Hannah contrasts Ambiga arrest with Taman Medan church protestors

Hannah Yeoh tweeted, “Clear distinction of how laws are being applied in Malaysia. @Ambiga_S vs Tmn Medan church protestors”.

Police had sought a remand order on Negara-Ku patron Ambiga Sreenevasan for her speech at the anti-GST rally yesterday. But as I’ve said, Ambiga tu kan kebal. Police failed to obtain the remand and she is freed.

Some 10 policemen descended on the Parti Sosialis Malaysia sec-gen’s home in Kajang yesterday evening – see ‘PSM’s Arutchelvan arrested for sedition‘ in The J-Star.

Police arrested Arul for his remarks on the Sodomy II verdict.

Dark spirits are whiskey, brandy, scotch and bourbon. Clear spirits are vodka, gin, rum and tequila.

Happy spirits refer to the drinks selection available at stores selling liquor and in watering holes such as pubs, clubs and bars.

Chinese cinemagoers don’t want raja kita selamat bertaktha, meh?

Under the National Anthem Act 1968, a person who shows disrespect towards Negaraku in a public place can be fined up to RM100 and/or jailed a maximum of one month.

Tun might want to reclaim his “Bangsa Malaysia” from Haris & the horse thieves

Yesterday there was the brouhaha of Negaraku, supposedly a “people’s movement” launched to reclaim the nation … FOR … Ambiga and her following … FROMIsma and its cohort.

Reported in the Rakyat Times – a news portal linked to Haris Ibrahim – Negaraku is described as a movement “focused on the formation of Bangsa Malaysia – a move away from the current ethnocentric and race-based politics of of the day”.

Negaraku majority Chinese

Negaraku is a “people’s movement to reclaim our nation” that was launched yesterday.

The coalition of NGOs have named themselves after our national anthem. Even the name of our lagu kebangsaan also they want to grab and cause confusion to the public.
