2015 flashback: Event of the Year

Hari Merdeka Bersih 4.0 vs  Hari Malaysia Himpunan Merah

Oppo  supporters believe that Bersih 4.o was driven purely by the man-on-the-street with pure motives for pure objectives.

On the other hand, they find it impossible to believe that any ordinary people might even want to support the Red Rally of their own free will.

Eddie Hoo of The Heat wrote,

“I have said it before and I will say it again. It is unthinkable that thousands of people would hop on buses on their own volition to make a trip across the country to be part of the Red-Shirt rally in Kuala Lumpur on Sept 16.”

Umno should cut its losses, write-off Protun and off-set with PAS support

Blogger Annie had written a post titled The end of moderation‘ on the morning after (6 May 2013) the Chinese tsunami.

Annie wrote: “The ‘Chinese revolt’, as so proudly predicted by the DAP cybertroopers did come true and it swept through the State [of Johor]”.

Annie said the Chinese community had “totally snubbed” outgoing Johor MB Ghani Othman, causing him to lose in his face-off with Kit Siang in Gelang Patah.

10 photos of The Dictator’s kaki ampu bodek

Ahmad Maslan and Khairy Jamaluddin are two sides of the same coin. Both are braggart poseurs.

The main difference between them is that the former constantly puts his foot in mouth (latest stint under the spotlight, here) while the latter strives to be politically correct by swaying like lalang to public sentiment.

— Mohd Ariff Sabri aka Sakmongkol, Ahli Parlimen Raub

Remember the Holy Virgin Mother Mary in the Subang Jaya window?

Below is the image that emerged on a glass window of the SJMC hospital in November 2012.

Christians started praying to it because they believed it was a miracle sighting of Mary, Mother of God.

Non-Muslims were asked to be respectful of those Christians who believed that the image on the window was divine. Continue reading “Remember the Holy Virgin Mother Mary in the Subang Jaya window?”

Lagi Banyak Seminar Pendedahan Ancaman Rencana Kristianisasi (SPARK) Akan Diadakan

Karim's Blog

Christians not turning the other cheek nor loving their enemy

How did a seminar warning about Christian missionaries come to be construed as “anti Christian” or “Christian bashing”?

These evangelistas are just so good at playing the poor li’l me victim card. They’re really milking the Christian persecution complex – as illustrated below – and coupled with the usual posturing of self-righteous moral outrage. What does The J-Star mean by UiTM’s “anti-Christian” seminar?

Update: 20 Dec 2106

What does Wong Chun Wai mean by saying “public institutions of higher learning are allowed to hold seminars questioning the faiths of other Malaysians”? See his column today, ‘Let’s rise above racial rants‘?

Original posting:

The J-Star article initially headlined ‘IGP: No laws broken by police officer speaking at anti-Christian seminar’ – see tweet below – has been amended to say “anti-conversion seminar” in the paper’s online version. Continue reading “What does The J-Star mean by UiTM’s “anti-Christian” seminar?”

RM3m Swarovski crystal X’mas tree for the poor, persecuted people

Public celebration of Christmas is banned in Brunei.

But in Malaysia, “Christmas is all about feeling glitzy and glam” — see the Pavilion KL Facebook entry yesterday about its activities at the high-end mall, including features like the artificial falling snow.

Also Friday is “Feasting time!” for Pavilion’s Christmas shoppers. Continue reading “RM3m Swarovski crystal X’mas tree for the poor, persecuted people”

Actually it’s Tun who will not retreat nor surrender

The just concluded PAU is merely a temporary setback for Dr M. He will keep up the fight.

Projib should not rest on their laurels because Protun are not looking at a truce.

The following is an apt observation by blogger Eddy Daud. Pro-establishment Malays will have to pick their side in the Umno sectarian strife.

This tweet below by Eddy is LOL spot-on. Yup, the treacherous MCA are only reaping what they sowed. BN can’t afford backstabbers in time of war.

War on Terror

MCA’s minions (the EvangeliSTARs) have been aiding and abetting the Perception Cyber Terrorist.

I hope the Communication Minister, who has a seat in the proposed National Security Council, will take note of this clear and present danger. The Bintang Lima have been terrorizing the cyberside.

Kit Siang: DAP competing with Umno for Malay heart & mind

Lim Kit Siang said yesterday that as part of the DAP’s vision to reach out to everyone with their message of a Malaysian Dream, his party is “competing with Umno for the hearts and minds of Malays”.

Begitu takburnya PAS

Continue reading “Begitu takburnya PAS”
