Thank you all for the responses to my Waytha postings

Considering that the predominant readership in my blog is presumably pro-establishment Malay, the responses here, all in all, has been rather muted (when it could have been far more hostile).

Compared to some of the “happy to see him go” responses elsewhere in the pro-Umno websites, I take your relative silence / restraint as something positive, i.e. no news is good news, because at least there is not much venting against him.

I think the problem is not pressure groups demanding their rights. PERKASA, HINDRAF, SUQUI are different entities but all are demanding their “rights” as guaranteed by the Constitution or their interpretation of it.

You still have not addressed the contradiction of having a “Malaysian view” and your fidelity to a specific racial group. In addition, it is difficult to see where you are coming from when you claim that minorities are demanding “unfair” and “unjust” concessions. Unfair and unjust in what context? [See below]

PERKASA is not strong because UMNO is weak. PERKASA is strong because UMNO allows it to be a pressure group and not UMNO youth.

Dalam perbualan telefon kami semalam, ketua* Hindraf P. Uthayakumar menjelaskan bahawa gerakannya kali ini “tidak akan memberi laluan percuma” kepada Pakatan.

Yakni, berbanding PRU12, undi pengikut Hindraf tidak lagi mungkin dihadiahkan umpama cek kosong (blank cheque) kepada pembangkang.

Uthaya juga berkata belum ada seorang pemimpin Pakatan yang mengutuk Mat Rempit-Mat Rempit menyerang ceramah di Jalan Kebun kerana politikus Pakatan takut kehilangan undi Melayu.

Kalau ABU tak boleh di kawasan Melayu …
