The man in the undated photo below bears a strong resemblance to Jamal Sekinchan.
I’m however not sure whether this picture – which recently resurfaced again and making the social media rounds – has been tampered with in any way.
In the video below, Ali Tinju is speaking to reporters after making a police report.
He has the following message for Jamal: “Jangan sombong dan ego dengan pistol yang anda ada”.
It does seem like Jamal is an ‘Equal Opportunity’ provider. He not only makes threats to the Yellow Shirts but apparently to a Baju Merah as well. And he does not restrict his intimidation to Chinese street protesters but also extends it to a fellow Malay activist.
The Ali Tinju police report was lodged a few months ago. More recently, i.e. yesterday, Gerakan Youth lodged a police report against a Facebook account bearing Jamal’s name but which is quite possibly faked.
In his own defence, Jamal claimed he had been impersonated and that this imposture was proof that Bersih is “dajjal”.
We can derive a syllogism from Jamal’s allegation:
- Bersih is dajjal
- DAP is dajjal
- Therefore Bersih is DAP
Kesimpulannya Bersih 5.0 ini didalangi DAP.
DAP: “See ya all in KL on Saturday, Nov 19”
Another syllogism that might be derived from the “DAP sokong Bersih 5” banner above:
- Bersih wants to topple the gomen
- DAP supports Bersih
- Therefore DAP wants to topple gomen via the Bersih way
Instead of waiting to engage in the democratic process provided by GE14, DAP and its Yellow Shirts are willing to take to the streets.

PDRM is wasting their previous time and scarce resources in trying to police yellow or red shirts. They should be allowed to demonstrate freely especially in mid-afternoon sunny day. Singapore Business Times (http://www.businesstimes.com.sg) reports today:
– “Falcon Bank loses S’pore licence; DBS, UBS fined over 1MDB-linked fund flows”
– “Spotlight on KL’s next move in 1MDB saga” (commentary by Anita Gabriel, BT Senior Correspondent)
– “1MDB’s ‘casualty’ banks” (BT info graph)
And in yesterday’s Singapore Straits Times – “1MDB scandal: Two more ex-BSI bankers charged”. The report said inter alia: “The new charges revealed for the first time Malaysian financier Low Taek Jho, and his father Low Hock Peng’s involvement in 1MDB.”
Was any of this reported in the Malaysian mainstream media?
Today’s Singapore ST report said inter alia: “The biggest sanction came with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) ruling that Falcon Private Bank’s Singapore branch must cease operations because of “serious failures” in anti-money laundering controls and “improper conduct” by senior management in Switzerland and Singapore. The breaches were in relation to 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) fund flows from March 2013 to May last year.”
The Singapore BT report today said inter alia: “In the period under investigation between 2012 and the summer of 2015, Finma (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) identified serious shortcomings in Falcon’s anti-money laundering activities and in risk management. Assets amounting to some US$3.8 billion were transferred to accounts at Falcon and associated with the 1MDB group during that period, it said. “These funds were generally moved on quickly. The business relationships and transactions booked in Switzerland and at Falcon’s Singapore and Hong Kong branches were unusual and involved a high level of risk for the bank both through their nature and amounts transacted.””
As Anita Gabriel concluded her commentary: “Your move, Malaysia”.
Apparently the antics of Jamal S are more newsworthy. Or they are merely diversionary “red herrings” to distract Malaysians from developments elsewhere.

The action taken by Singapore MAS and Swiss Finma have also been reported in the Singapore media.
Court cases are proceeding in Singapore against four individuals suspected of involvement in breaches of Singapore laws. The papers have reported a connection with 1MDB.
Are you claiming that all of the reports in the Singapore media are false? Defamatory?

Many people will claim they dont understand 1MDB because
1) its too complicated
2) we are not authorized to “understand” the issue
3) let the (local) authorities investigate ( we know how thats turning out to be)
4) they are too stupid to understand even the layman version ( good luck in getting confession about this)

Lets just be frank. If you are already a supporter of the present Gov, you will believe everything is alright in 1MDB, without even a suspicious eye. semua salah Yahudi, so to speak.
If you are in the opposition, Najib is already guilty and lest throw all the junk claims ( mixed in with actual facts) at him.
But there are also partisan observers , who are asking the “right” questions but these questions are never asked by the “investigating authorities”. Its good to be in this camp to separate the junk from the facts.
