In my previous posting, I pointed out that although Hannah Yeoh had highlighted (i.e. put the message in big-size typeface) both her tweets rebuking the news portals – “Shame on u @malaysiandigest …”, “FMT shame on u …” – she nonetheless failed to similarly highlight her belated condolence message to the Sabah quake victims.
Well now she has. Her phony tweet – “No words can explain your grief. May your hearts find rest & comfort in God’s love” – is now rendered in big-size typeface – see screenshot of Madame Speaker’s timeline below.
She appears to have reacted to my expose of her me-me-me navel-gazing. 
Didn’t I tell you that Hannah and her people assiduously monitor this blog, just like how Najib and his people track very closely a few prominent blogs (you know which ones).
Btw, MCA keeps tabs on my blog too – for obvious reasons – but insofar as I’m aware they’ve not been harassing me. 
Being a politician who makes a living out of the Black Art of Politics, Hannah would naturally do whatever it takes to be popular. This is a given. Popularity is required by politicians because they’re given their jobs by the voting public.
The things that politicians do
They kiss babies, they glad hand (i.e. extend touchy-feely greetings) when they go on the stump, they hand over mock cheques, they have photographers take pictures when they distribute bags of Milo, they wade in flood waters and spread the photo on social media, etc
Oh yeah, they lie and they fake too.
There was one time when Dr Chua Soi Lek – a straight-shooter who admitted that yeah, he was the man in the sex video instead of claiming that that’s not his flabby tummy (Anwar Ibrahim’s excuse) – failed to feign sympathy for a patient when he went on a hospital visit as Health Minister.
Dr Chua got a terrible backlash from the Dapsters for what was perceived as his callous remark, not that those DAP supporters themselves actually gave a toss for the poor patient either. It’s just that they wouldn’t ever pass up an opportunity to diss a BN politician, whatever the circumstances.
Drama queen and her vitriolic fan base
So, no prob. We understand that a politician has gotta do what a politician has gotta do – be it to make goo-goo sounds at babies, to jump on garbage trucks (Selangor MB Azmin Ali), to wish God’s comfort for the bereaved, etc.
But come to think of it, isn’t it so exploitative of the grieving victims for their predicament being made a politician’s publicity fodder?
But anyways, all this is to only say that it is quite expected for Hannah Yeoh to indulge in the politicians stock-in-trade … no surprises there – see her Twitter timeline below.
Her heart is “breaking” again, right on cue. But no worries, it will mend by tomorrow, just like how her appetite returned despite the professed tears over Anwar’s prison meals.
The evangelista’s heart can be tuned to ache and break on demand. It’s like a washing machine’s Spin & Rinse, then repeat cycle.
But what should be worrying for BN is the influence of the evangelistas, that people – for e.g. the twits on Hannah’s timeline – actually buy the charade.

There’s nothing of interest where Tembam is concerned. For someone who does not know her, going thru Wiki, elek in terms of National contributions.
She is merely a product of Chinese tsunami, therefore she needs to tow in line with their sentiments – anti establishment and everything bad, ugly and evil where current gomen is concerned. To pacify her voters she does not need to do much except tweet negatively to keep the ‘hate’ candle burning.
Kalau Pakatan letak Ahso pasar to contest here, this Ahso will garner as much votes. Probably we will then start to get more tweets on prices of fishes and vegetables, that’s about all.
Apa lagi common anti establishment words we hear that is not included in her tweets?

Is Twitter that influential though? Although there are 3 million Twitter accounts in Malaysia, only 760k are active. If it wasn’t for the mainstream media quoting what is said on it, I wouldn’t care what was said on it; the format is too short and frankly annoying to read from bottom to top.
Facebook has 13 million with 10 million active. The mass of voters are there, only the activists and avid political followers are on Twitter.
And don’t forget Instagram, the fastest growing platform now. Thankfully politicians can’t take over that because they’re simply not photogenic enough .
So when Hannah had not yet commented about the Sabah earthquake, you condemned her.
Now that she commented about the earthquake, you still condemn her. Damned if she does and damned if she did not.
How sad and pathetic you are.

She forgot all about the earthquake victims as she was too busy ranting at FMT and Malaysian Digest. It was her real nature on display: me-me-me
And when she FINALLY remembered, she did not think that the condolence message was worth highlighting in the same way that she had highlighted both her “shame on you” scolding of FMT and Malaysian Digest.
Only when she was called out did she proceed to highlight her condolence as well. The reason she has been able to get away with her hypocrisy is thank to rabid Pakatan apologists like you who are willing to tegakkan benang basah.

She’s part of of the opposition, that’s what they do. News alert, this is pretty much standard practice worldwide.
A lot more is expected of Najib, being the PM of Malaysia and all. Granted he’s in hiding or at lavish shopping malls with his wife most of the time, but people expect their leader to be present when a major calamity strikes their homeland. Hannah’s responsibilities are generally confined to the Subang area…big difference.
I can agree that Najib’s tardiness was bad public relations and I’m not surprised that he got roundly criticized for it.
However the criticism of Najib coming from Hypocritical Hannah Yeoh is pot calling the kettle black.
Her own Twitter timeline shows that she was more preoccupied with slamming FMT and M’sian Digest for purely me-me-me reasons rather than faking any concern for the quake victims.
Najib is the Prime Minister is he not? The leader of the country, not a mere Speaker in a state assembly. And he chose to jet off to visit the Arabs halfway across the world during a disaster.

Expressing condolences is pro forma and expected of politicians, even BN ones. It’s her self-absorption ranting away at FMT and Malaysian Digest over Sarawak mountains (instead of Kinabalu) that is a dead giveaway of her self-centeredness.

You’re wrong. Before I ever blogged about Hannah Yeoh, the MIC special officers and the Umno bloggers already regarded her as “the demon”.
I only blogged about Hannah as Mama Dapster who is the yin to Papa Dapster (yang) after Kg Buah Pala as one of the turning points which revealed the DAP betrayal of the rakyat, aside from a couple of other pivotal events that caused me to stop supporting Pakatan.
However a couple of years before that, like I said, the MIC, Umno and MCA people were most certainly aware that Hannah is the biggest hypocrite in politics. The label “DAP Super Cyberbully” was given to Hannah Yeoh by the MCA Beliawanis treasurer Jessica Lai even before I started my blog.
The MIC officers, I suspect, took umbrage at how their fellow Indian Mr Hannah Yeoh was emasculated to the extent that his firstborn became a “Chinese” rather than traditionally following a patrilineal lineage. The Tamil Hindu community was upset over that episode but you wouldn’t know as you live under your Jerusubang coconut shell.
