In France today, the storming of the Bastille is commemorated as a national holiday. Bastille Day marks its 14 July 1789 anniversary.
The fall of this citadel to feudal power, located in the heart of Paris, is emblematic of the revolution.

Remembering real history
The party of Abraham Lincoln is Republican, and Lincoln was the president who issued the Emancipation Proclamation in 1863 during the Civil War to free the slaves.
The Democrats, in contrast, were the party of the slave owners and the Ku Klux Kian.

The charge up Capitol Hill
The iconic Capitol complex in DC is the seat of the American government. This modern-day citadel was most recently breached by Trump supporters in their failed attempt to block Biden’s certification as president elect.
Democrat Joe Biden is the 2021 avatar of the ancien regime that is the Washington Swamp.
The patriotic surge into the Capitol on 6 Jan 2021 is a historical catalyst.

The aftermath of the Capitol storming will likely unfold as follows:
The remaining 12 days or so will see more pressure to force the president out of office, the efforts of which may not be succesfull, but will be a humiliating situation for which he could not retaliate as his usual media platforms have been confiscated.
He was probably forced to do that humiliating video where he had to tell the mob that they will pay for their actions, and to include some magic words like “healing”, “reconciliation”.
Come Jan 20th Joe Biden will be inaugurated with the tightest security that no Trumper will even think of breaching. After which the Biden name will saturate the media airwaves, so Trumpers better get used to it.
Meanwhile those who stormed the Capitol will be rounded up and charged. After Jan 20th, the authorities will seek the cooperation of a ring-leader by the name of Donald John Trump in their investigations of the incident. And various agencies will also do the same for his tax and business affairs. He will likely be monitored for any signs of potential acts he might instigate against the government.
Those rival countries (like Russia) with secret services tasked with covert operations sowing discord and destabilising the US government and citizens probably couldn’t believe their luck that the current President have accomplished on their behalf. (Maybe Trump is a secret agent for Putin).
The next time the USA lectures a 3rd world country about insurrections, coup attempts etc, the reply is “we followed the example of your great president Trump”.
