a con, you come here to make protestations.

    2. Unfortunately you are still in lalaland. Wake up and look around you. Read. For a Private bill to be passed, just a simply majority is sufficient. Nobody is talking about amending the Federal Constitution.

      Except you guys…..
