Republican appointees on a key board in Michigan’s most populous county Tuesday night reversed their initial refusal to certify the vote tallies in the Detroit area, striking a last-minute compromise with Democrats that defused a political fight over the process to formalize President-elect Joe Biden’s victory in the state.
The unexpected twist came after the four-member Wayne County Board of Canvassers had deadlocked on the day of the deadline for Michigan counties to certify the vote — a move President Trump celebrated on Twitter as “a beautiful thing.”
That’s supposed to be part of Plan B which involves officials, electors ignoring the vote count. Plan A (court cases) were not getting results.

Trump should NOT concede. There is no reason to as the results – amounting to 270 electoral college votes for the first candidate past the post – have not yet been certified. So no official winner to date.

The persuasive fraud allegations are bigger than DJT. If such election rigging were ever to happen in M’sia, you’d be upset too.
So far, all those claims of massive fraud so gallantly trumpeted by Trump’s lawyers and supporters have either been sheepishly back-pedaled in court or ridiculed by the judge, except for 2 minor issues out of 30+ cases. And the GSA have finally acknowledged Biden’s transition process.

It is most believeable that fraud occurred. Look up “mathematical anomaly” in relation to the vote counts.
Don’t Google. Its results are biased. Use DuckDuckGo or other search engines.
I tried DuckDuckGo using the same search phrases and got more or less the same result mix, including the usual CNN, NYT, MSNBC, NBC, etc and the same news headlines such as Trump doing badly at the courts, and fact checking his claims about massive fraud. I am also eager to see what the court cases will expose on details of the fraud, so far nothing. What those lawyers say outside the court counts for nothing unless they say the same in court.
‘Trump doing badly in court’ is simply media framing, and I’m afraid the American media is broken.
The Electoral College meets on Dec 14, so there should be some certainty by then.
As for the court filings, let’s see developments over the next few days.

The state legislature in Michigan is holding an emergency hearing today while a federal appeals court has expedited proceedings to consider Trump’s legal challenge in Pennsylvania.
Meanwhile in Georgia, President Trump is legally entitled to a recount because the margin of difference between his and Biden’s less than a quarter of one percent. Tecounted started yesterday and will wrap up by Dec 2.
So, no. Biden is not in the clear yet.
