Labelling Najib as ‘Darth Vader’ is in step with the Dapster Family calling his administration the “wicked regime” (see Hannah Yeoh’s tweet below) and Umno, the “evil empire”.
The Dapster-evangelistas are also fond of describing Umno and its supporters as going over to the Dark Side.
The DAP deride their opponents 24/7
No matter how much Najib is willing to try to accommodate them or how inclusive Umno has been in leading the country, the Dapster-evangelistas will always remain haters who fault Najib and blame Umno for everything.
No matter how much the PM bends over backwards to be Mr Nice Guy, they will still taunt him as Darth Vader or other seditious/libelous monikers which I shall not repeat here.
By now Najib should have learned to disregard the segment of public opinion that permits itself to be manipulated by the DAP. There’s no point in trying to please or be reasonable with this kind of people.
Let’s see how long they can keep up the pretense of turning the other cheek and loving their enemy should Najib decide to play hardball. And why shouldn’t he?
After all, they’re already portraying him as ‘dictator’ and Darth Vader.

I maintain that between a choice of DAP ruling Malaysia or Umno ruling the country, better opt for Umno.
Think about this: Between 1952 and 1960, the Raja-Raja Melayu in tandem with a government led by Umno gave two million Merdeka citizenships to Chinese and Indians when the population of Malaya was only roughly six million. And Umno did not even trumpet or milk this astounding fact.
Now reverse the situation. Say a small province in China had a population of six million. Would it allow two million Indians and persons of another skin colour, religion and language & custom to become China citizens en masse – all within a period of less than a decade?
Two million out of six million is one third. The Malays allowed the race composition of Malaya to be diluted by 1/3 overnight so that from a homogeneous Muslim population, they shrank to a majority not even securely half (over 50 percent).
Do you think the Chinese will ever have allowed their China population to be diluted by Indians and other ethnic minorities to any extent, far less the impact of 1/3? Is China a multi-racial, plural country today?
If you think that the DAP will treat you more kindly than Umno has done, I suggest that you think again … that is if you’re capable of thinking any deeper than simply swallowing the Hate Politics that the evangelistas have been peddling.

As shown many times, actually short of saying it, Malays, UMNO could not be bothered anymore with Chinese. The last election despite being heralded as “Chinese tsunami” also brought in another dimension into Malay pysche. For the first time since independence, Malays (and UMNO) realise that they still can form governments minus Chinese support.
How shabbily PAS has been treated by DAP makes Malays realises how “manipulative” Chinese politics is. That is the real reason why Malays shied away from “Baju Kuning” gathering. Now they are beginning to see how ruthless DAP is.
Reading at the coarse language by those worshipping DAP makes me appreciates the wisdom of Sultan of Brunei in refusing to grant citizenship to Chinese community.
They really like to pit Dr Mahathir and Muhyiddin against Najib now that those 2 camps are really not getting along with other. Seeing this tactic, it’s clear why some Malay individuals or groups like G25 have their support.
I hope those people better realize that whatever their ideals they’re fighting for, it doesn’t matter. They’re just tools like PAS and PKR to be used to bring UMNO down.
They better enjoy their fight with other Malays because they won’t have that privilege against DAP.
In other news, I heard that PAS snubbed UMNO’ offer to join forces.
Already thought something like this would happen. I don’t know why some people including pro UMNO are so looking forward to a PAS UMNO alliance and why DAP keep accusing PAS of working with UMNO.
Those pro Umno people calling on both Umno and Pas to work together are people who realize that the old Malay unity card is obsolete and therefore should be abandoned in favor of the Islamic card. You do notice that Malays in general are becoming more conservative these days, just look at the number of Malay women donning the hijab. Conservatism is a rising tide. So there are people who want to use Islamism as a leverage. You can question a Malay on his Malayness and he will fight back. But question him of his Muslim-ness and you silence him. The way I see it, this is what certain people in Umno are going to do. For that, you need to bring Pas into the picture. Pas knows this too but Pas will only work with Umno on Pas’ terms, hence you see Pas snubbing Umno. So now, the question is, will Umno blink first and agree to Pas’ demands ? So far, the signs are still very much murky. Still too early to say what the outcome is going to be like.

I think it’s silly and cocky for PAS to claim open mindedness and yet just ‘consider’ UMNO’s offer and then tell UMNO to return and practice Islam in politics, social and economy, implying UMNO needs to repent and yet in the same statement they PAS say they will continue being partners with PKR.
I don’t see PKR based on alquran, assunnah, ijmak ulama and qiyas or fighting for PAS interpretation of syariat ever.
The only thing that’s slowing DAP from forcing PKR to kick out PAS from Selangor is the fear that they will lose Selangor altogether, but believe me in the mean time you can be sure they are planning to contest and win enough seats for DAP to rule Selangor by themselves.
PKR and PAS will end up as the losers.
The DAP is busy recruiting ‘qualified’ Malays to join the party. They are not sitting idly and wait until 2018.
