    I think we should use the chemical castration drug they offered to the rohingyas in return for a place in the refuge camps to curb our stray dogs and cats. If “terrorism” can be curbed from the womb, who are we to say that it won’t work on the escalating stray populace problem we are facing. The less strays means there will be less abusers. Let us eradicate the victims instead of punishing the perpetrators. It’s so much more easier for the SPCA and Animal rights groups if there are less victims around to save…
    Now… Where was that sarcastic emoji when you need them…
