Mencari keredhaan?

Dengan izin Tuhan …

Eric Paulsen boleh belajar baca Al-Fatihah @ Learn Surah Al-Fatihah, easy memorization with transliteration @ [YouTube].

Umie @EricPaulsen101 revert

Raja Kamarul EricPaulsen101 read Al Fatihah

Siapa kekawan Eric agaknya?

Harap-harap bukan Dapster evangelista. They’re bad company.

: “Kelakar juga dia orang! Mungkin ingat orang Islam suka2 lafaz kalimah2 dan ayat2.”

Memang betul. Muslim celup si evangelista DAP amat gemar untuk melafaz suka-suka. Ia merupakan modal politik murahan bagi mereka.

Eric Paulsen Al Fatihah

Main sebut, menyamar

    Look at Banana’s new tweet.

Each meal I have, I think of Anwar Ibrahim’s meals in prison and my eyes well up with tears

There would be lots of meals in the coming week if she chooses not to exercise her Bangsa Malaysia status. There are tears are so many that it would look like some funeral during CNY.

      1. Postscript:

If she feels that way, now is a great time for her to diet and cut down on her Bak Kut Teh intake.

        1. tau2 nuar hari2 bleh makan kfc, chicken chop, kambing panggang, nasi arab dll. dia nangis sebab dengki tak dapat special treatment dalam prison tu. bukan sebab sebaliknya. hehe.

  2. Look at OKM’s answer pulak.

@hannahyeoh ironic that at the same time that @anwaribrahim is in jail, the son of the PM can enjoy inherited wealth to buy a NY apartment.

    1. That’s not what irony means.

Irony is for example, when some people keep telling others they’re second class oppressed citizens lacking freedom of expression when in fact they are regularly wealthy, earning salaries almost equal to the PM, libel and slander regularly though press and social media that they control and their party even rule a state. These people love being ironic. Maybe Hannah Yeoh in that tweet concerning Anwar was also being ironic.

Here’s an example of me saying something ironic, “My, PAS sure have taught their fellow DAP comrades to be good Muslims and love Islam.”

Here’s another example of irony, somebody who is proven a sodomite in court and former highly ranked leader of their most hated party is now their opposition leader, first choice of PM and ‘loved’ by Christian evangelists from their party.

What is even the connection with Anwar getting thrown into jail for sodomy and somebody else buying an apartment?

But hey, I don’t have a doctorate and I’m not an MP, what do I know.

It is the dakwah Islamiah memoirs from Felixia Yeap. Ini dipanggil mencari keredhaan.

Not the OKM, Paulsen and Madam Banana kind. That is not mencari keredhaan. Sebab tak ikhlas. Kalau nak mencari keredhaan, masuk Islam!

Lawat-lawat mesjid, tweet AlFatihah, kacau periuk kosong, ucap Insya Allah, pakai baju kurung etc ala the 3 stooges di atas bukan mencari keredhaan !

Kemudian tentulah ramai ingin tahu hidup seorang model Playboy. Bagaimana hidup dalam dunia glamor. Serta hebatnya sehelai tudung, mampu mengubah hati seorang insan.

Amoi Berhijab, sebuah buku ikhlas daripada hati. Sebuah tulisan yang sejujurnya mahu berkongsi, buat sesiapa yang mahu mengetahui.

    1. re: “Not the OKM, Paulsen and Madam Banana kind.”

Paulsen’s not a politician, so there isn’t any need for him to stir empty pots in the surau or put on ketayap beriya-iya berbuka puasa in order to win votes and popularity contest.

What he just needs is to take a deep breath, count to 10 and THINK how he’s now merely flying on the Pakatan auto pilot in the way he expresses himself.

        1. Oh, he is 100% like them Helen.

“Needless to say, it is unbecoming for the IGP to be seemingly taking instructions from pro-Umno cybertroopers and trolls when he should be neutral when dealing with them whose work is obviously politically motivated and done in bad faith,” he said. – See more at: http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/malaysia/article/lawyers-for-liberty-hits-out-at-khalids-twitter-policing#sthash.c68wujhp.dpuf

When Eric Paulsen did it, it is in the name of freedom of speech, expression, liberty etc. LFL also uses twitter extensively to spread their causes. But when others none like them did it; it’s done in bad faith and politically motivated. BS betoi!!!

          1. I shall need to further clarify: By “them”, I meant specifically “OKM & Banana” as I was responding to Mulan’s comment.

I do not think that EP would behave like them (the evangelista duo) traipsing to the surau to stir empty pots nor visiting the mosque wearing a ketayap and kain pelekat just to win votes and gain public influence.

Using an Islamic term is OKM’s style while chameleon dressing like a Muslim is Puan Prada’s.

EP seems to consider Al-Fatihah as something like saying “Deepest Condolences” whereas it’s a doa to be recited by those belonging to the Islamic faith.

If an ordinary person – say your office colleague – made the same faux pas, I’m sure you’d be willing to overlook it as plain ignorance.

With OKM and Hannah, however, we know it’s not a one-off oversight as they do it repeatedly and it’s a concerted campaign of posturing themselves as mesra Islam.

e.g. from the sheer number of Hannah’s pictures in tudung, you can gather that it’s not the occasional event like some of us non-Muslim may put on a scarf when entering a gurdwara or surau for tahlil. With her, it’s a total masquerade.

About EP fighting with the IGP, I’ve already said he’s morphing into Tian Chua.

            1. For me, a non-malay’s otherness is measured almost purely on his or her fluency of the malay language. The relationship is inverse – the more fluent, the less other. Fluency is not just oral/verbal, but also the facial expressions, gestures, and social cues.

              1. At one end is the almost-as-good-as-Malay. They sound completely Malay on the telephone and may sometimes be confused for Malay on the street, despite appearances. Can speak the regional accent if local. They do NOT need to look/dress Malay or say specifically Muslim things like “Ya Allah” or “Ya Rabbi”. Although, if they do, it is due to a force of habit and reflexive – usually indicative of extensive personal contact with Malay people, not just at school or work.

Many malay green belt (kelantan kedah terengganu) Chinese and some klang valley Chinese (particularly the national school types) fit this bill. They probably dream in Malay sometimes.

They are the reason why Malay people have not burned down factories and apartments. On a scale of fluency = 9. Scale = 10 is Pak Samad.

              2. At the opposite end is the tongsan types. Malay vocabulary minimal, grammar and pronunciation akin to one’s dialect. The majority of Malays still tolerate them, exemplified by Malay people’s frequent code switching when dealing with tongsan bahasa. On a scale of fluency = 1. Scale = 0 is not being able to order at a mamak at all through no fault of the mamak.

The rest are gradations between the two polar ends.

These LKY-pakai-songkok/DAP-pakai-tudung overtures – how far on the scale do you think they’re getting with all the charades?

PS: Paulsen is interestingly a 7 possibly an 8 in my book. I really think it’s the wine-sipping damansara bumis he’s hanging out with that gives him a false sense of invincibility sampai he did what he did.

              1. re: “Scale = 0 is not being able to order at a mamak at all through no fault of the mamak.”

                Hahaha.

re: “Paulsen is interestingly a 7 possibly an 8 in my book.”

Yes. All the more reason we expect better from him.

re: “I really think it’s the wine-sipping damansara bumis he’s hanging out with that gives him a false sense of invincibility sampai he did what he did.”

His brain (EQ) is stored in the freezer. He needs to take it out to thaw.

  4. Kelakar betoi.

Klo masuk kedai Mamak, those PATI from India waiters pun macamtu juga cara mereka. Macam parrot. Tapi tanya lebih2 sikit, golek2 kepala dan cepat2 hilangkan diri… ayat lain dah tak faham.

    1. I’d be more teruja if Eric Paulsen could be an original thinker.

It is disappointing to see how he’s just a reflection of ‘them’ and mouthing the same standard stuff/tropes from their template.

  5. Di Indonesia, orang bukan beragama Islam, biasa sangat menyebut ayat – ayat Quran dalam komunikasi mereka bersama orang Islam…

  6. It’s their malay followers that are stupid actually.
They just don’t have the brain to think…….
Or ther are born stupid !

    1. I blame Najib Razak for allowing the Dapster evangelistas to seize control of the information and communication highways.

Everywhere you turn, it’s the Pakatan propaganda. So suffocating!

  7. One good thing that has come out of this is that more people are paying attention to the content of khutbah jumaat.. jakim has to notched up their standard in preparing the text.

        1. I’m not a Christian.

Unfortunately the name ‘Helen’ is misleading.

But I’d like to point out that Tun Mahathir’s daughters too have nama omputih – Melinda, and of course the famous Marina.

          1. My apologies for making assumption. Yes, you are right.. banyak jugak nama melayu yg dah di omputihkan.. but then again its just names.. yg penting its the person behind the name.

        2. In the Catholic Church the sermon (or homily) would usually be based on the readings for the weekend. For e.g. If the reading touched on forgiveness, it would form the core of the sermon.

There are not set formats for this. The presiding priest is given freedom to speak on the pulpit (more commonly known as lectern). There has been cases where some priests in KL (e.g. Fr Paulino, Fr Lexson) who are openly anti BN would make “provocative” homilies.

As for notes, most priests would be happy to give you a copy of it, if they didn’t speak off the cuff. I’ve requested them several times & was never turned down.

  8. Seems like this has struck the wrong note for some Muslims.
Don’t know what their PAS fellows in Pakatan feel. Wonder if they even know.

Well, maybe someone should straight tells them that it comes off as insulting mockery and totally insincere, a political masquerade, see if they stop doing it or not.

I can totally see them justify it and continuing, though. In their eyes they are never wrong. Maybe even twist it to make it like any poor soul who takes up my previous suggestion to be the racist and extremist.

  9. I’ve observed that dapsters started using kalimah2 islam ever since pakatan was formed.

I’m guessing this culture came about due to pas’s dakwah to inculcate islamic values to their pr brethren (hoping that some of them may see the light).

While pas’s husnul zohn is commendable, i cannot help but feel that it may have backfired. It has since been used as a tool to pull wool over people’s eyes (personally i think its sick).

I am hopeful that im wrong & eventually they will indeed see the light. After all hidayah comes from HIM & HIM alone.

      1. My “yup” refers to my agreement with musangking that Dapsters started using kalimah-kalimah Islam in order to grease their path to Putrajaya.

        e.g. above “For Allah’s sake”

As to whether they will see the light, well, Hannah Yeoh has been pulling her tudung stunt 7 years already, Still no hidayah. Hati cukup hitam ni.

        1. Irony, Mother Mary appears wearing her veil on all her pictures yet Tembam chose to follow the trending styles of Malaysian Muslim women headwears instead?

Hmmm kira hebat juga la wanita Melayu kita sampai boleh beri impak yg gitu besar kpd cara hidup tembam?

Takpa la… mana tau satu hari akan membuka hati dia mendalami Agama kita.

Yg kalut parrot surah AlFatihah dan berjinak mengintai2 kutbah Jumaat pun, ramai2 lah kita berdoa mudah2an pelan2 mendaoat pencerahan mengenai Agama Islam… Insyallah

Saya sangat respect kamu.

Dan apabila saya baca ayat-ayat kamu saya merasakan kamu adlah islam. Saya tak tahu kenapa. Cuma saya doakan Helen menjadi muslim one day.

I hope you not feel offended. Thanks helen.

    1. re: “I hope you not feel offended.”

Not at all. This year I hope I can free up some time to read the Islam topic books sitting on my bookshelf.

I buy them when I see titles of interest on display at the seminar and forum venues that I attend. But I must first discipline myself to read. At present, I’m reading books by Dr Mahathir and books about Dr M :)

  11. Someone should tell EP and Nga KM, we don’t say al-Fatihah when we hear of bad news or death announcements. We actually say Inna lillahi wa inna ilaihi raji’oon which is translated as ‘To Allah we belong and to Him is our return.’

I believe the al-Fatihah was made popular by the local media when they keep repeating it after the loss of MH370 and MH17. Now it seems, everyone writes this after a death pronouncement, which I find weird.
