Even Mahiaddin defers to NRD but Hannah Yeoh wanted her way

Although he is PM of the country, nonetheless Muhyiddin respects the everyday bureaucratic procedures at the National Registration Department regarding how his name was spelled at birth — Mahiaddin Md Yasin.

But Hannah Yeoh, then a Selangor Adun, had tried to bulldoze the NRD in 2011 with regard to how her daughter’s keturunan was to be recorded on the newborn’s birth cert.

The department borang permitted two options — either ikut bapa, keturunan ‘India’ or ikut emak, keturunan ‘Cina’ (see how Hannah filled the form, below).   Continue reading “Even Mahiaddin defers to NRD but Hannah Yeoh wanted her way”

Rohingya armed struggle mirror the Chin Peng communists’s

The British messed up Burma as much as they did Malaya when they invaded the sovereign nation (First Anglo-Burmese War 1824 – 26).

You will be amazed at how much the history of the Rohingya has in common with the communists in Malaya, and the similar role played by the British in both countries.

So who are the Rohingya? Continue reading “Rohingya armed struggle mirror the Chin Peng communists’s”

Why I hope Haris Ibrahim will outlive the immortal Tun

Haris Ibrahim is founder of the Anything But Umno (ABU) movement. He really, really hates the parti Melayu because, you see, Haris is colour blind and beyond race.

Therefore it truly tickles all my twelve toes just imagining Haris’ reaction to Tun suddenly becoming Harapan ‘top dog’.

Imagine Haris brooding ominously upon the reversed fortunes of Dr M Continue reading “Why I hope Haris Ibrahim will outlive the immortal Tun”

The more Alvin Tan insults Islam, the more FB fans he gets

UPDATED (11.18pm): Alvin announces that he has got 2,000-plus new Facebook followers in the last 12 hours

Original post:

MCA has condemned Alvin Tan’s latest stunt “abusing the Holy Quran” and “offending Muslims” – press statement today by its Religious Harmony bureau chairman, here.

The J-Star, the (online) paper owned by MCA, is so far silent on this piece of anti-Islam news.

The paper’s silence is in contrast to the total of 17 articles on Alvin and Vivian it published just in one weekend alone when Malaysians were first introduced to the sex couple’s porn material. Continue reading “The more Alvin Tan insults Islam, the more FB fans he gets”

Dua beranak ditahan ludah, tampar anggota polis

Opposition exploiting the MAS opportunity

Blogger Gopal Raj Kumar of http://www.takemon.wordpress.com contributed the following comment:

“What’s disgusting and typically Pakatan about this note of condolence is that it is an insincere and exploitative bit of indecency typical of the Pakatan mindset.

“A condolence should be separate and stand on its own instead of standing on the bodies of 239 innocent passengers not caught up in this filthy PKR struggle.” — grkumar @ 2014/03/09 at 2:17 pm

Those oppo people can blithely say “Our thoughts and prayers are with the families (of MH370 passengers)” but in the same breath blame Umno, bash the government and badmouth everything about Malaysia. Continue reading “Opposition exploiting the MAS opportunity”
