MCA merajuk dan meroyan
Laporan Malaysiakini hari ini menyatakan bahawa Puan Speaker menerima usul hudud untuk dibahaskan Dewan.
DAP telah mencabar MCA untuk keluar BN jika tak merestui tindakan Umno Selangor membentang usul itu.
Sebelum ini, MCA – ketika parti tersebut diketuai Dr Chua Soi Lek – pernah menegaskan ia akan keluar BN sekiranya Umno bertekad menyokong hudud.
Apa kata NGO-NGO pro-pembangkang?
Pada 19 Mei 2014, Aliran – sebuah kumpulan hak asasi manusia beribupejabat di Pulau Pinang – menerbitkan sebuah lidah pengarang bertajuk ‘Hudud on hold … for now‘.
Henry Loh, pengarang e-makalah Aliran, berkata:
“The postponement [of the private member’s Hudud bill in Parliament] was to allow a joint Kelantan PAS-federal government technical committee to discuss the matter and work out the next step.
“In the weeks prior to that announcement, both the social media and the mainstream media were filled with news of the disagreements and arguments for and against hudud. The tension and unease was quite palpable.
“It certainly did not help to have leaders from Islamic religious groups like Ikatan Muslimin Malaysia (Isma) referring to Chinese migrants who came to Malaya as trespassers. In its latest salvo Isma is now alleging that if the DAP was left unchecked, the party was capable of causing another May 13 riot.
It is disconcerting and disturbing to read the provocative, divisive message propagated by Isma. In a multi-ethnic and multi religious society like ours – such messages are extremely lacking in discernment and good judgement.”
Isma didakwa menggertak dan menabur benci
Terkini Dr Faisal S. Hazis, ahli exco Aliran merangkap pengarang e-makalah pertubuhan tersebut, berkata dalam lidah pengarangnya kelmarin (11 Jun 2014) bahawa Umno, menerusi Isma dan Jakim, sedang menggunakan strategi bodoh mahu menyalahkan orang lain atas kepincangan umat Islam sendiri.
“Umno via Isma and Jakim are also resorting to this moronic strategy. The self-proclaimed defenders of Malay and Islamic rights are pointing fingers at non-Malays and non-Muslims for many issues plaguing the community. Isma labelled Chinese Malaysians as intruders and trespassers who, along with the colonial British, bullied the Malays.
“The non-Malays and non-Muslim bashing did not stop there. When non-Muslims raised their concerns over the plan to implement hudud, Isma chided them by telling them not to poke their nose into the affairs of the Malays. Worse, they labelled those critical of the government as ‘anti-Malay’ and ‘anti-Islam’.
“How would you expect Islam to grow or even be respected when these so-called Islamic groups incite hatred and fear?”

Whatcha talking about? Malays in Penang? Apa tu? You didn’t get the memo, ah? The one where it’s clearly stated, there are no Chinese or Indians or Malays, only Malaysians?
You ever read any article in the Star about Malays, Chinese or Indians in Penang? Non, nada, zilch, tak ada. Why – because the Star knows there are no Malays or Chinese or Indians in Penang, just Tokong Lim and other Malaysians.
Malaysians = Orang DAP. Dia tak berani cakap terang terang jadi dia pun kata Malaysians.
The Chinese of this country are not all tresspassers, nor do the land belong implicitly to every Malay. The rich are obliged to help the poor, and the poor are obliged to strive to improve their lot. Certainly, no creature shall presume to tresspass into the private conviction of another creature regarding the Creator’s Absolute Oneness and Transcendance over all creation.
When malay right wingers exist, its UMNOs fault.

Sneaky UMNO try spice thing by proposed Hudud. MCA and Gerakan who once taunted DAP over the matter must now suffer the indignity of having to swallow their own bile and look on as Umno stabs daggers into their backs over the matter.
And if the Islamic party takes this plunge, Umno which attacked PAS over why it does not enforce hudud in Selangor will have to answer as well for other states that BN controls.
