Menteri Pelancongan Nazri Aziz melantik anaknya sebagai Pegawai Khas di pejabat Kementeriannya.

Zamkata:

“Hal ini hanyalah menambahkan masalah kepada Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib yang popularitinya semakin menurun setelah pihanraya ke-13 sekalipun beliau boleh menjadi pilihan popular parti.

Jadi tak mengapalah jikalau Khairy Jamaluddin pun menambahkan masalah kepada Perdana Menteri Datuk Seri Najib.

Menteri Belia dan Sukan itu telah melantik Regina Lee – sebilah Scissorati pro-DAP sakan – untuk menjadi setiausaha akhbarnya walaupun dibantah banyak kerat orang Umno.

“KJ is ‘my’ Minister,” dibayangkan Regina (lihat tweetnya di bawah).

Jawatan bagi si evangelista Regina Lee untuk syok sendiri konon berkuasa dan bukan untuk berkhidmat kepada rakyat.

  1. Najib memasang jiratnya, sebab itu dia tak hirau sangat. Lepas ini gilirannya pula lantik Big Mama sebagai senator yang memegang jawatan Menteri Pengangkutan.

    1. Majlis Tertinggi UMNO memang keparat. Kita mesti bersihkan kepimpinan UMNO yang tak boleh pakai. Adakah kafir Cina DPA Regina Lee di lantik sebagai Pegawai Khas Menteri UMNO?

      Wahai orang Melayu, ahli UMNO, guru-guru dan pegawai kerajaan tenguklah Khairy anak mamak ni mempersendakan perjuangan Melayu.

      Bangun dan bersihkan UMNO dari manusia Rembau KJ ni yang jelas menentang kepentingan Melayu!!

  2. At least Khairy has foresight that the key to winning is with the middle ground of Malaysia. Not extremist buffoons like Ibrahim Ali who was trounced even with support from Great Old Mahathir.

    Zainuddin Maidin is perhaps the worst sources to quote from. I heard he recently was busted for slandering Air Asia with claims they secretly serve pork on their in-flight menus.

        Yup. Khairi is anything but representing middle ground as per Malay understanding. khairi is best described as achieving his position using UMNO but cant even bother to appoint one UMNO youth member as his political secretary. As if UMNO Youth is not good enough for the post.

        and like khairi, Nazri has the habit of underestimating Malay concern. the ‘I dont give a damn” attitude may suit Rhett Buttler in epic ‘Gone with the wind” but surely does not fit in Malay culture.

        Often the concern is genuine. Often the concern and prediction that comes after it turn out to be true. Nazri is “bongkak:” by saying his son is the reason for him winning in big style in Padang Rengas. The truth is tht Malays votes for party. As Nazri represents UMNO, he is voted in. Try contesting as an independent against UMNO in Padang Rengas and he will understand the meaning of “langit tinggi rendah”.

          Not necesarrily. But Najib is not a Prophet. Meaning his word and actions can be questioned.

          Najib is fond in asking people to think outside the box. But is he really doing the very thing he preached to others. He disregard time tested support from Malay community. Instead, he gives priority to those who literally want to destroy him.

          Though UMNO is sacred to majority of Malays, it is not indispensable. Only UMNO is lucky as the other alternatives (PAS and PKR) are much more worse. As for DAP, supportng it is tantamount to supporting Yahudi.

                Najib picks people to surround him so that he can remain in office. They are not good people and they do not share any single vision of how to develop the country, but they keep him in office satisfying different interest but achieving nothing real.

                Listen to rumors about him and Anuar. What benefit are KJ, Jala, Nazri… to us Malays and Malaysians. The arrows are shooting in different directions.

                He is milking to stay as PM and Umno chief.

                We need a better UMNO leader.

  4. For those who believes in Nazri’s statement (i know most of us don’t believe so), it is a completely moronic statement. Lets look at the logical side. If government doesn’t pays his son’s salary, then who is paying his salary? Someone else with vested interest who can even lend their Hummer car?

    Giving Nazri benefit of the doubt, let’s assume Nazri pays from his own pocket. Looking at his son’s expensive and extravagant lifestyle, Nazri must be very rich to afford it. No wonder everyone is jostling for position in UMNO.

    1. This Nazri is so arrogant. He also has time and again said something stupid. I read somewhere about his response to the critics of hiring his own son “I hire my own son, so what? I’m a lawyer and I know the law!” He also jokingly added “His salary is paid by me and yet he drives a Ferrari!” The joke is on you, Mr Minister! How much actually a minister’s salary that his son can afford to buy a very expensive car!

      Another stupid remark from this guy about having ministers to declare their assets “We cannot declare our assets and if we then the robbers would know how much we have!” Haha! How much do you actually have, Encik Nazri? Please declare your assets as well as your wife’s, children’s, brothers’, sisters, and in-laws’ because we, the rakyats really want to know! All ministers should do the same including the PM and DPM. Something definitely is not right there and they have to convince us they are clean. After all we are the ones who put them there!

      I am hoping that the coming UMNO GE will eliminate all these undesirable elements as they are detrimental to the party’s future survival. Maybe it’s just a pipe dream!

So, you would ignore all the negative implications of a serving Minister appointing his own son to the Ministry that he heads, and instead try to deflect the attention of your readers to a Minister’s choice of press secretary? Negative implications not only for the Minister, but, also the party that the Minister represents. Which is potentially more detrimental to the image of the country? Is this the kind of leadership that you want for Malaysia?

        UMNO is different from other parties. DAP is a dynasty and every of its action centres on the perpetuity of the dynasty. As if the universe revolves around Guan Eng. Guan Eng’s character may suit the life inside Forbidden City but certainly not here.

        PAS has a potent weapon called ‘islam”. It can easily absolves its numerous mistakes using religion. It is able to slander and some Malays are willing to believe them as they are tagged along with “islam”.

        PKR has no morality whatsover. Everybody includiung Azizah knows the disgusting characters of its self appointed leader. But they believe that they can tolerate Anwar’s attitude as their hatred towards UMNO (and whatever it represents: Malay, Islam) is stronger.

        My point here is that Nazri is very cocky and rude.

            UMNO is not using islam to its advantage. Rather, it is becoming aware of Islamic values.
