Future of our country: Isma will take over from Umno
Some months back, I wrote that Isma is smarter and savvier than Umno. Today I will amend my statement – I now say that Isma is MUCH smarter and MUCH savvier than Umno.
I had also written that Isma is more efficient and effective. Umno does not have half of Isma’s initiative or even a quarter of Isma’s commitment and dedication to the cause.

Is postponement of next batch MH17 victims’ return due to Merdeka celebrations?
Najib Razak today claimed that certain groups had played up the special honour paid to MH17 victims because these anti-national unity groups wanted to “break up” the solidarity among the rakyat.
“There are always people who want to break us up,” he said. Continue reading “Is postponement of next batch MH17 victims’ return due to Merdeka celebrations?”

Church: Save Malaysia from bigots and religious extremists
The Christian Federation of Malaysia (CFM) in its Merdeka Day message said that the country is “witnessing an escalation in ethnic and religious extremism, where unchecked sectarian forces of hatred and bigotry, often fuelled by misinformation and misinterpretation, lies and inflammatory speeches, are ripping apart the social fabric of our nation that had been built on the principles of moderation and multi-culturalism”.

One year ago this month, Perkasa Youth chief Irwan Fahmi Ideris called on Najib Razak to resign for our PM’s abysmal failure to govern – see screenshot below.
Irwan recalls in his blog on Tuesday that he and the Perkasa central leadership numbering 10 persons provided their feedback to the PM in a closed door session immediately following GE13.

MCA making an ass out of Umno
Continues from ‘Why BN got its ass kicked in Lumut by navy man‘.
Thanks for the heads up, Calvin. The split voting results are interesting indeed. Pro-establishment Malays are definitely boycotting the MCA.
BELOW: ‘MCA can deliver’? What a joke, hahaha!
Najib should just give up the MCA ghost.
Why BN got its ass kicked in Lumut by navy man

Tun: “I’m a doctor, if I find one leg becoming gangrenous I remove it”
Update: 7 April 2015
PANDANGAN AHLI UMNO 007

MH17, Gaza & Ebola
Do you remember how The J-Star hijacked the recent rally for Gaza and made it appear as if the Christians were the most prominent participants at Dataran Merdeka to support the Palestinians?
Today I’m reminded of “ambulance chasers”.

A short simple question for the PAS people
Why you all hate Umno so much?
Najib is causing Umno to lose the Malay votes
“No, I am not asking him to resign. I just do not agree with his policies,” the Tun told reporters at PWTC on Monday night with regard to pulling his support from Najib.
The self-evident ace in the pack, flashed by the PMO boys, is that whatever we may say about the PM, there is still no one else in the current Umno hierarchy who is at par or able to replace him (except for maybe KuLi).

Why is Dr M doing what he is doing?
First, the question of Dr Mahathir’s timing.
Coincidentally or not, two former group editors of the major Umno-owned papers uploaded commentaries in their respective blogs – and at about the same time too – on the Tun’s hand grenade lobbed at Najib Razak.
“I see pitchforks”, what does Najib see?
Yesterday the Tun set off a mini earthquake. He blogged in Che Det (‘Menegur‘):
“Malangnya sehingga kini tidak ternampak apa-apa perubahan dari segi dasar atau pendekatan walaupun saya cuba menyampaikan pendapat saya, (yang juga pendapat ramai yang datang bertemu saya) secara langsung kepada Dato Seri Najib.”
Orang Kaya Indera Shahbandar Najib Razak is insulated from the masses by his con-sultants, his Pemandu and his TalentCorp swarms. Continue reading ““I see pitchforks”, what does Najib see?”

DAP’s Ong Kian Ming, who is a columnist at The J-Star, wrote today about Khalid Ibrahim’s “desperate and increasing futile attempt to remain as the Mentri Besar of Selangor”.
Ong accused Khalid of accomplishing what the BN has thus far failed to do. The DAP Serdang evangelista MP asks Khalid whether he felt that it was really worth it breaking up Pakatan Rakyat. Continue reading “Khalid kena bambu left, right and by the BN backstabbers too”

Khalid Ibrahim’s ace up his sleeve
Article 55 (1) of the Selangor constitution appears to give the Menteri Besar – who heads the state exco – some room to maneuver as to whom he may appoint to provide counsel to the ruler.
It looks like Khalid even can set up a special advisory committee (“body of persons”) in the interim to act under his authority to presently advise the Sultan.

Khalid can keep his job according to Selangor constitution
My thanks to a commenter @ 2014/08/11 at 5:09 pm for his leads on why Khalid Ibrahim’s position can be supported by the Selangor constitution.
Article 53(2)(b) of the Selangor constitution
Khalid’s state government needs only to have a minimum four excos.
As long as the PAS Aduns stay put, Khalid’s state government remains legit in law.
